Excellent choices… They are choosy about what they take but it’s a risk on them with every item they do except. Unless you’re in retail or have been in retail you won’t understand what buyers want. We all love our stuff of course as we purchased the items in the first place. I’m sorry people who wrote before didn’t have a five-star experience. I for one am a loyal customer and a reseller.

I’ve sold here a few times, and have gotten decent cash. I’ve sold to a few consignment shops before, and you have to sell with the expectation that they probably won’t take most of what you have or give you much. I’ve been pleased with the buys here. I’ve also lucked out on finding great items – many with tags still on them. If you’re into the thrill of the bargain hunt then you will like it here!

I have to agree with the other 2 reviewers, I’ve brought in 2 small bags of clothing In perfect condition, and was told the same thing as above reviewers, these items aren’t selling well, not current, really 2 of the dresses were from spring 2013, I mean really? I to looked around and thought most of their stuff was old, and useless! Anyway I won’t bother again, I’ll just donate!!!

I really expected better from a self described«high end consignment» store. I walked in with a few pieces, express dress pants, a banana republic wrap dress, and a few other pieces along with a pair of barely worn heels from Aldo. The woman was nice to me, told it would be about 15 minutes. Really? Seemed kind of odd that it would take that long, but whatever. I browsed the store while I waited and was really surprised and disappointed. Although I saw a few name brand pieces, they were few and far in between! This store seemed to be full of used clothes that you would find at final clearance racks at department stores! A lot of clothing looked like it’s seen better days. They ended up accepting five out of six of my pieces, for an offer of $ 19. I was surprised it wasn’t a little more… my clothes were in much better condition than 85% of the merchandise that I saw. Interesting concept, Clothes Mentor, but I would rethink your business practices if you want to be seen as a «high end» resale shop for the modern, professional woman.

So this place gives you cash for clothes you no longer want. So brought in a box of stuff. Mind you some of the stuff still had price tags and were just bought last year. The woman tells me to look around while she looks at my stuff. About 3 minutes later she comes and says that they don’t want anything it’s older than they are looking for. Really? $ 100 timberland fashion boots aren’t in? Blazers? Heels? I brought the box home and realized she didn’t even open the box or look at anything. Half the stuff they have is junk. Rude. I tell you what i’d rather give my stuff away for free then bring it back there.
