Bruegger’s hot bagels are some of the best out there. They have a seasonal bagel which is currently ranch and its so wonderful with just the right amount of herbs and spices. Their cinnamon sugar bagel is also so wonderful which gets caramelized in the toaster. Bagels are crispy on the outside with a nice chew on the inside. Many cream cheese choices including Jalapenos, Strawberry, Veggie, Bacon Scallion and Olive Pimento… and more. I have always found staff to be friendly and welcoming. Service and quick and would be an easy stop on your way to work. They have random receipt survey offers for 3 free bagels so don’t just toss the receipt. Join their email club and they will often have deals for their«Big Bundle deal» for around $ 10 which is 13 Bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese. This is a great deal! The bagels freeze really well. Slice the bagels before you freeze them and it’s much easier to deal with when you want them later.

I am giving them 2 stars because the 2 women who normally wait on me in the drive through have always been great. Whoever was there today should have been doing their inventory instead. Third time in two weeks out of pumpernickel bagels(the woman today told me they just don’t have that dough today) – they open at 6am and i went there at 7:30am; i doubt they have had repeated mad rushes on pumpernickel first thing several times in a couple of weeks

Late breakfast time. Salt bagel, jalapeño cream cheese, and sliced fresh cucumbers. Salty, spicy, and refreshing all in one simple bagel. Breakfast of Champions.

3 free bagels. What does that say to you? I would think, from a business standpoint, it is a way to bring new, or otherwise non customers, to your store. Well, from my perspective, this did not occur. I understand that you can’t give away the store. I am a business owner myself. But, in the end, the customer is always right. My wife mentioned a post on Facebook(I know, I am one of the last three people in this world that do not have a Facebook account) about three free bagels today(2÷05÷15). So, after working out, I stopped by to check it out, and give them a try. Alas, I stepped up to the counter to ask about it, and the server mentioned that you need to show the ad /Facebook post on your phone, or a print out. I said I didn’t have it. Bummer. She didn’t even attempt to stop me from walking right out the door. Since I drive past this location almost everyday on my way to the gym, and have not been to a Bruegger’s in several years, it seems that this marketing strategy did not work for me. I will keep driving past, and going to a certain competitor which is much more plentiful in the area anyway. And bonus, you put me in the doghouse with my wife. I can manage to do that on my own without your help, thank you very much.

I almost choked to death attempting to swallow my sausage egg and cheddar on whole grain bagel whole. Yes it was that good. This place does breakfast sandwiches better than most fast food options. Not a fan of their bagels as stand alone bagels(ie with a schmear, etc) but the make a great sandwich. Service here is better than at mt hope location. Parking lot is tight so be careful.

The staff here is ruuuuude as hell. Looked at the girls name tag and she’s a manager?! No no… Bad bad idea. This girl needs a reality check. Saw her being rude to everyone else in line too. They walked away feeling guilty for asking for a bagel. You can’t and shouldn’t great people that way.

Great customer service and delicious bagels! My family frequents this location for morning yum mines at least once a month. Also, I have had their bagel sandwiches… fantastic! Always fresh and a large variety, we will continue to be return customers!
