McDonald’s

First off there is people loitering right by the front door. Because of high winds the other door was not being used, so your forced to walk by 3 homeless people. All bad on managements part if there is any.
Now I’ll get to the food. Everything was Luke warm not fresh like it should have been and as long as the food took it should have been fresh. I tried there new artisan menu chicken and bacon Dijon which I’m sure is much better when it’s properly cooked. I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times and almost always the food isn’t fresh which is a shame. The restrooms are always dirty as well. The dining area seems to be ok.
This will be my last visit to this location due to the terrible food they serve and horrible restrooms.
They need to step it up! The McDonald’s in Walmart is better then this one and it’s pretty close as well.

30min ago I passed by and decided to get a triple cheeseburger without buns, wrapped in lettuce. 20min later I get home and open up the Big Mac box where my triple cheeseburger lay. First thing I see is a dirty, filthy, unappetizing piece of Romanian lettuce on my patties. «Great!» *says sarcastically* the burger I craved so much on the way home, suddenly, turned into the disgusting piece of food which ruined my appetite!
I called in right away and notified the young man on the phone and he had the nerve to say the dirt on it was from the grill!!! Hahahahaha, he then, rudely, cut the call short and told me to go back for another. At this point I am just not having it! He wanted me to drive 20min just so I can get another burger, full of dirt?! «No thanks!» By far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Keywords, «the worst,» out of all the bad experiences.

Their breakfast gave me food poisoning! Stay away I was sick for like 5 days

I usually hate and detest any McDonalds in the US but this place has good service, fresh and clean dining areas, the burgers and fries that I ordered never really had issues and the management staff are helpful. I had my iced coffee changed into frappé by the lady manager free of charge. Best of all my 3yo son loves playing at the play area. I love it too compared to other McDonalds. I have a walking distance to a McDonalds in Riverside but we drive here to this location coz it’s better. But heads up, being in Moreno Valley this location has its share of junkie customers that just by the sight of them might make you lose your appetite. But what can you do they are paying customers too.

Avoid this Mcdonalds. Especially at night. I wrote this review while stuck in the drive thru line that wouldn’t move. We asked for a mcflurry.. .and as always, they tell you that their machine is down. I know they refuse to serve it because you’re inconveniencing them. They tell you this lie every night. They rather close the machine and clean it so they have less to do. You’re losing business. Hire people who actually like their job because the girls working right now are unfriendly. Didn’t greet. Didn’t say goodbye. And they look at you like you’re an idiot.

The girl taking my order at the drive-​thru seemed rude and rushed me through my order. When I got to the last window and they were handing me my food, the workers seemed unorganized and clueless as to what my order even was. They forgot to give me my 3 drinks (which I reminded them about), an ice cream, and the happy meal was missing a toy.
I will definitely not be coming back to this McDonald’s even if it is conveniently right off the freeway.

Horrible service!!! Employees always angry and they always get the order wrong! We stopped going to this place, chik filet in front of it is way better all around!

Don’t ever go to this place in the middle of of the night because it will take you an hour to get your food. I’ve come in a few times of the last couple of weeks to get drinks and on almost every occasion the credit card machine is down and they’re only excepting cash.

Better then before the remodel, but there’s still something about this location that’s just not like most other stores … maybe it’s the idea they don’t have anything out for you to serve yourself … like napkins, catsup, etc. Maybe it’s also because of foot traffic in and around the store

horrible service, rude attitudes, and the worst tasting McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. my burgers weren’t even made correctly, and had mayo leaking out the side. alot of it. i had to throw it away. I’m waiting for the pizza guy now. I’m turned off to McDonald’s for a long time now. i guess they are good for something, turning people off to McDonald’s.

Double check ur food if u hav to go to this shitty place. Retarded ppl work there always forget ur items. 10 dollars worth of food was missing. I give no stars at all if I could.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been to at a McDonald’s :/
It took half an hour to get my 1 plain cheeseburger.

They can’t seem to get the order right. And «forget» things too! I always have to greet them first, I tell them thank you, they say «you’re welcome», I say have a nice day they say thanks… I AM THE CUSTOMER! they’re supposed to tell me that! Once they didn’t add my extra hash brown and so I called and he said to come back and they’ll give it to me. I told him I didn’t have time to go BACK THROUGH THE DRIVETHRU, It should have been correct the first time. He asked for my name to be put on a list. Um no thanks keep your freakin hashbrown!

They tried to give me a ice coffee when I ordered ice latte. I told the lady I ordered a latte she said it’s a latte. No it’s an ice coffee. I took a sip of it. It’s ice coffee not latte. I had to request they remake it. And they forgot to give my milk for my happy meals. So when I parked and waited for my ice latte he brought it to me. I had to send him back for the milk I got home but now I have to go back because they didn’t give me any salad dressing. So we are here at mc Donald’s trying to get our order figured out and Correct and we realized they didn’t give us our sweet tea so. So Juan gave us a refund for our salad and ice lattes and Juan gave us a cup for sweet tea. But we went to go pour the tea in the cup. But the tea was empty. So my husband went to the counter. And Jessica the manager said «Now What!» I believe that is very rude and poor customer service. And unprofessional and I can’t believe I’m hearing this. Espically manager. I really want this situation addressed. I need to reach out to someone I’m charge. Because I don’t think someone should be talked too like this. So if anyone can give me information or direct me to someone to talk too. It’s not right

so i got off to order because it seems the drive thru never get shit right here. so i get off and order the $ 15 meal with 4 mcchckens and etc. i tell i want mac sauce and and extra pickles on the cheese burgers and NO ONIONS! so i get order first thing they got wrong was i ordered to go and had to put in bags 2^nd they put onions on all my burgers get your shit together

It’s your typical slow, dirty McDonalds. But they have a play area for the kids to burn off extra energy. We eat dinner at the clean Chick-​Fil-​A next door, then stop here for $ 1.29 sundaes.

This McDonalds is horrid… Avoid it at all costs.
One time, they closed 45 minutes before they were supposed to… turned off the drive-​thru lights, locked the doors, and they were all just hanging out inside…
Most of the time, my burgers were sloppily put together, which didn’t bug me that much except that you know when you come across that, they’re sloppy at other things…

Came by the other day for some grub.
I ordered the Premium McWrap Chicken & Ranch (Crispy)
Service was mediocre at best. My wrap fell apart as I was eating it. The chicken in my wrap was deep fried in stale oil… no bueno. The fries were stale as well. Aye aye aye…
Guess I won’t be coming back for a while.

It seems to be going under a renovation now. They are rebuilding the entire exterior and interior, but are open for business. I see new people working there and they don’t seem to muck up the order. I even got ketchup without having to storm back in from my car!
+1 star for the improvements so far. I will continue to update this review if I see additional improvements. This is the closest McD’s to me so I am rooting for them.
