My hair stylist was nice, but she seriously butchered my hair. I just wanted to fix it and I had explained the $ 65 experience I dealt with prior to coming to her. It’s just all choppy and I look like a hot mess.

Really enjoy the laughter with the ladies, and Vincent.
I’m a guy so I can’t comment on how good the stylists are. My haircut is always great though.

Just stopped by from out of town and had a great environment. I had no appointment but was helped right away and AJA cut my hair and did a great job. In a very busy world it is always great to be treated like they know you for years and make you feel at home. Thanks for the great service AJA and the great conversation!

I am African American and have relaxed hair. Went in for a bob style haircut. JC the stylist did an amazing job! I love my cut! I get nothing but compliments about my hair! I will be back.

Just took my youngest son to get his super long locks cut. Alyssa was wonderful and gave a great new look. She made him feel so special. I always take my oldest boy there and Vincent always hooks him up with a cool cut!

Just walked out. Had Alyssa cut my hair and she was not only a GREAT stylist but also very personable.

So I just have to say that this Supercuts on Day St. has such an amazing team! I have had nothing but awesome service with them and entrust only them with my hair. I just got a haircut by Alyssa and it is by far the best ever. Going in to see Ashley or Alyssa working brightens up my day and the rest of the staff rocks too.

Would have given more stars, but having to listen to pop country music while I wait made me want to rip my hair out.

Took my Son here to get his bangs trimmed and out of his eyes. Needless to say he got a Hack Job … I figured something so simple would be easy! Now I will be taking him to a Professional to see if this can be fixed

I got as my brother would say, «a fresh to death» haircut yesterday, Alyssa did an amazing job with my hair, and she didn’t charge my shampoo, with my pregnancy my hair had grown unmanageably thick and long, I don’t even know how she managed to fix the mop that I had as hair, but I will definitely be coming back. :)

Alyssa cut my hair this time and the last 2 times (luck of the draw) she’s always happy and is such a «people» person. She usually knows what products my scalp and hair needs and my haircut is always perfect when her or anyone here does it. She’s the blonde one at the 1^st spot.

I had high expectations from this place, but was highly disappointed. I recently switch here from another hair cut place. I was looking to find a place more affordable and with a shorter wait time. I found NONE here. I’ve visited three times now, and I am not going back again. This last time I went I used their internet page to «Check In», but was penalized for doing so. When I arrived I still had to wait 1:30 for a hair cut. I was charged an extra $ 2 dollars for asking if the same girl who cut my hair the last time could do it again. Are you kidding me! I had to wait and pay extra for that! Ridiculous. The gentleman sitting next to me waiting also made the same comments. «Long lines and too expensive». I am NOT going back ever again.

First time here yesterday. I saw Brittney. She is super friendly very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be returning, I have faith that she will help me accomplish the legnth I want to acheive one day =) shes def not scissor happy Thank God lol ive been to stylist who I tell Im trying to grow my hair out but they always cut way too much off. Brittany did it perfectly!

The girl who did my husband’s hair tonight was amazing. She took one look at the picture we showed her of how we wanted his hair and she did it perfectly! Love, love, love the girls at this Supercuts. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she’s really tall and very sweet. We love her!

Worst hair cut!!! My husband just walked out with an uneven hair cut. The «manager» did a quality check??! No, the other girl messed it up, she tried to fix it and left it worst. STAY AWAY!!! 18 dollars for them to screw up the little hair that he has. They specialize in haircuts but yet they screwed up his?!? Mediocre service at its finest!

I’ve always had a great experience here. Today Izzy was my stylist. She is a wonderful, fun and engaging person. She did a great job with my hair. I will be going back again and again.

There was a wait, but lets be honest waiting is something we have to do. When consumers complain about having to wait when they should taking a harder look at their patience levels. We need to stop crying when we are not immediately attended to.
I don’t get my hair cut as much, but I do know that the hair stylists here are extremely nice and that this place deserves a better rating.

Went here for a hair cut the girls were very nice and did not take long at all :) will deffinetly be going back!

I don’t have any hair experience here however DO NOT get any waxing done here. I have a place I usually go to but just needed my eyebrows cleaned up a bit so I just ran in here to get them done. Honestly while I was there I thought he was doing an ok job. A little cautious and slow but I thought that was ok. I wasn’t super pleased with the result, one or my eyebrows was fuller than the other. He tried to fix it but it still looked the same so I just let it go and figured I’d have my waxer fix it later.
I got home and they were pretty red which is usual. About 2 hours later these little cuts started to appear and became really red. Later that evening my brows were really swollen, and the small cuts were bleeding. I’ve been waxing my eyebrows waxed for 15 years and have NEVER had them look like this.
I put some ointment stuff on them and today they look worse. So now I’m stuck with these big cuts on my face from it. One of them being right between my eyes. I will never go back to this place even for a haircut.
