Terrible customer service! I ordered chicken strips and some sauces at the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, the girl there was busy giggling and laughing on the job with three other workers instead of saying hello. When she handed me my bag I immediately checked it and there were NO sauces. I then told her I hadn’t received any sauces and instead she gave me attitude about how I need to check the bottom of the bag. Seriously? I just checked that entire bag and there was nothing except my chicken. I had to repeat my request for sauces and finally she gave me 2 packets but with an annoyed look. Instead of giving me lip how about you listen to your customers next time?

Always great food and excellent service! I’m in love with thier spicy chicken with pepperjack cheese sandwhich and I get the yogurt parfait instead of fries. They have very good wraps too. Never had any bad experiences at this location. Keep up the awesome work chick fil a!

Chick fil a has always had great service however this one is horrible !!! They close at 10pm and at 955 they have an employee go around to each table and tell the customers they have to leave .That is bad customer service !

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Service! I drove miles just for their breakfast (since they are closed on Sundays!) Spent 12 minutes in their incredibly SLOW DRIVE-​THRU, only to get to the order board at 10:28am. *No response until I said ‘hellllo?!’ Then after ordering, I’m told they were ‘OUT OF BREAKFAST!’ Not that they stop serving at 10:30am…
I asked to clarify that they were now magically ‘OUT’ of ALL breakfast items, (biscuits, potatoes, sausage, coffee, orange juice, etc.) and their worker Breanna actually replied ‘yes!’ There was no ‘sorry, would you like any other menu items’, instead, they sent someone out to change the breakfast menu to lunch & SILENCE in the speaker for another 3 minutes! I was not offered anything else & had to sit another 6 – 8 minutes while the 4 cars in front of me got their food & waste more time that I could have spent getting McDonald’s breakfast, right next door! Corporate Office will hear about their horrible customer service and supposed ‘breakfast food drought!’

I have to say I went to chick fila tonight and was extremely happy and pleased with the service. They made an embarrassing experience not so bad. A coworker gave me a $ 15 gift card for my bday last Thursday and I decided to use it on this Friday night. I go through the drive thru and order my nuggets, fries, and unsweetened ice tea and I get to the window and the card apparently had insufficient funds and I rushed out the house didn’t bring my wallet and was just handing them the drink back and saying forget about it. Katie from the drive thru and her coworker decided to just let me have the meal! That was great service! So I headed back home, got my wallet and went back to pay it forward. I was really embarrassed because I’m not shady and I couldn’t believe the card really had no funds! Anyways thanks for the good service and the food was delightful!

Always on point with customer service! Everyone always has smiling faces and greats you like they mean it. Food is always hot and comes out fast, no matter how busy it is.

The kids meal chicken nuggets are enough for me with waffle fries. I swear by their chick fil a sauce. I would drink this stuff if I could lol. Lines can be ridiculous at times, but the food is legit unlike mickey dee’s.

Consistent quality at this location and great service. It’s centrally located to access to shopping and other great food eats.
The good sauces are behind the counter so make sure to ask, parking can get a little tight during peak hours, along with inside seating. But overall the line moves quickly and you can get in and out if you’re in a hurry.
One small peculiarity I noticed is this location does not have «live» or fresh flowers like most other locations I patronize.
Never used the restroom at this location but overall cleanliness was on point.

Chick fil-​a is definitely one of my favorite fast food places. Consistently good quality, workers who are friendly, and food that comes out promptly, even when the place is really busy.
I used to come here frequently as a high schooler and get their kids meal. It wasn’t that I wanted a toy, but I wanted the ice cream. You can trade in your toy for an ice cream, so I’d get my nuggets, fries, and free ice cream and it’d be a nice snack at the mall.
Now a days I usually get there deluxe chicken sandwich or their nuggets, but I definitely always include those delicious waffle fries. The chick fil a sauce is like my favorite fast food sauce, I put it on everything except in the drink.
This one has college nights occasionally on Mondays in which they give out a free sandwich or nuggets, which is pretty awesome.
I’ve only had one bad experience here in all the times I’m visited. I waited for my food for over 25 minutes which is unheard of for fast food, especially chick fil a. However, they apologised and even gave me several compensation coupons, and so they have redeemed themselves.
Overall, bottom line is, eat more chikin, go to chick fil-​a.

I love this place! Great food! And their customer service is amazing! I’m a manager in customer service and I’m very keen on it. I can’t ever find anything negative to say about their service! Keep it up chick-​fil-​a!

Everything kept spotless. Service is faster than most fast food. All employees so far are polite and helpful, and the food is great.
They even have innovations that made the experience so much more convenient, using a square cup to hold your condiments and utensils to easily carry to your table.

I never thought I would love ChickFilA until I got to college. That being said, for being so close to universities, this place is just awesome.
No matter how big or small the crowd is here, your food will ALWAYS come out quickly, I love it. I’ve been here for College Nights and even Cow Appreciation Day and no matter what I get through the lines and food so much quicker than any other fast food restaurant.
The workers are always friendly and nice and even if they seem overstressed from the large crowds, they’re still nice and amiable with all customers.

This was the first time I had actually gone to Chick-​Fil-​A and gotten something other than their waffle fries, and the hype around this place is correct.
I went with my cousin (via drive-​thru #america) and got a cookies and cream milkshake and 8 nuggets (two of which she ate smh) because of their current coupon deal (get 8 free nuggets — grilled or original — with a purchase of a handspun milkshake until Dec. 31, 2015). I thought the nuggets were such a good proportion because 1) it was 3pm so it was a good pre-​dinner and 2) despite how good their CFA sauce is, it does get tiring like all other sauces!
The milkshake was really rich and thick like all milkshakes should be in my opinion, and it was topped with a thin layer of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. I thought they could have done without the whipped cream and cherry but eh — it made it authentic/​special and gave me the feeling that I wasn’t just going to another fast-​food joint.

Had their breakfast for the first time today. Those mini chicken sandwiches aren’t that great. Just chicken nuggets on little rolls. Too much bread, not enough chicken.

I love that this Chick-​fil-​A location participates in a weekly «College Night» where college students can get a free chicken sandwich with their ID’s! The service is great here and the food is always best quality. For «fast food,» Chick-​fil-​A is ALPHADOG.

I love the spicy chicken deluxe but on a few occasions they have gotten my order wrong. When I call they always offer to send a coupon but I’ve never received one.

Best fast food chicken sandwich. I also like their market fresh salad although its pricey.
Their biscuit chicken sandwich is always a treat for breakfast.

It is crazy for me to give 5 stars to a «Fast Food» place with a drive thru but I am going to keep it 100% honest, The food was great.
My wife and I were on our way to big bear lake and needed to stop for gas at the costco there next door. We wanted food too but didn’t want to go to the Miguel’s? burrito shop next door due to bad reviews.
I recommended we try Chick-​fil-​a to my wife and she said absolutely not. See, we support gay marriage and equal rights and Chick fil a is strongly anti gay and anti equal rights. HOWEVER, I insisted that we just order a couple sandwiches in the drive thru, mostly, to make her uncomfortable… HAHA
Anyways, she took one bite of the spicy classic chicken sandwich and said «oh my god, this is amazing». And they really are, they are super yummy and so are the fries.
Summary: shame on them for the anti gay stuff but good on them for the chicken sandwiches!!!

Isn’t it just the worst when you crave Chick-​fil-​a the most on Sundays?!
This Chick-​fil-​A is located in a semi busy plaza so be careful around the parking lot! A lot of cars are always speeding through. There’s panhandlers in this area sometimes but they’re not so bad.
Anyways, this chick-​fil-​a has a special place in my heart. I’d come here almost every Monday night when I was a UCR student because Monday nights were their college nights! That meant if you show a valid college ID, you get a free original chicken sandwich! Starving college students & free food are a match made in heaven.
There’s this meme that I’ve seen online that says «Chick-​fil-​a employees treat you better than your own family» and I could not agree any more with that LOL. Seriously! Chick-​fil-​A employees are one of the nicest beings ever! I mean, I know Chick-​fil-​a is known for being anti-​gay, but I cannot deny that their customer service always leaves me feeling happy.
I always order the same thing here: #4 with a lemonade. For those that have no clue what #4 is, it’s the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. I tried their new frosted lemonade a few days ago and boy oh boy was I impressed! Thinking I was going to get a slushy/​icee freezey sort of drink, I was surprised to see that it was mixed with their soft serve ice cream. Such creamy texture. Much tasty. Cold, refreshing, sweet.

Friendly service, semi fast lines at the drive through… But they’re cheap with their sauces!
I always come back though because it’s close to work… And we don’t have the best choices around here :(
