This LOFT is notorious for its atrocious customer service! I have never once been greeted upon entering the store. I actually filed a complaint with the corporate LOFT office.

I came here around 8:00pm. I suppose the mall was going to close in an hour. This is the first time that I came here spent 10 minutes looking around and no one noticed me. I was rather disappointed. On the bright side, I guess I saved some money and came out with nothing.
