I bought a GORGEOUS jacket that was normally 90 for $ 60!!! It wasn’t on sale but was in the wrong spot and a girl noticed and moved it. I wanted it anyways– I have no problem paying the actual price for something I understand mistakes happen or customers move stuff I do not believe this means I am owed a discount that is dishonest. If it’s worth $ 90 then okay. But when I got to the register the manager came and had her discount it anyways!!! Even though it wasn’t originally discounted and I didn’t make a fuss or plan on it. Also the saleswoman was SO helpful looking for some pants for me that I really wanted with no problem at all and was really sweet even though she had worked so hard when I decided I didn’t want them. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT SELECTION AND I WILL BE BACK.

Took my mom here to shop. First thing is they have very little selection on clothing. Half of their store is all bras. Second thing the line for this store needs to be addressed. There is only two registers, I have been in line for at least 15 minutes, I’m still waiting. And there is personal conversation, also answering the phone when you have customers present and waiting this long is unacceptable, The Manager needs to address this line situation. Get another register, do something.

Not sure what happened to Lane Bryant they used to have cute clothes with respectable prices. Now it’s just the same thing over and over with higher prices. If I wanted to pay close to $ 100 for a top I would go to Nordstrom or Macy’s which carries plus sizes. Now I bought basic black pants which where on Sale a good deal but I waited no exaggeration over 20 minutes in line. Only 1 employee working in the entire store how could you run a store that way? Not coming back simply not worth it. Oh and new policy if you buy clearance it’s final Sale so you better try it on. I think it’s safe to say lane Bryant will disappear more than half are gone.

I ordered online-​and of course it didn’t fit! Lane Bryant is one of the few that still allows you to return at the store, which I did.
The staff was REALLY helpful and polite. made the return SUPER quick and easy — and I bought twice as much as I returned.
Good selection, almost everything I wanted was in stock — yes, they are getting super pricey-​but it’s nice to find (bras) that fit!
