Jack In The Box

Although the food may not be consistent, the wait for the drive thru is pretty efficient in terms of ordering and receiving the food.

I love some jack in the box at night, I gotta say this jacks has a good night staff. Never had a bad experience here with anything. I have been coming here for years, pretty much my favorite fast food by far, the service and food options. This is a great jack in the box!

Ate a grilled sourdough chicken sandwich. It was great. Tender pattie, melting cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Best I’ve had at Jacks. Served hot and juicey. Server very patient and helpful. Added a fresh salad that was cold and crisp. Overall an outstanding meal.

I’ve never been inside of this Jack in the Box so this review is only for my experiences with the drive-​thru.
I’ve never had any problems here — friendly customer service and my food is always fresh. The wait is never too long either!
I mean, it’s a Jack in the Box! You already know what you’re getting into if you decide to go here.
My only concern is that there are sketchy people that hang around the area, but what can you expect from Riverside/​Moreno Valley anyways? Lol.
If I’m on my lunch break and want to grab a quick bite, Jack in the Box is my go to. Or if I want a hazelnut iced coffee and don’t want to deal with the headache of waiting in a super long Starbucks line, I have old faithful Jack in the crack.

This is the worst jack in the box ever. They are stingy with their ranch and have horrible customer service.

Out n about on a beautiful Tuesday. morning… omw to get my car serviced before work. I figured eh, Jack n the Box breakfast sounds good. Fast food not really expecting anything right? Well I order a coffee and asked forit to be mocha the drive thru lady sawas eid, «they don’t have hot mocha». in a rude voice. I replied your drive thru menu states icee mocha coffee… I pull up to drive thru window this lady just has the most awful unfriendly look in Tha morning. Like I said wasn’t expecting anything didn’t see that coming. Cheer up lady it’s a beautiful day new day. Maybe you should request not to work drive thru if you don’t like it. Breakfast sandwich requested the spicy sauce added it to my meal tasted even better.
Would of giving you a 5 start lady ruined it.

Very friendly staff. Food is always warm and prepared to order. One of the nicer Jack in the Boxes I have been to, even late at night. Will return I’m sure many times over.

I am 32 years old and been to many Jack in the cracks. This one is by far the best that I have been to. Very fast and friendly service. My order is always correct and fresh!!!
I live across the street so I am great full to have this awesome spot so close.

I only come here for the drive thrus. I have to say this is the best fast food drive thru place I’ve ever been to. Both their service and food is great — never really had a problem here. Food is always fast and fresh.

Got to love their late night, midnight special, second shift, snack-​pack dealy-​bob hooha deals! Cheap, cheesey, charbroiled, chewy, cheeseburger chakra!

This isnt just one of the best boxes out there for food. Its also got the nicest staff. By every employee youll get here youll be treated with respect and speedy efficiant service

This Jack In the Box is one of the best I have been to! They are always so nice, and it’s pretty fast… whenever I go I order for a bunch of people and I never wait over 3 minutes… well, maybe 5 haha. I’m never disappointed about them being any different from other locations as far as quality of food… not that Jack In the Box has particularly good quality food haha, this one is pretty great :-)

Jack in the box is jack in the box. But this location has refreshingly great customer service. Every time I order here I am greeted with a smile. They remember to ask you if you want ketchup and sauce. Jb may not be a 5 star chain, but if you want a friendly one go here.

This jack in the box has some great customer service. I always get chicken sandwiches here on my lunch break and they’re always plump, juicy and delicious.

I love fast food because it’s fast, cheap and effective. Jack in the Box in general is also great because their nutritional information is available online in a very clear and easy to understand format. Specifically, this Jack is great because it’s open ²⁴⁄₇ and the service is great. Food is always yummy for the price and they follow really specific instructions that most fast food establishments tend to ignore (i.e. hold mayo, bacon etc.). Yeah, you’re not going to get a gourmet meal but you’ll get the best bang for your buck.
