The worst Dominos I have ever been to. I have tried ordering from here multiple times, and it has always been wrong and/​or not even close to ready when they said it would be. The employees don’t seem to care about anything or try very hard. Customer service has been mediocre at best.

After paying with my credit card online… Delivery driver tried copying my credit card numbers then acted like a jerk when I asked him what he was doing so I called the manager and she said «what do you want me to do about it?». The perfect sentence for a manager to tell a customer.

I ordered my pizza at 9:30 p. m… It is now 12 a. m and they have still yet to come, I’ve been calling for the last hour and a half but they are not answering. I’m having a get together and its a little embarrassing that they forgot about me. This pizza is usually great, but how do you forget about your customer? After this experience I will probably never call them again for delivery. An unreliable business is an unorganized business. Long time customer, no longer a customer.

We ordered the 2 mediums for $ 5.99 each tonight and some wings for the same price.
It was my first time ordering online via
and the Order Tracker where that let you choose a skin as you watch your order go from order placed, prep, over, quality check and then delivery. The time once it went into Delivery was decent, however in reality, it took them more than 50 minutes to actually deliver it. I was very annoyed as we had cranky hungry kids. We only leave approx 1 mile from the house and I could have driven out, but figured why not let them deliver. I was very disappointed in the speed of service of the delivery.
However, the pizza, it was good. We all were content with it and the boneless chicken wings we got where basic and tiny.
All and all, once the kids ate and the movie night got going, it was pretty good. We will order from them again because it’s good and cheap. I just wish Round Table Pizza would lower their prices.

I have ordered Dominos for years, including from this location. The pizza and other items are what you would expect from a Dominos, but the customer service is terrible, consistently. Just an example tonight, I placed an order for a medium cheese pizza, cheesy bread, and a 20oz Coke Zero. I was told $ 14.76. By the time I gave them my CC number, it jumped to $ 20.95. When they delivered, they brought me a 12oz diet coke. I complained, and they told me they’d be right back. 20 minutes later, they brought me a 12oz Coke Zero. I asked why not a 20oz, and they don’t carry them anymore. I don’t know where good customer service went, but it didn’t go to this Dominos.
