Yesterday was most likely the last time I order from this place, the pizza was just okay. I ordered a cesar salad, it costs $ 6.99, and the lettuce was wilted with brown spots. what bothered me even more was that it looked like they tried to camouflage the bad lettuce with fresh lettuce on top. Needless to say, it ended up in the trash! I’ll stick to Pizza Pirates, much better quality. lesson learned!

Lol keith, threatening to call health dept over being over charged. The kids at Marcellos are working hard. Your response is the opposite of what Unilocal is useful for. As a regular customer you should be ashamed. Marcellos keep up the good work.

Ordered a pizza 1 hour ahead of time for 2 hours later.
They were late.
They finally showed up 45 min late.
I called to talk to the manager and the kid who answered the phone said he Was the mgr. When I complained to him, he yells back at me.
They wanted to charge $ 5 extra for Extra mushrooms and olives. What? Round table only charges $ 2.
When the driver shows up finally, he hands me a cold pizza, turns around and walks away with attitude.
Why is this place Still in Business?
Maybe I’ll call the health inspector…

Have eaten here a couple times now. I enjoy the food especially the wings. Also when picking up my food, Justin was pretty cool to talk to. Being new to the area, he was quick to give advice and overall just being friendly. That, and pretty good food is what keeps me going back. Thanks!!!

The service is not only amazing, but the guy named Service as well! He is awesome and makes sure we always end the phone call with a smile. We don’t even need to say our name and he knows who we are and not just him but the girls when we order already know to put our ranches without us having to tell them.

I have ordered from this location in the past without issues and the pizza is okay, better than the only other choice in my neighborhood that delivers.
I called this afternoon about 4:50 and ordered a pizza. I was told it would take an hour, no surprise, it is Friday. However, 2 hours later when my pizza had still not arrived, I call them to find out where it is. I was told by the gal that answered the phone that her delivery person delivered it, not to my address. No apology given, no offer to remake it and deliver it to the correct address. That’s some really poor customer service. I hope that whoever received it, enjoyed it and I am really glad that I was paying cash so I didn’t pay for someone else’s dinner. Needless to say I will NEVER order from them again.

This has been my spot for over two years. The road getting there is a nightmare for my wife’s whip but well worth it. Pizzas great and the staff is outstanding. I really enjoy their approach to the pizza biz. Very refreshing to encounter these type of businesses

Been ordering from here for 15+ years. It’s been pretty consistent and even better in some ways.
The salads on some days could be fresher. The supreme pizzas have a generous amount of toppings. Delivery is almost always early or in time.
The prices are good too!

Very good pizza, the dough is light and good but needs a bit more flavor. The jalapeños are extra spicy (toooo hot!) and the pepperoni is nice and fresh

Love this place! The cheese sticks are my favorite and the pizza is really good but sizes do run small! But my favorite part about this place is the hot delivery guy, Jacob Haha! I recommend this place, but don’t ask for Jacob, he’s mine!

So I’m typically not a big fan of the pizza or prices but the situation I went through made me never ever want to go back again. My mother loves the patriot pizza ($ 20) and the Italian salad ($ 9). My mother had ordered jalapeños on the side as she is very sensitive to them. We order online and they say it will take an hour. An hour and 40 minutes later our pizza is finally here. We open the box and it is LOADED with jalapeños. We open the salad and it is missing 2 of the 3 meats! I call back and they tell me that they will only give me $ 10 back in credit out of the 35 we spent OR a new pizza (that will take over an hour to deliver again). It was already 9pm! The man on the phone was so panicky and yelling at me that he is too busy and won’t allow me to get a refund for both even though we couldn’t eat the pizza! We ended up only getting $ 15 back and throwing away the pizza. I work in food service, if you make a mistake, YOU FIX ALL OF IT.

. I have to buy at least $ 20 of regular priced food and I get $ 10. They also have some great in-​store deals. You can check them out online. You can pick up or have it delivered. The people here are super nice! The pizza was a little greasier than expected, but nothing a few napkins couldn’t fix. Pretty good amount of toppings. The wings are ok. Not nasty, but just ordinary. Well, the BBQ ones. Maybe the other flavors are better or worse. My favorite part of the visit, and the main reason I come here? The Cheese Bread! Not the Cheese Sticks, but the Cheese Bread. Soooooo full of garlic, buttery, cheesy goodness. Oh my. It’s so delicious. I don’t even need anything else really. Posted pictures of the items I purchased for your viewing pleasure. I think actually seeing the food is best. Not like in a commercial where everything looks good.

I ordered pizza here for the first time tonight and it was great. Wife, Kids and I enjoyed the pizza. Went in and picked it up and the guy working was super nice. Glad we gave it a try as this will be where we get pizza from now on.

Horrible food. The pizza tasted like rubber and I could’ve easily made better chicken wings in the microwave.

We ordered a pizza and it took over a hour and half to be delivered. When we called the girl on the phone was really rude. Horrible customer service. We will not be doing business at this location again. The pizza was cold and tasteless.

So just like the other place … they have the most ABSURD policy imaginable.
A friend of mine in their delivery area just got stuck working graveyard with no food and has class right after so she will be going over 12 hours without food.
I called for a delivery and they REFUSED to allow me to place the order and pay for it via credit card. I was trying to surprise her and they are telling me that they NEED an imprint of the card. I work for a pizza place and you do not need that especially if someone submits the order online with ALL of the correct information like expiration and cvv code.
The manager refused to assist me and basically told me I was SOL.
This place is a black mark on restaurants and I will never consider giving them my business again.

I have probably passed by this place over a dozen times. It’s in a remote looking/​mostly dead plaza, and the only redeeming aspect is that there are lights that say «OPEN»…otherwise, I probably would not dare venture inside.
The quality of the pizza is pretty good. It’s not one of those sub-​par pizza places, but I also wouldn’t say it was mind blowing either. We ordered an all meat and then added on some green peppers (my fave) and jalapenos. It came out to just about $ 16+tax. Not too shabby considering how many toppings we added on!
What bumps them up a star is their customer service. I really enjoyed my interaction with the lady that was helping us with our order. She gave us tips on what to order, suggestions on deals, and was just overall PLEASANT. This is always a rarity, I feel.
A few notes — if you’re a college student, you get a discount! :] They are apparently supporters of the UC Regents… I didn’t even know you could supper the UC Regents. O. o Also, sometimes the doors are locked even though the sign says open. Just knock or wave… they do that after certain hours for their own safety.
Overall, a pretty legit place to pick up some pizza — and they’re open later than the other places in the area! PLUS, the reheat quality is fantastic… always an important part of pizza. ;]
