I’m a a huge pizza fan and have expereinced some of the best pizza in this great country of our and this doesn’t rank in the top ten. But I will tell you that it is some of the better pizza in Riverside. My office is close by and I love to visit here for their NY slice Monday special where the slice is HUGE and only $ 1.50.
I also like their italian sausage sandwiches. I get these quite frequently and enjoy the heck out of them. It is kinda a dive pizza place so if you are looking for a place that is really nice you won’t like it here. If you are looking for a place that has good food the entire family will enjoy, then try it! We did and my family really likes it.

Cannot go wrong with Capone’s!
I remember the first time I came here back in college guys at UCR and the slices were huge! now, I feel like coming back to visit the area, the slices are bigger!
The place is quite hidden, and small. Enough seating, which is good — during the day, cant say so at night.
The workers are awesome and friendly!
The pizza is bomb! a bit greasy, well EXTREMELY greasy, but nothing but a few pat downs with paper towel cannot fix.
Kind of hard to review pizza, it’s pizza. One slice can fill you up and cause food coma in a jiffy.
Love this place, will also try to revisit this during my visits to the area.

We tried the place out for the first time because of Unilocal reviews.
We had a large thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of garlic cheese bread. The pizza was just okay. There was nothing special about it. I actually prefer Little Caesar’s $ 5 Pepperoni pizza to the one we had here.
The garlic cheese bread had good flavor.
It was also pretty dirty inside. Although we didn’t have a terrible experience, we probably won’t be coming back because D’caesaro is so much better and just down the street from this place.

It wasn’t very busy and most of the staff were getting ready to close an hour & a half before closing time. I ordered at the counter and I felt like I was disturbing the female employee who took our order. Perhaps she was just bored as she got friendlier as our time there went forward.
The pizza was nothing special. We ordered the untouchable that says it includes extra cheese, but the cheese was sporadic and if the amount of cheese on our pizza was twice the normal amount then there is very little on a regular cheese pizza. The sauce was not evenly distributed as it was thick in some spots and completely absent in others. I don’t even know how to describe the flavor of the sauce but it wasn’t for me. Some of the mushrooms were still uncooked which may be good in a salad but not on a pizza, and I don’t eat salads!
I would say this place is for individuals looking for fair but not awesome pizza!

I order online delivery for this restaurant. Very friendly and quick service. The online ordering is very easy and convenient. Food is very fresh and tasty. Love the pastas the best.

I swear at some point the NY slices on Monday were $ 1? Maybe not.
Currently 1.50 for a big slice of thin-​crust-​NY –style-​za. I wouldn’t suggest the spinach for a topping as it seems to come from a can.
However. The cashews on their pizza is something I always must do and it’s incredible.
Also! They have red onions instead of white onions which is quite enjoyable.

I used to love capones but this was kind of a disappointment
It took over an hour for delivery when we were quoted 30 min and they are literally walking distance from us
I called to ask where my order was and there was no apology they just told us
Well he just left a second ago
Their «deep dish» looked like a hand tossed pizza
The crust barely came over the edges :/​
It wasn’t deep dished at all.

Capones pizza is awesome!!! Great mom and pop kinda place… We order delivery very often and always get our correct order with friendly service! The subs are great too, but we love our thin crust pizza!!! These guys know what they are doin!

Capone’s is the best pizza in town and surrounding areas, there’s no doubt about that, been going there and enjoying it for years!!! Now lately I’d say last 4 months or so, every single time I go there, no matter what I eat or my friends eat, we always get sick! Something must be wrong, cross contamination? Food no being stored properly? Something’s up! Please fix it
The pizza and other items still taste amazingly as before but the aftermath it ain’t the greatest at all! It did NOT use to be like that, this issue started about 4 months ago.
I hope a member of their staff or a supervisor or manager will step up and correct the issue!
Til then I’ll keep only 2 stars knowing what an amazing pizza place Capone’s really is.
Once it gets fixed I will give 5 stars with no regrets bcuz I LOVE Capone’s pizza!

I’m not really a pizza fan, so it really means a lot if I give a place a really really good review for pizza! This is definitely one of those «hole in the wall» places that I highly recommend!
My classmate recommended this place for lunch. Pizza is cheap per slice on Mondays. We got the large veggie pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Delicious and authentic pizza! ^_​_​_​_​^
I will definitely come by here again and try some of their other specialty pizzas like the pesto pizza!
