Domino’s Pizza

I won’t order from this location anymore. They are always half an hour or more late and often when I order something, they call me back to tell me they are sold out of it or bring the wrong item. After a handful of bad delivery experiences, I’m done with this location. Tonight is the last time I order here. My order was due at 8:10pm and it’s already 8:40pm and its still not here. Unacceptable.

The customer service of this store is incredibly horrible. Waited 45 minutes after the pizza went out for delivery and received a horrible attitude from the someone who claimed to be the manager but was not the manager. When I got the pizza it was cold and had to call corporate to make a complaint. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from this location. Will not repeat business here and I do not recommend anyone to go to this location.

I’ve been ordering here almost every week for a year now and this was the last time… I’m including a picture. This is not done in the center, I called to complain and she kept denying that it was like that because she made it herself… I’m so upset… Don’t waste your money at this location… You’ve been warned

I would give it one star this time. Horrible service forgot to cookout pizza when I ordered it over the phone waited 30 mins to go down there and wait another 30 for her to lie to me and tell me she could not find it under the name when she forgot to make it. Then the pizzas were not even done and I ordered one thin crust really people how long should that of taken

I don’t care what corporate says. If a client says there is not enough sauce or cheese; there is not enough sauce and cheese. Pizza won’t make your day, but;a bad pizza won’t make it any better.

I’ve been to this location a few times now and they never fail to mess up your order. They always forget to put on the right toppings that you order, always take double the time to give you your pizza that other dominos take and burn your pizza. I definitely will not be returning to this location and will drive the few extra miles to the eastvale location where they always get my order right.

Had a good experience ordering take out pizza. My pizza came out fine and tasted great! We were given good service and it was a quick get in and get out. People seemed to have had bad experiences, but mine have been good every time.

Quick, friendly and cooked perfectly. My order was ready by the time I drove to pick it up less than 15 minutes.

Service is abysmal. Employees never greet, never say have a good one, nothing. I ONLY come here because their carryout it open late. I order a side of stuffed cheesy bread. Its raw, no big deal (it happens). I call and manager said I can get a credit or remake. I say okay, credit. Call back and ask about a refund, am told they DONT GIVE REFUNDS what so ever. I say okay, hang up. I look online and dominos policy says they — «Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino’s Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money». I want my money back so I call again, this time im hung up on. Angry I get in my car and rush over there. Of course the lady says I hung up, I say no, you hung up but then she says your call is still going on on our end. Okay, if you knew that why didnt you hang up? I was obviously put on hold because she didnt want to hear it from me. LIES. I ask for a refund and she said they do not give refunds at all. I say where in your policy does it say that? Of course she has no idea where any of that stuff is at. I say let me speak to the GM. Nope, we cant get a hold of him, youll have to come back. OKAY FINE, ill come back tom. But WAIT, the GM from what she said is only there ONCE (1) a week! ill have to wait till next monday to get a hold of him. How on earth does this make ANY sense? A GM only being there once a week? What about the upcoming super bowl? He’s leaving his team solo on one of the busiest days of the year? This store is horrible, this particular manager was horrible where she didnt refund me (she even told me, you’ve had credits before so I dont see why your complaining about a refund), the only saving grace about this dominos is their carryout is open late. Now I have to literally freeze this dough for evidence till NEXT MONDAY. AVOID THIS DOMINOS AT ALL COST.

Where’s the negative star when u need it… I’ve ordered from this location on a few occasions. I didn’t complain last order but this time I have to speak out. Ordered online, wait time quoted 20 – 30 min, 1hr goes by so we call the store. Handled with excuse, excuses, the conversation winds down with Id please like a credit for a future order or cancel this one?! Manager Jesse/​Jason says ok we’ll cancel… great service, great Customer appreciation! Won’t find it at dominoes; Especially not this location. The driver showed up to my door 3mins later and we turned him away. 15MIN LATER OF PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER MY FAMILY AND I WERE EATING PIZZA HUT!
THANKS PIZZA HUT you saved the night. Jesse/​Jason needs a bit more training as a manager blowing customers off trying to save your district store some money will cost you more in the end.

This place is a joke I got a pizza that was literally burnt on the bottom I can’t believe you could even send something out like this to people and expect them to eat it. Really you gotta ask yourself would you eat this yourself and if the answer is no then why would you think someone else would want to eat it as well. Never ever ordering from here again. And you should not either.

This place is a joke pizzas that have no sauce on them delivery driver wants you to come out to meet him he’s the guy that drives the blue car. I drive for swifg and will never order from bere ever.

Wish I had checked the Unilocal reviews before ordering! They took soo long… I’m appalled. I cancelled my order after they took 1+ hour to deliver my food. I guess they thought I was kidding or something…(which I totally wasn’t) so they sent the girl anyway and sure enough I made her turn right back around while I went out to get FRESH pizza, something I was expecting to get from them promptly. While I was speaking to the guy about my order (before cancelling) I was pointing out to him that after placing my online order, it said my pizza would be delivered in «APPROXIMATELY» 30 – 40 minutes. Now this guy persistently stated that the times given online are not accurate or approximate which is extremely contradictory to what it says online. So ya. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first, this place has terrible ratings. Who would’ve thought that could be possible of Dominos Pizza?! Like seriously… pizza is a pretty safe bet, I would never think to check ratings because it’s a major pizza company. You’ve sadly disappointed me Domino’s. And yes… I went to Pizza Hut: P

If I could give this store a 0 I would! If you can afford to go some where else, then RUN! The manger (s) are inept of trying to get an order right. Angie is HORRIBLE and needs to go back to business 101 «the customer is always right»! She only wanted to prove that she did her job and I was wrong. I was charged twice for a $ 44 order and I think I may have had a right to be a little upset. She did not once state that she was sorry and continued to argue with me. When I called back to speak with her and get her store number to make a formal complaint she would not come to the phone and some guy named John acted very sarcastic and stated that he was the actual manager in charge. I feel like I was made fun of. I will never order from Domino’s again and the corporation has lost my business for good. Not to mention that I grew up in this area for the past 22 years.

I have spent the good part of the last 4 years ordering from this Dominos, however, over the course of the last few months, this place has become HORRIBLE.
The service is abismal, and if you order something, you have about ¼ chance of them getting it right. It has become so bad I will not order from their anymore.
I ordered the same thing I get everytime, a Brooklyn-​Style with CinnaStix. Two times in a row I got my order screwed up. The first time they got the CinnaStix wrong, the second time they put Pepperoni (which my girlfriend can’t eat) on the pizza.
But the fact that they got my order wrong was not that big of a deal. It was the fact that whenever I called them back, I would be put on hold indefinitly; this happen both times. The first time, I had my girlfriend call them, and as soon as she got a hold of someone they transferred her to the manager and our order was fixed. Meanwhile, I was still on the phone «waiting» for the manager.
My guess was they noticed my phone number on their caller ID and realized I was a recent order, meaning I was probably calling to complain (that’s speculation, but considering the evidence, I don’t see it as being too far-​fetched).
I am sad to say to you that I used to LOVE dominos pizza, but I refuse to eat somewhere that can’t take simple orders, and refuses to acknowledge a customer complaint. Steer clear of this Dominos, it’s nothing but horrible service.

Honestly I usually do not buy pizza from major franchises such as dominos but when I do I will order from papa johns or round table. Last night me and my girlfriend were low on cash and we just got back from a long bike ride. We decided to get delivery because we were to tired to go anywhere else. like i said I would usually get pizza from a small joint but I live in a area that small pizza joints do not deliver to, I decided to order dominos since it was cheap. We got the deepdish and let me tell you there was nothing deep dish about it, most of the pizza was bread and it did not have much toppings.
I recommend to stay away from this place and just order Round table it was waaaaay better pizza
