I have never been so upset leaving a hair salon. I went in asking for my hair to be curled. It was washed and dried and I explained I had a funeral and a birthday party to attend. «Emily» didn’t speak to me the whole time and kept me facing dish ally so I never could see my hair. Needless to say she barely curled it, and only the bottom! I was so upset and when I got home it was mostly flat. $ 35 wasted! I will never be back.

Overflowing with no place to sit on the day we came and the petite blonde girl working there has an attitude problem-She was extremely rude greeting me and my kids and then to my 9 year old– said she was pushing and grabbing him and being ugly with him to move while trying to get a haircut. She didn’t say a word afterword, just another ugly glare and annoyed stance. I suppose he was leaning one way or another. No reason to be mean, just ask nicely.
If a kid can tell your being rude — Your being rude.
Get a grip on that attitude! The other ladies there seemed perfectly fine and cheerful.
Too bad one bad apple spoils the bunch!

Nice and convenient, close to home and you can’t beat that. The wait is never long, even when there busy.
I’ve been here more than a few times now and have really only ever had 1 bad cut, not horrible and it was fixed to my liking. Can’t beat getting the $ 6 cut coupons in the mail; just wish they came more frequently!!! The stylist are always super nice and attentive to your request. I like that they keep your profile updated so they know what you like coming in.
