Great customer service. They really pamper you. Theresa did an awesome job with my haircut and blow-​out/​style. It’s nice to finally get a haircut exactly the way I want it.
Went back to see Theresa for full highlights – blonde. Again, she did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results. I’m super picky with how my hair is highlighted, but she’s got me as a regular client now!

I found Zena salon when I was researching extensions. My consult with Melissa was effortless and I booked the appointment. At the end of my salon experience I went from fine, limp barely shoulder length hair to 16 inches of curls and volume. I’ve been back for extension removal and reapplication, color services and a wash & style. The staff knows what they’re doing. Period. I trust them with my hair. It’s a small, busy salon with great hours. Melissa went above and beyond with me as a client and helped me via phone and as a walk in with questions about my extensions. I like the little extras they provide like neck & hand massages.

I am hesitant with new hair places but trusted word of mouth on zena’s. I called on a Saturday and they fit me in that Sunday! I got a great hair cut by Eliana.
The salon was nice and quiet on a Sunday so it was a really relaxing experience. I needed to get my eye brows done and after talking to Eliana I felt comfortable to go ahead and have them done. I was surprised she was able to add the service without an appointment. She did a fantastic job on both services!

Zena Salon & spa made my first facial experience an exceptionally great one .
I was referred by a friend of mine while I was in the Houston area and decided to visit them for a massage. Upon entering the salon I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner and offered a cup of coffee. They had a nice big display of Aveda products (my fiancé’s favorite) and the knowledgable staff accomadated all my hideous questions, including the process of a facial. I was then sold!
I was ushered into the hands of their experienced therapist Nataley for my facial and massage. She was professional and detail oriented, concentrating on muscles spasms in my legs. As for the facial, let’s just say I discovered rejuvenation!
I highly recommend Zena salon and spa and will Definitely be back next time I’m in the area !
