Einstein Brothers Bagels

Since there isn’t a bagel shop that hasn’t hit Richmond yet, this is the best place to get a bagel sandwich for lunch or breakfast.
The service is always friendly and fast. My go to bagel sandwich is the spinach and bacon with one egg. With every breakfast sandwich you can either get one or two eggs. The bacon spinach comes on a spinach bagel with a tomato sauce, bacon and egg. The tomato sauce is amazing, it really wants me to come back and try their pizza bagels! Overall like I said if you want a bagel or bagel sandwich in the morning go here. You will get your crazing and they do have good bagel options and cream cheeses.

Terrible customer service.
I stopped by for bagels and sandwiches on a Monday where they have a $ 6 dozen bagel special. They asked if I wanted cream cheese for a discounted price of $ 2.99 on Mondays. I said yes. When I got my receipt, I was charged $ 3.59 for the cream cheese. I pointed it out and she asked what I wanted to happen. She asked if I wanted to refund it and I said sure. She took it off my card but then said there was no way to give me the cream cheese for the discounted price since the bagels were already charges separately.
I ultimately left without the cream cheese. Really, they can’t figure this out? Crazy.
She said her name is Ann and she is the manager. To end up with a disgruntled customer for $.60. Really??? Poor management decision.

The staff were very friendly when I came up to the counter. Ordering a checking out were very quick. I didn’t have to wait long for my food. While I waited, I asked about $ 6 Mondays. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the promotion. She even told me the exact dollar amount it would be if I got 2 cream cheeses. The sandwich was delicious. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Einstein Bros is my new favorite bagel! Best I’ve ever had. Look for one where ever you are!

Omg, I was here April 24 at 9:15am. The girls rock this place. Extremely friendly welcoming and so friendly. I love it. And Ann was worry nice and she smile and help a lot. Grate job Ann…

Service seemed to be on point while my order was taken. However, I asked twice for very little cream cheese on my bagel. And yet it arrived in the Basket toasted and loaded with cream cheese. Why do all these bagel shops do the same thing? I don’t want half a cup of cream cheese on one bagel and I don’t know anyone who does. Now… After scraping off the excess cream cheese the Everything Bagel tasted great! The large OJ was way too expensive. I won’t make that mistake again. Nice touch to offer fruit at the checkout. I’ll be back for the bagels. And by the way is it too much to ask an employee of the store to actually come out from their order area and wipe the tables down? It appeared that is a do it yourself thing here.

The Bavarian Chicken sandwich is excellent and so is the bagel dog. I was very happy with the food but the price was a little high. Extremely friendly staff!

Great bagels
I am from New York originally and I know what a good bagel is. A lot of places that make bagels do not know how to make bagels, basically making a bread in the shape of a bagel.
They have a good Friday of bagels, even though they are probably overpriced they are of good quality.
I give this establishment four stars because a bagel should be in between crunchy and soft.
They had a pretty good selection of toppings and like I said they’re not the cheapest but I think That Einstein brothers bagels are worth the price.
I am not a huge fan of their coffee, it is okay but I am partial to Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.
I would give them a shot if you’re looking for a decent bagel. It’s certainly worth your time to try it out. I’m not sure if they have free Wi-​Fi but they probably do I just didn’t notice the last time that I was there.

I liked this place, coupons you get are really good too! The vanilla haz coffee i got qas alright, not the best but the egg sandwich was delicious

I go to Einstein Bagels when I want a quick breakfast that’s not fast food. I usually get a breakfast bagel or the pretzel dogs which are really good. Einstein Bagel has a nice family atmosphere .The service is usually good and the employees are very friendly. Some early mornings are crowded but the fast service has the line down pretty quick. If you want good service and a quick breakfast bagel. Einstein Brother Bagels is a solid choice.

Normally just a smear type of person. I tried the AM special (bagel, egg whites, turkey sausage, and a tomatillo spread) this morning. I was not impressed. The egg whites were huge. The thin bagel could not handle it. The sauce was definitely a strange taste and texture. I’m a huge fan of Latin food so my dislike isn’t from being naïve. The service was fast, friendly and overall experience was pleasant.

I wanna hate this place, but the bagel sandwich (blt w/​avocado on a thin bagel) was damn good. Was it worth the $ 4.75 I paid, hell to the no. Im a damn mAn, I try to watch what I eat and all but look buddy im still hungry and $ 4.75 poorer!

Decent espresso (since there are no Starbucks in sight unless you go near VCU or Pasta Luna) and the bagels are good… Dad likes the bagels here anyways… I haven’t tried them yet… more to be continued
