First time client, and had a great experience. Dr. Ranier was very diligent and patient– I’m pretty picky. Spent alot of time explaining things. Thanks Doc.
PS your staff was very patient, too. They checked that all six pairs of my glasses were the correct prescription and were polite and friendly.

I called around looking for a eye care center that I could get an appointment today. I lost my glasses and I needed to drive out of state this week. Everyone that I called had the earliest date would be May. I called West End Eye Center and talked to Katie. I explained of my emergency and she was able to squeeze me in for an exam with Dr Reiner. Not only was Katie the best, everyone was just as friendly and Dr Reiner was the best. The exam was quick and I learned more about my vision then any other eye visit I’ve ever had.
I appreciate good customer/​patient service and it’s hard to find in this time of being considered a number and not an individual. This experience proves that great customer experiences still exist. I will be a patient here forever. Kudos to having a great team West End Eye Center.

I have had my eyes examined on several occasions by Dr. Rainer. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I felt like a valued patient.
The office is very organized and bright. The opticians appeared to be interested in fitting me with a pair of glasses that I would like. They made recommendations and suggestions.
I thought the frames/​lenses were a bit expensive.

I took my mother to see Dr. Rainer for a check up and glasses– she lose them a lot. I found the place to be very clean and neat, the staff is very professional and generally nice. Being that my mom is in a wheelchair I thought there would be some issues– NOT ONE. Dr. Rainer took his time with her and even stress the fact she’s diabetic and must stay on top of things. I appreciate how he spoke to her in a clear soothing tone, not fast talking and using fancy words & they never pushed us to buy zillion dollars glasses. I’m bringing her husband next week.

I went to Dr. Rainer to get my eyesight checked. I felt like he genuinely cares for all of his patients. He answered all of my questions and I felt like his exam was very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was seen right at my appointment time after filling out some paperwork. The practice is very up to date using top of the line, cutting edge technology diagnostic tools. I love that! And the entire staff was wonderful and caring. Julie is such a sweetheart! I was very happy and impressed with the level of care I received at West End Eye Care. I highly recommend them.

I have been a satisfied patient of this office for two years and see the optometrist for eye glasses and contact lenses.
