my husband and I only like the drinks and donuts of DD, but never feel welcome at DD. Whenever I say hello with a big smile, I never get any response. DD needs to work on the customer service in their most branches.

Second time I’ve bought a latte and tasted horrible. Maybe the third time is a charm?

Sitting inside… watched RATS(NOT field mice) running from tall grass in front of coffee shop to and around outside tables… looking for food. DISGUSTING. TOLDPERSONNEL… they weren’t the least concerned!

The guy who helped me was very, very nice and the coffee was good. However, they have no business selling muffins at 7pm. They were hard as bricks.

My kids love the donuts, that’s the only reason I still come here. Every time, without fail, I have ordered an iced coffee I have to chew through a huge lump of undissolved sugar that settles at the bottom. No thanks.

It has been said before: Donuts are great, coffee is standard but they need to really improve on customer service. Also note: in violation of Dunkin nationwide policy, this branch does not offer a senior discount. Because I had a minor issue involving customer service, I encountered issues that never occurred previously during many visits here. I wanted to know the name of the owner of this outlet. Is it the Dunkin firm or(more likely) a franchisee? Most franchisees proudly display their name and contact information at the Dunkin outlets. This one keeps that information secret. The cash register receipt does not even provide the address(as at other Dunkin outlets) and employee Abnarkesh refused to give me any information about the owner(who presumably writes her paycheck) — not even the name. I spend about $ 3,650 per year at Dunkin outlets and this one is closest to my house. Though I’ve visited many times before, I will not be returning so long as the name of the franchisee is withheld.

I love Dunkin Doughnuts! This place was clean and smells amazing. I recommend it to anyone who loves doughnuts. They were so fresh.

The donuts taste… Odd. Like they fried them in old oil that they used to cook other stuff. It had a fish like taste. I was sick to my stomach and will never go back. Eww

A really friendly and superb place to get a nice healthy snack and drinks. The place is really very super clean and well organized Even though the front area is very small. There is a small patio out front that You could use as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful indeed and

Wow, could it get any worse? Once again, the Manager of the store was trying to deny me using a coupon that said«…free donut with a purchase of a medium or large drink…» I had inquired about this months ago and was assured that I could use it to purchase a soda. No where on the coupon does it state I had to purchase«coffee.» But yet I am given a hard time in front of other customers. This owner needs to get his staff educated on customer service.

Nothing wrong with the donuts but on two different occasions I’ve had really abysmal customer service here. The guy taking my order for coffee coolata was short and inattentive and served up the drink wrong(twice) — all sickeningly syrupy. I asked him to add milk or cream and he ignored me acting busy doing something else even though no one else was in there, then handed me 1 coffee creamer and walked away. I wanted more but wasnt given the time of day. The coolata was disgusting and I couldnt drink it.

This is where I always stop when I have to pick up a huge assortment for our trainings at work. I come in with huge orders and they take care if it and work together to get it together ASAP. They have always done it with a smile on their face no matter how hectic the morning crowd can be

Donuts are great, coffee is standard but they need to really improve on customer service. I often buy boxes of donuts for my colleagues and no one greets when you come in, or everyone whispers I cannot hear, whatever the reasons are, I don’t care. I’m in service business and that’s not acceptable. It takes a few seconds to say hi, may I take your orders and thanks for coming. If I get better service buying donuts from Safeway, there is clearly something wrong with the business plan. Once I get better service I will definitely upgrade the ratings for sure.

Today… is my last trip to Dunkin Donuts Reston. We live in Northern Virginia in this diverse culture and we accept and do our best to be tolerant and understand all the various languages. After a year, of trying convey our order to someone who can’t understand english. My husband and I have walked away frustrated, because our order is always wrong despite our efforts to explain and re-explain what we wanted.

This is an average Dunkin Donuts. Nothing special, nothing particularly bad. It’s location is convenient; right next to a few other fast food restaurants and shops. They sell the usual variety of DD munchies and try to expedite your order as expertly as possible. My last trip here(5÷4÷2013) I ordered 1 dozen donuts and received normal service. Sometimes staff have a hard time understanding you – but, this is largely a problem of the fast food industry: the customer speaks English while the employee doesn’t. Despite this, overall the store was relatively clean and well-kept. They had some nasty looking rainbow-sprinkled custard filled puffbag donuts on sale. Toward the upper left if you are on the customer side of the register, looking at all the donuts. On the top shelf just to the left of the«Manager’s Special». If you see those rainbow-sprinkled puffbags in the selection of donuts, I would recommend against it. They just looked pretty bad. If you are with a group of more than 4, I would suggest finding a place to sit first and then ordering all your stuff. Seating here can be difficult to get if you come between 7:30 — 9:00 and 11:00 — 1:30pm. At least in my humble experience it has been.

Very cozy very nice. Compared to te one in Herndon, this place rocks. Came in and got a dozen donuts and they had everything we wanted. Their hot chocolate is pretty good too. I added some hazelnut to mine and it was delicious. Great staff so no complaints from me

Busy Sunday morning and they so unprepared for a crowd. The entire time we were there, a constant stream of missing orders. It was chaos. It took 15 minutes to get my bagel. They make the Burger King next door look efficient.

I was very excited to hear that a D&D was opening down the street from my house. Over the last few weeks my wife and I have probably been there 5 times for a quick sandwich and coffee to go(much more than we should). They have never gotten our order right. I am not talking about things like, «they put too much sugar in my coffee». Our experiences has been more along the lines of ordering a sandwich and it having bacon instead of sausage or ordering a bagel and they put the wrong type of cream cheese on it. The food has been acceptable. I recommend that you check your order before you leave the store. It took 5 visits for me to learn that lesson(it is possible that I am a slow learner).

Being the cheap Chinese person I am, I heard there was a grand opening today. I also heard they were giving away free coffee for a few days in celebration. Free coffee had me So, it just so happen I was in the area. As I pulled up, they had kids running all over the place. They were doing face painting, tattoos, and balloons for the kids. I walked in and noticed that it was pretty a pretty small location. There were about 3 people ahead of me. When it was my turn, I ordered 2 donuts and a medium coffee. When the cashier told me the price, I asked, aren’t you giving away free coffee today? He looked at me, then looked at the person next to him and said, are we still giving out free coffee? Come on dude, from what I hear they are doing this for 3 days. Shouldn’t everybody know this. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it is day one, but I figured this they should know at least. I won’t ding them on that. Coffee tasted good. I’ve always been a fan of DD coffee. I take a regular drip coffee from here over Starbucks any day. I’m just glad they made it black as I asked. Other places automatically load it up with cream and sugar even after I ask for it black. The donuts tasted as they always do. DD isn’t my favorite house, but they do hit the spot. You can’t beat 2 donuts and a coffee for 2 bucks and some change.
