BLUEBERRYCROISSANTDONUT!!! Nothing else needs to be said. This is a new donut they just added and it will literally blow your mind and take your taste buds on a roller coaster ride. Its a croissant and donut fusion with a nice blueberry jelly filling. One of the best donuts I have ever eaten. I also love the iced coffees here at Dunkin Donuts. Make sure you come from 2−6pm weekdays for the happy hour they have where you can get any drink for $ 0.99. WHATANAMAZINGDEALRIGHT??? My favorite iced coffee is the Butter Pecan with skim milk and splenda. I recently tried the Almond joy flavor as well and that is a close #2. I need to come back soon and try the heath bar flavor as well.

This place is completely different in everything! ! They charged me around 2 $ extra for the same order that I used to order for so many years! Which is coffee and 2 donuts. They removed it from the menu and they said we have it and it’s the same … I think the management is really bad in this place since they refused to explain to me why I’ve been charged 2 extra dollars

Dunkin’ dose a great job making my Friday morning! The line is sometimes long, but they do a great job getting my coffee and donuts quickly. The shopping center is easy to get too and their sign can be seen from the Lee Jackson Hwy. Time to enjoy!

I was a big fun of this DD store in 6 years. Everybody were so nice. But when the menager change, this store is getting the worst one. She is yelling, rude. worse menager I ever seen. I don’t want to come this DD now. Thank God, new Fair Lakes store just opened :)

We just left the Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax this morning. My husband ordered a combo. So we are waiting for the coffee we ordered and my husband politely asks where his coffee is. They said we didn’t order one, which we did. We asked four times about the coffee and the manager got belligerent and refused to give us the coffee. Needless to say we will be going to Starbucks from now on. It was their screwup and they refused to fix it. The manager was mean and cause a scene that caused other customers to leave. I wish I caught her name. She was completely unprofessional and I will never go back. Now in reading the other comments about a shift manager yelling at people, I’m sure that that was the same person we encountered this morning. As my business owner myself, yelling at customers is completely unprofessional and she should be fired.

Okay! So I recently started drinking coffee… okay maybe a slight coffee addiction. ;) So last night I decided to give the Dunkin Donuts coffee a try as I have heard big raves about it. Anyways… I asked for a caramel iced coffee and there was not even a hint of caramel there. It didn’t have the sweetness that I like from the caramel drinks. It was not that great and I could not even finish a small. I was not impressed. Perhaps I need to try a different coffee?!? Or maybe a different barista who actually puts caramel in my drink? Maybe if I am feeling brave I will try Dunkin’ coffee again in the future. Drop me a note and tell me your favorite drink if you are a fan so I can make sure I have a better coffee next time!

Really DD… no chocolate sprinkles on a Saturday afternoon when parents are usually out with kids? Boo to you! Came with my kids looking for choc sprinkles. ended up buying them something Oreo filled crappy donut that they didn’t even eat. They young kids working behind the counter don’t care to check if they have any in the back. Never again to this place!

A good dunkin donuts. They get our order right and their bagel was fresh. What more can you want. For $ 3.50 I am highly satisfied.

Apparently my last review was not helpful because it did not provide specifics of my incident. Last fall on a Saturday morning after dropping my dog off at the groomers I went to this Dunkin donuts for coffee. Big mistake. I witnessed the manager yelling at her staff for getting an order wrong, demeaning them in front of customers. Of course they were frazzled and I actually got an apology from the cashier to whom I told there was no need for an apology from her, she was not causing a scene and anyone that worked under those conditions is likely to screw up orders out of nervousness. The manager proceeded to laugh at my comment. To the workers here that survive with their dignity intact you are strong willed people. To those that do not, every workplace is not like this find a job where you are welcome and not belittled. I will never support this Dunkin donuts again. To comply with the posting guidelines, my claim number with the corporate site is 8582393. Hopefully this is enough information to satisfy whomever decided my original politely worded review was worth reporting.

Just went in this morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich… whoever made my coffee did a WONDERFUL job. It was delish. The sandwich was also really good… now for the downside. The shift manager(I’m assuming that is who she was since she was the only one wearing blue and barking orders) had THEWORSTATTITUDE. The last thing you want to hear first thing in the morning is someone yelling at EVERYONE. She was rude to her employees and every word was spoken… actually not one word was spoken. … every word was YELLED. Even when her employees asked a question, she basically screamed everything and seemed to be talking down to them. I feel bad for her employees that they have to spend their day with someone like that. I also feel bad for every customer that has to hear that nonsense when placing their order… I suggest ear plugs as she will most certainly ruin anyone’s day. The employees get 5 stars but the Manager brings the entire experience down to 2.(Visit was 6÷4÷15 in the AM.)

The service is so good and the gentleman behind the counter is so nice that they deserve a five star review. Usually have fresh items and always pleasant to deal with.

Always stop here for a donut. The store is in a convenient location off Rt 50 in the Greenbriar center. It can get very busy here but the line usually moves fast. The donuts are always fresh and the staff are efficient and know what they are doing. I always get the Boston Crème and a chocolate glazed donut. Coffee here is also good but I prefer Starbucks since it’s stronger.

Let me begin by saying that I cannot believe that I am actually taking time out of my day to review a Dunkin’ Donuts, but I am that annoyed about my experience at this particular location this morning. I should have never gone back after the last two times, when I ordered 8 breakfast sandwiches only to overhear the loud, female manager say«8 of ‘em? Really?». Yes. 8 of them. I didn’t exactly pull up in a school bus full of teenagers being obnoxious and ordering 30 breakfast sandwiches. I ordered 8. I am so sorry for spending almost $ 40 dollars(after you included my drinks). Today took it to a whole new level of rudeness. I left for work a little early this morning so that I would have time to stop by and pick up a dozen Valentine’s Day donuts for my coworkers and an unsweetened iced tea for myself. Upon my arrival, they were not very busy, but the room quickly filled with people behind me. I approached the register and placed my order, specifically stating exactly which donuts I wanted and how many of each. I was given my order number, which was 650, and I walked over to where I go every single other time I’ve ever ordered donuts or EIGHT breakfast sandwiches, and proceeded to wait patiently for my order. The manager handed me what was supposed to be my iced tea and called my number, but the donuts hadn’t been fully boxed yet, so I waited. That’s when I hear the manager say«She walked away! Why would she walk away?». Then she stomped over to me and with a disgusted face asked me if I was waiting for donuts, and I said yes. She said something along the lines of «Why would you walk away? She doesn’t know what kind you wanted!». I told her that I already told them what I wanted, and she rudely directed me back to the front of the line and back to the register to specify which donuts I wanted again. The employee at the register was very apologetic, and I really felt bad for the woman trying to box my donuts, because I had never seen her there before, and think she may have been a newer team member, and she was also embarrassed. I didn’t realize that she hadn’t gathered all of the information that I spit out about what I wanted when I walked to the pickup area. I assumed that when I ordered, there was a ticket that printed from the register or that they wrote them down or something, but I guess that system would make too much sense for the donut Nazi. I will admit that I was not shy about my anger, as I yelled over to the manager«Are you sure I can walk away now? Are you sure?», and I’m sure that the full room of people thought that I was a crazy person, but I am literally the nicest person in the world, and not to mention, I used to work in a similar environment. I have an exceptional understanding of how stressful and how annoying it can be to have to service the general public, which is why it is incredibly and especially frustrating to me. I would never behave that way towards a coworker or a customer, and if I did, I would have been fired, which this particular woman should be. I can’t be the only one who has encountered this, but may be the only one angry enough to write a review about it. Eventually, the donuts made their way into my possession, and by this point I have had a chance to taste the tea that she had handed me. It was not tea. It was more like an espresso flavored water concoction. I told her that it wasn’t what I ordered, and she yelled at an employee in front of me about what he made. She presented me with a new and correct tea and said«Here ya go sweetie. That girl over there just doesn’t listen». Too late! Don’t try to make nice with me now, after you’ve humiliated me and made me feel like an inadequate donut purchaser and have screamed at multiple employees in the process. I feel terrible for them, because each time I have gone in there, despite the fact that they have to work with that woman, they have all been extremely polite and pleasant. I will never step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts again, so don’t worry, you will never have to make an unreasonable amount of breakfast sandwiches for me. I will go somewhere else. If I were you, I would lower my voice a little. It’s ok to vent, but do it privately. Be nicer to your employees, and they will work harder for you. Besides, they are probably students, working a part time job, so they can become successful human beings, and you will be a story of the crazy lady that used to be their boss and that they will never be like. Thanks at least for that contribution to society. On a positive note, the donuts and iced tea were delicious, and I successfully reached my goal of consuming an unhealthy amount of caffeine and sugar for the day. Next time however, I will be hopping on the diabetes train at Sheetz or McDonald’s.

Went to get half a dozen donuts for my nephew, had a coupon that they would not honor because they did not like the deal. Shift leader kept yelling at us that it was not a valid deal and made a huge scene(surprising he wanted to cause a scene in his store) and then proceeded to take the customer behind is without letting us order. Ridiculously bad service! Would leave ZERO stars if Unilocal allowed that! Went to the Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax at the intersection of Rt. 29 and Rt. 50. They were happy to let us use the coupon without issue and had more donut varieties. Needless to say, will be giving my business to the Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax and writing a positive review for them!

This location is a 24⁄7 shop with free wifi. There is plenty of parking and they have a couple of tables outside. Staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. There is plenty to do near by. This DD is in a well populated shopping center

This is one of my go-to places for breakfast since it is so close. The staff is always so friendly when I go in there. From time to time the line will be back to the door, but it still goes pretty quickly. The iced coffee is on point!

Maybe it’s just that I’m coming from New England, where Dunkin Donuts are most prevalent… But I have yet to get a drink that’s made to what I’ve asked for. I’ve had both decent and terrible experiences at this location, so I suppose it just depends on when you go.

The service here is really good compared to other places I’ve been to. The workers are very friendly and I’ve never had any problems here. I enjoy eating the garlic hash browns but sometimes the 30 seconds they put in the oven is not enough. I like mine crispy so I always ask for some extra time. The breakfast sandwiches are not bad but the fake egg freaks me out. I usually get the strawberry lemonade coolata, peach ice tea and all types of flavored coffee. They all have been consistent and have never asked them to remake any drinks. I usually get there late at night so I get the donuts from earlier but they are usually tasty. They have never had that«old» taste or hardness to them. My favorite is the jelly donut! Yum!

You wouldn’t know it to look at me, but I’m not a big fan of donuts. There. I said it. I’m not saying that I haven’t had some really great donuts in my day, but it isn’t something I ever really crave. So, this review will be based solely on the coffee, bagels and service. All three of which are pretty great! I wouldn’t waste too much time on their breakfast sandwiches, though. Maybe I just haven’t found one that hit the spot, but I have been less than impressed. I do confess that twice now, I have left my apartment early and driven out of my way to pick up a coffee at this DD.

Why review a chain as ubiquitous as Dunkin Donuts? Each copy may offer unusually good or bad variables, here’s what I find with this copy of Dunkin: The donuts here seem to be the same that you’d find anywhere — if that’s why you visit a Dunkin, then by all means stop reading. On my recent visit, I decided to try their breakfast sandwiches one day to my regret. It took a full 7 – 10 minutes in order for them to make it and then ring me up, all the while with very few customers. Lacking in both taste and substance, I decided to forego DD breakfast sandwiches going forward. A gripe about the shopping center there in general is the compact, dense parking. The parking lots are very busy, so if you go with kids(shame on you — go to First Watch!) please hold onto their hands. I can’t speak to their coffee but people sure seem to like it. Go for the donuts, leave the rest.
