Papa Murphy’s

Employees consistently make pizzas with a skimpy amount of toppings on them. Their stuffed pizzas are a joke. Have been refused service more than fifteen minutes prior to closing time before. One individual let me order and pay for a medium chicken bacon ranch ($ 14) without even slightly hinting at the fact that it was the first day of a month long promotion where any large pizza could be purchased for $ 10. I honestly don’t think there is a single worker there over the age of 17. /​endrant

I like this location, the people who were working tonight were nice and friendly. My complaint is with Papa Murphy’s in general. We got two large pizzas tonight, and regardless of toppings (we got three on one and two on another just FYI), the $ 28.00 price is ridiculous. Especially when it’s not being delivered OR cooked for you. PM’s claims they their ingredients are fresh and that’s why the price is what it is. But the chicken tonight was fatty, the pineapple is all the same size (usually indicating frozen, not fresh), and the bacon was barely noticeable. The quality is not equal to the price. We’ve gotten pizza from Dominos that was so much better tasting and of a lot better quality for at least $ 5.00 less. We won’t be buying from PM’s anymore. This was the third time we were disappointed. Never again.

Everytime I come to this particular Papa M location, I tell myself its the last time. Well last night was the straw and Im a camel. The crust stuck to the tray they provide and a few slices felt like they had sand sprinkled on them. I dont know if the spinach wasnt properly washed or what. Not pleasant. Finally threw it out when I bite down on what felt like a rock and broke one of my teeth. Pizza that sends you to the dentist. WTF? Done. Done. Done.

I love this pizza BUT the staff here is terrible and the service is lacking almost every single time. They have no clue what they are doing. The last 3 rimes have been ridiculous so time to make a review. First off call calling ahead is pointless you will still have to wait so be prepared. I called 30 mins prior to arrival and then still waited for over 20 mins when I got there. Each and every time I call I have to repeat my order multiple times. I am not saying like 2 or 3 times either, more like 5 or more. They even have a new menu style to pick crust, sauce and toppings so I am not sure why the person on the phone cant get a 4 topping pizza request correct or why I have to repeat it 3 times, then be told «hold on a sec» get put on hold and then have to repeat it again… And then AGAIN after the person who took my order tried to repeat it and got it wrong. It doesn’t stop there either. Getting rung up is like pulling teeth out of these kids. It has almost always taken two people to ring me up because someone else from the pizza line will have to come save the first person. Try throwing a coupon on top of your order and it can be even worse. Even as I write this I am baffled, how hard is it to take a pizza order???

I called in my pizza in advanced about an hour before arriving. Then they said «Sorry ma;am someone gave your pizza away.’ I was extremely upset at this how can you give away someone pizza that they called in and then make like it is not a big deal.
So then they offered to re-​make what I had ordered and this is where it just went to hell. So lets start with the absolutely I dont care about you customer approach they seem to have here. When I asked the lady named Jada about it she gave me some mis-​guided response «because we are so busy.» That is un-​acceptable, then when re-​making the pizza a family sized bbq chicken pizza. She added only a hand full of chicken and onions to the pizza.
I thought to myself this is not a medium or large pizza, it is a family size that is meant to feed my two kids and my husband. So I asked could she add another hand full of chicken, onions and cheese. She told me that will be an extra dollar for each. I told her ok that is fine but they never charged me before when I called it in of which was given away. Then when making the pizza I asked please make sure it has extra sauce when making it then she dropped the top on the pizza and then picked it off.
I asked can you re-​make the pizza, With much attitude and a very un-​comfortable sigh and look she tossed it away like I had done something wrong. At this point I did not feel welcomed and was very upset that the pizza had to be remade and I had to repeat myself three to four times just to get a simple family size pizza corrected.
While I do understand the employees work hard and they probably do not get paid very well at least they can treat others with respect and good customer service. No one wants a pizza that is not done correctly or has fallen objects injected into it.
I just wish I could give them a 0-​star for wasting my time which when I got there was about 20 mins. I can never get that time back.

Nicest and politest girls work here!
They were busy for a Thursday night, but the girls were so friendly and helpful. Pizza was good (ordered a vegetarian as well as a pepperoni and mushroom) and it saved me from having to make pizza dough, cut up veggies and shred cheese.
For two large pizzas it was under $ 30 — can’t complain about that.
Would I come back? Absolutely!

Call in your pizza in advance, busy on most evenings especially Fridays. They do a great job getting you in and out as fast as possible. I suggest the 5 meat pizza Family size, it will fill you up and leave you with left overs too!

Yes! YES! Love getting pizza from here. Living in south Seattle, this is the closest location to me, so sometimes it’s a little out of the way but always well worth it. The store is always clean, the staff are engaging and friendly. It’s such a good value for what you get. The pizza is fresh, made right in front of you. No clean up at home. Just throw that sumbitch in the oven and in about 20 minutes you’ve fed your family. What’s not to like? I also appreciate that in addition to all the ingredients being fresh, that they are one of the few large chains that don’t use MSG. AND, they’re a local company. Keep it up, Papa Murphy’s!

they’re clean quick and helpful. papa murphy’s makes for the perfect meal when i’m too lazy to cook, but need so a good meal that won’t break my wallet.

Friendly staff make all the difference. Whomever is in charge of hiring at this location does a fine job. Attentive, smiling and pleasant would be how I’d describe the service during my last three visits here.
The pizza is decent too. Although I’d usually always go for Neapolitan if money and time didn’t have to be considered, Papa Murphy’s does just fine when I’m feeling cheap and want to have decent pizza out of my own oven.

The Renton Center Papa Murphy’s is a stand-​by around our house. If we can’t figure out what to do for dinner, we’ll go grab one of their pizzas. While it’s not top-​notch thin crust gourmet pizza, it’s definitely delicious, convenient, and inexpensive. We usually go for the chicken-​bacon-​ranch stuffed pizza, and an extra large will give us leftovers for at least a couple days.

I got an Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE. Nice, thin, crunchy, crusty, chewy, yummy. No tip line on card receipts. Also had wall banner showing off their Best Award for how-​many-​years.
