I definitely don’t write a lot of negative reviews, but customer service is my sore spot, and when it does not exist or when the business owner is rude I get fairly upset! I drove in just to get some gas and for some reason, The pump I was on stop pumping after $.04 cents. I was distracted with something in the car so I didn’t pay attention to the pump stopping. I tried to start the pump again and it said«please see attendant.» I walked into the Chevron, and politely asked if he could restart my pump. Instead I was received with hostility. The owner basically told me that I didn’t know how to pump gas and then I did it wrong. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I stopped and tried to readdress the situation and let him know that there was something wrong with the pump; he again told me that I didn’t know how to pump gas and that I had used my credit card wrong. Even the person buying a can of soda stared as us, amazed at what was going on. If this gas station wasn’t so close to my house I would actually steer people away from this place. I guess for my convenience store needs I will be going elsewhere.

Cheaper gas and very well attended. Supplies are always available and the window washing buckets are always full with real window washer fluid. The service is great and friendly.

This is a nice and convenient quick stop place with name brand gas… plus they sell propane. However, I would prefer that they had a Tully’s or Starbucks there instead of McD.

It’s always fun to be able to call something your’s. Well, this is MY gas station. And I’m quite fond of it. Here’s why: 1) The prices are always a little cheaper than down the street(except for Safeway — you can’t beat Safeway) 2) They installed windshield washer buckets at every station, so that you don’t have to go under the gas nozzles to reach the buckets in the middle. It’s right there by the garbage can. Easy! And they actually put soap in it, it’s not just water. 3) There’s a McDonalds attached to it’s little store. Yay! I love their little cheeseburgers. They’re so good!
