AMAZING service! Justin, Matt and Rudy all helped us on different occasions while in the process of deciding what mattress we wanted and each one of them really took the time to explain the difference in each bed. We never felt rushed, all our questions were answered and most importantly there was absolutely no pressure! I highly recommend this store. :)

Buy your bed here! Very knowledgeable staff. Low pressure. We definitely got the best deal on what we loved. What seemed overwhelming turned out to be a very relaxing and pleasant experience. Free next day delivery with Internet tracking made it super easy to figure out when the truck would arrive. Best bed shopping experience ever. Highly recommended!

My husband and myself went into mattress discounters to gain some knowledge on what would best serve our needs and our budget. Debra was awesome. She took a lot of time and allowed us to decide what was best for us and never made us feel pressured in any way. We left and did more shopping around and then returned to mattress discounters because everything she said and advised we found to be very true and no one in town was able to meet their prices. I am very glad we decided to go to mattress discounters to gain the knowledge we needed to make an intelligent purchase. Thanks Debra you’re awesome and I’d advise everyone to stop by and see her first!

What a joke — i spent over 5k on a new bed at this place! They showed up to set it up in my home and the installers had no idea what they were doing! The salesperson sent the wrong sized legs and only one aet when two were required! They left my besroom a total mess and re-​scheduled someone more experienced for the next evening. They showed up and finished the set up but inly one of the two remotes worked. The technician said he would have to go do aome research and would get back to me. No one contacted me and when i reached out to the store manager they weren’t even aware of the issue. Nice customer service, eh? We attempted to schedule
Him out and fix the issue but honestly i dont have time to deal with these jokers anymore. I wish i had purchased at Macy’s where i first looked. The only thing discount at this place is their knowledge and their service!

Loved this place,
Went in after spending hours of research online and trying out friends and family beds. The manager was super helpful, asked if anything in particular was the reason for a new bed. Once we explained what we wanted he gave us 5 options and then pointed us towards the cheaper mattress of the two we came to a stand off at.
«if you cant tell the difference you don’t need the more expensive one. You can always use the 30 day trade in if you need too.»
Awesome place and we got our bed with-​in 2 days! They installed gave us a free bedframe and took the old junk out for us

I LOVE my new bed. The salesman was helpful and did not push me into something we could not afford. I purchased a pillow from this store and am wondering how I ever slept without it. The delivery was hands down the best i have ever experienced. These guys put down a red carpet, were friendly, and lifted our King size bed like it was a feather. They also called me before they arrived and were extremely professional.
I would shop here again without hesitation and have nothing negative to say. They have earned my business for life.
