I came in here looking for bedding for my BF’s house. Guy’s just don’t get the point of high thread count linens and the luxurious feel they can give, plus they last longer than those hotel level sheets you got there buddy. Yes, they are really gonna cost in the $ 100’s for just a single set. So, I come in here looking for some sheets and maybe a good sale. They have lots of knick knacks and beddings and accessories … yes accessories for the bed do exist! Yes, they serve about as much purpose as chrome valve covers on an engine! Maybe thread count and type of cotton means to you about as much as 30 weight oil vs. 20 – 50 weight mean to me, but you need some new sheets! Too bad I didn’t actually find anything here, but it was fun to browse around … now you go over to William Sonoma, I think there’s free coffee there. The staff was very nice here too.

Walked in ready to spend a pretty penny on new bedding. In the store for 20 minutes while 4 employees chatted at the register. Not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. While their products are beautiful, their customer service is sub par. For a high end store, exceptional customer service is a must. We had arms full, and ended up putting everything back. Bummer.

Amanda is awesome! I had a complicated transaction with rugs that needed to be shipped. Oh, I’m frugal so they were also on sale and she was extremely helpful, patient, and most importantly, gave me great customer service. When it comes to service Amanda embodies Pottery Barn spirit and should be recognized. Thanks Amanda!

The staff at this store are SUPER helpful and nice. Glad I came in to buy my desk instead of blindly ordering online. Cindy helped me create a desk solution that works for my small and oddly shaped office :)

This is one of those stores that I will never buy anything unless something is on mega sale. Because everyone needs a sherpa lined luxury throw. I just don’t want to spend $ 95 on it. Not even $ 45. But yeah, for $ 35 I’ll throw my credit card at you so fast you better duck OR I WILLCUTYOU. Some stuff is questionable — the after Christmas sale included the world’s ugliest Christmas ornaments. Some stuff is just a splurge. But I’ll keep my eyes peeled for the bargains.

Pottery Barn always has lots of nice furnishings for the home. This one is no exception and has a good selection and is located in one of the nicest shopping areas in Reno.
