Everyone goes for the acai bowls, which are a great healthy snack. But for those of us who need a little more sustenance, their beiruts are fantastic and light — chicken/turkey, tomato, spinach, and mozzarella in a warm pita.

Welcoming staff! Cool & quaint and moreover family owned how can one not love that! Its certainly a great spot to grab a healthy fruit bowl, juice or smoothie. It’s different from all the rest as the proprietor is Brazilian hence offers Brazilian fruits that one does not see at other establishments of this nature. The seating offered in the back is perfect for conversing, it’s not a big area but it works. All in all it was good… in all sincerity the«berry bowl» would not cause me to return. Unfortunately when one expects more it’s never a good thing as one feels deflated when it’s simply okay. Backyard Bowls in my humble opinion continues to lead the way. *NOTE I love their fresh grated coconut idea as its much healthier than the typical although they grate the coconut so FINE that it’s more of a powder :/IF they grated it much coarser it would create a nice texture and marry better. I m a coconut lover so this was a bit disappointing.

This place rocks. We tried several others, but none are as savory as the ones made here. They import much of their fruit from Brazil and as you enter the beach-style venue you see educational posters explaining the various fruits and their nutritional value. I love the traditional and the berry and pro bowls. My son begs me to take him there so often they have a nick name for him — granola boy. They also serve juices, pita sandwiches and salads, but the real heaven is in the acas bowls themselves. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoy!

Been coming here since before they were so busy and popular. Bomb acai and juices. Whatever is in their little hot box at the register, get it and eat it. Always delicious and refreshing. May take a little longer than you think but no worries. It’s worth it!

One, I wanted a light meal for lunch. Two, I didn’t feel like driving far after the gym. What’s around the area that’s quick, refreshing & for sure won’t disappoint? I smile at the thought of Natureba! Their acai bowls, salad pockets and cheese pastry are a must! I normally go for the regular size acai bowls because I tend to get a half salad pocket with it. It’s the right amount for a meal. Today, I also picked up half a dozen of the cheese pastry for the fam. They were making fresh ones so I was willing to wait 20 – 25 minutes. Besides, I dined in to have my lunch so I had time. I like to chill at their back outdoor seats. You get the breeze, the sun and peace and quiet! I’ve only tried one of their acai power smoothies – Mike Special. It’s pretty good. It was made with acai, banana, oats and hemp protein. It reminds me of Earthbar’s Great Breakfast power smoothie but with acai! As for the juices, I have yet to try them out. Next time, next time. Tips: –Street parking is free for 2 hours. –Call in your order/s if you’re in a rush. –Half a dozen of Pao de Queijo, $ 7. –Sub the meat choice for the hearts of palm. It’s so good! –Half a salad pocket is $ 5, Full is $ 8. –If you want something a little heavier, get the Beirute hot sandwich! Pretty freakin’ good too! –They use Acai Roots, they’re cool. I like this brand.

This was the place I had my first acai bowl like 5 years ago, and I fell in love! Every time I eat one, I feel so much better about myself. There are 3 varieties and prices range from $ 7.45-$ 10.45. Service is fast. Staff is friendly. Parking is plenty on the street.

Can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this spot! I come here almost 5 days a week. I call my order ahead and it’s always ready by the time I pick it up. They wait to put the toppings on the acai bowl till I get there so the granola doesn’t get soggy, I appreciate that. I also love their Green Aid smoothie! Amazing if you like green apple and ginger. Yum! Friendly staff too.

I’ve driven by this place a bunch and been meaning to try it for a while and yesterday was the opportunity. I didn’t realize they have a lot more than juices, they have sandwiches and rice bowls, too, all with a Brazilian flair. Very friendly and helpful service. I wanted a protein smoothie and the Funky Monkey was suggested. Peanut butter, banana soy milk and I got it with chocolate protein. It was delicious, like a chocolate shake. Can’t wait to come back and try other juices and sandwiches.

I’d like to thank my friend for introducing me to this juice bar. I am so in love with their coxhinas, superbowls and now with the papaya and passionfruit house mix juice. This place is eye candy. I always stop by when i am on the area. Service is wonderful as well.

I do enjoy this place! It’s a great local place and feels cozy. I do prefer this over Jamba as they have options for exotic fruit in your drinks. Not only that, you can get some Brazilian pastries. I’ve only been here twice and tried a few things. I loved the«Sweet Sunset,» a soymilk base blended with blueberry, papaya, banana, and dates. The Pao De Queijo(cheese bread) was good but I prefer the ones from Fogo de Chao. The Coxinha De Galinha was a savory delight! Pastry with a tasty creamy chicken filling. They have plenty of hot sauces(even a Brazillian one) to give it a little kick!

I’ve had my fair share of Acai bowls. From SoCal to NorCal. Natureba, hands down has the best Acai bowl I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a stretch to say but it’s so delicious. They don’t water down the Acai. It’s pure thick goodness! And they use the best organic hemp granola! All the other places add too much water into their Acai. They are also all very nice and friendly. I usually get the Berry Bowl with no honey or coconut flakes.

Fantastic food and genuine service. I have two kids and they split a single serving of the acai bowl for both of them rather than make me order two. I then spilled one of the bowls and they cleaned it up no problem in the kindest way. They brought out two kids bowls right away. Fantastic place for something fresh. Worth the price! I do wish they had coffee.

Best smoothies, Acai bowls and Authentic Brazilian foods in the South Bay. I stop in for smoothies and lunch about 2 times a week and every time I choose something different I’m blown away. The sandwiches are delicious, tasty meat/potato treats in the glass case on counter. I want to eat here everyday.

Been going here for years. Great products, horrible logistics. Be prepared to wait 15 – 20 minutes for a smoothie. Most of the food sitting under a heat lamp so I don’t Understand why each time I come it takes so long when there’s not many people ordering if any. Today I called in early and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I show up, proceed to wait another 20 minutes.

I’ve been visiting Natureba for about a year now as I LOVE Acai bowls && Natureba’s are a step above the rest! I love their Super Bowl: Blended Acai topped with coconut, granola and banana. It makes for the perfect breakfast or light snack. Also Natureba has wonderful customer service, you will always be greeted with a warm smile. This place is truly a treat and I am truly addicted =) Thanks Natureba!

This is a good place for an Acai Bowl, which seems to be one of the latest sort of health trends(in the same vein as considering Jamba /Robeks juice/smooties healthy). It’s a local neighborhood business which is a good alternative sort of breakfast pick me up, mid day refreshing snack, or afternoon/evening desert type place with fresh healthy menu items you can have there or to go. The average cost is at or below $ 10 however, so it’s not under $ 5 for the most part, so come prepared, as it’s a bit higher priced than I’d expected, but then I’m not sure what the cost of goods of the fresh ingredients are nor the overhead of rent and employee salaries. The portions are good, and in fact with an Acai Bowl, for a snack, it can be shared between 2 people. Parking is easy in the area and local residential neighborhood streets adjacent to Artesia. The service is friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and answering questions.

Went here early morning before work to grab a quick bite. Service was fast and friendly. Shop vibe is quaint with a slight island feel. I got a traditional acai bowl, nothing special. Found some large chunks of what seems to be preblended frozen acai… still ate it, but I would have much rather gone to Blenders.

Amazing. Simply amazing. If you’re in the area and need a fix of Acai, this is the place. Their Acai bowls and smoothies are made with care and are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I recommend the Berry Bowl of you’re looking for more frozen Acai or the Pro Bowl if you like your Acai«fluffy.» If you’re looking for warm food, they also a variety of different Brazilian sandwiches and sides. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing, but the turkey Beruit. The staff is incredibly friendly and seem to really aim to please. I can’t praise this place enough.

I like this place for a few reasons: it’s convenient, it’s yummy, and it’s light. I stopped in here with my hubby for a light snack a while ago. We ended up ordering the chicken beirut and an acai smoothie. Both items were really tasty, and not heavy. The chicken was not too greasy and was wrapped in a really crispy pita thing. The smoothie has great flavor and was the highlight of the meal for me. Having lived in Hawaii, I have consumed a lot of acai, and this place was pretty good. It’s a cute hut with friendly staff. They have some outdoor seating which is great for people watching and enjoying the awesome weather we have here. I will totally return to share a nice snack with my pup. The nearby gyms are lucky to have this place so close. It’s the perfect place to grab a meal that won’t ruin your workout. I will be back to try some other stuff on the menu too. I just wish acai was a little cheaper. It can become expensive to eat acai bowls and drink acai smoothies all the time… that’s why these are a special treat for me.

I think I have a new love for healthy juices. I don’t usually have juice or anything healthy. This place is on the way to my work so I gave it a try since I’m starting to eat more healthier. They have a variety of juice and pastries. Their pastries are delicious at the first couple bites but afterwards it gets too dense after eating a couple bites. I haven’t tried any of the wraps yet but it does look very good and healthy. Their juices are very natural and healthy. They have variety of juices, they also have acai bowls. I’ve heard lots of raves about the acai bowls so I bought one. It was good. The place is very small not a lot of chairs or tables. I would consider it a hole in the wall because driving by you wouldn’t notice it unless you look very closely. It’s really hard to find parking so either park in the closest plaza where rice things is at then walk over because it isn’t that far. If you want healthy snacks and juice, natureba is a way to go.

I LoooooOoove this place. It is awesome. They offer some healthy snacks, juices, smoothies, and acai bowls/smoothies. I initially started going here because I needed juice after my workouts. The juices are great; you can choose from some of their specials or build your own. However, the acai bowls are what keep me coming back. They are absolutely amazing. I usually get the berry bowl with extra granola and it is yum yum delicious. My friends add coconut to their berry bowls and swear by it. There are a lot of places that sell«acai» but this place has what seems to be the most authentic and I am basing that on the color, texture, and taste of the acai. Natureba is small and easy to miss. It is a hut-like building that is nestled in between others small businesses. There is limited street parking and a couple parking spaces in the back of the building – although I am not sure if those spaces are available to Natureba customers or the other businesses back there. There are two tables for outdoor seating and a couple inside. I have to say that although small, I think the space is perfect for what they are doing. Customer service is GRADE A. Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and pleasant, which makes me happy to be a repeat customer. Prices are fair and because everything is made to order, you might find yourself having to wait a lil while for your food after ordering. Nothing too crazy though! If I am in a rush, I usually call my order in. The only qualm that I have about this place is that I wish they would open around 6am. I would love to be able to pick up a juice or bowl for breakfast.

Yeaaaahhh we are obsessed. My boyfriend basically lives walking distance and since we discovered this place we probably go 3 – 5 times a week. The addiction is real Natureba has a huge selection of both veggie & fruit smoothies along with fresh pressed juice, and my favorite the acai bowls. I’ve had Acai Bowls from places all over the south bay but Natureba’s is by far the most fresh tasting. Every ingredient they use is top notch and delicious. Also I love that fact that rather than having granola in your bowl you an substitute it for crushed almonds. While the store front looks small they have an adorable back patio with benches, umbrellas, and chairs to just hang out in while you enjoy your smoothie/bowl/ect. 5⁄5 Stars everything I have had from here has been amazing and I highly recommend coming here if you happen to be in the area. (PS call ahead order if you are in a rush– that way you can just park, head to the counter and pay with absolutely zero wait time)

First timer here, but certainly won’t be my last. Came here around 9AM and was lucky there wasn’t a line since from what other Unilocalers have warned this place is quite popular and getting your order can take a while. I couldn’t quite decide what I wanted to try, but heard raves about the Acai bowl so decided to go with the: BERRYACAIBOWL $ 7.45. The bowl consist of a blended Acai mixture with strawberries, banana, and guarana that is both equally smooth and silky in texture. The whole bowl is topped with granola, pumpkin seeds, strawberries, and banana. Overall I would give this bowl a 4 stars rating**** the Acai blend is very flavorful, not too sweet, and I loved how smooth the texture was. I also enjoyed all the fruit and granola toppings. Fruit was fresh and so was the granola which gave the bowl a nice crunchy texture. ********My only problem was after I finish my bowl I didn’t quite feel satisfied and wanted more. For the price of the bowl, I feel as one should get more than what was given. I’ve been to other places where for $ 8/$ 9 you would get double the amount of the Acai bowl given here.********* Parking is difficult. They have a tiny lot to the left of the store. And there are a few parking spots in front of the store if you’re lucky. Staff is nice. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my bowl while it lasted and I would probably come back if I were in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Natureba, take mah money! Why oh why am I just discovering this place? I’ve been wasting my time at Robek’s because I thought that was my only option. Seriously disappointed in myself for this one. I finally tried this place the past weekend and have been back every day since. Natureba puts juice chain shops to shame. The juices here are so good! AND they’re cheaper(depending on what you get) than your typical Jamba or Robek’s. Everything is natural. You don’t see them pumping any syrups into the juices here. Straight up goodness is what you’re getting at Natureba. Natureba is a little cute place right on Artesia. The place is Brazilian and you feel like you’re in Brazil as soon as you walk in. If it’s your first time, you’ll probably take a few minutes perusing their menu as they have SOMANYOPTIONS. Love, love, LOVE the options! Acai bowls, plenty of juices, smoothies, protein drinks, sandwiches. this isn’t your typical juice bar. This is a great place to grab some grub as well. I haven’t tried any of their sandwiches, but I plan to! So far I’ve had a variety of drinks that include protein because I’ve been trying to up my protein intake. I’ve had the funky monkey which was DELICIOUS, but probably a little rich for people. Mike’s special, the hulk and the morongo mama. ALLDELISH! I haven’t had their Acai bowls(yet), but they are huge and I can’t wait to try one. You can’t go wrong here. And the staff is super friendly and always willing to help you out if you’re unsure what to chose. As a plus, they have some Brazilian delicacies(if they’re not sold out) over by the register. They have croquets with beef and chicken… tried them both… both delicious. The chicken was kind of original, but that beef pretty much tasted like what my Puerto Rican people call a relleno de papa… and it was just as good. I’ve also had their pao de quiejo which is a small piece of bread with cheese in the middle. OMG. so good! Pretty much tasted exactly like a Colombian Pan de bono. I haven’t found many of these in LA, so I was stoked to find out I could get my fix here. This place is great. GREAT. I love this place.

I sigh. Acai. I sigh, it wasn’t that great. The Incredible Hulk smoothie was that incredible either… My sister and I decided to get something refreshing after a hot session of yoga so we Unilocaled the closest place. After seeing the high ratings for this place we were so excited to check it out… So the shop is super small… It’s really easy to pass by and the parking isn’t so grand slam. We parked in a different plaza and walked over but I don’t think we were supposed to because a lady started yelling at us… But I asked kindly if we can park for like 5 minutes and she said ugh fine(heh) The menu is pretty big. Fresh juices, acai bowls, smoothies, and even Brazilian food/baked goods. Sister got the some berry acai bowl and I got my smoothie that consisted of vanilla protein, greens, and fruits. My sisters acai bowl was so small… And it was like $ 8.00… I think the bowls at Nektar are better but my sister did point out how it tasted fresh. My smoothie wasn’t even cold and was overpowered by the vanilla protein… Not enjoyable at all :/not to mention $ 5.45 for such a small size… Overall, meh. I could make it at home or I would stick to Nektar or Banzai if I’m ever craving acai or pitaya bowls!
