Been going to Burger Town for a long long time and never had an issue until today. I went and order a cheeseburger and a pastrami sandwich among other things, all to go. Got it home, opened the bag and the pastrami sandwich was missing. I called and talked to a young lady who told to come on down and that she would have the sandwich ready for me. I got there and was confronted by the owner who proceeded to tell me that I need to go back home and get everything else to give back for credit only and he refused to give my the pastrami sandwich. I feel totally ripped off as 1, I was told by an employee to come get the sandwich, 2, the owner refused to do so, 3, the owner expected me to turn around, return to my home, get the other food and bring it back to his restaurant on my time. I fell like they have stole my money. I was charged for the pastrami which makes it that much worse. I would rather go to McDonalds than this place now since the owner apparently does not care at all about customers

Our family has been going to Burgertown for years and years and loved it until recently. The last three or four times we have gone, it seems like the quality of food has gone way down and they always forget something in our order, At least they have the last four times. Whenever we call to tell them we were charged for something we didn’t receive, they say that they will make a note, but when we go back and try to redeem our credit, they can’t find it. When we call in our orders, which we usually do so my husband can pick it up on his way home, the last four times they have either forgotten a sandwich, the drinks, an order of fries, or completely left something off. The best part of the fried zucchini is the ranch dressing. You don’t want to drive all the way home and discover there’s no ranch dressing. The pastrami used to be cut really thin and was really tender and now it’s kind of thick and dry. If you don’t eat your burger or sandwich right away, the bun turns into mush because it gets so soggy. Not to mention, they seem to be using a ton of more butter when they grill their buns and it’s just way too greasy. Of course the zucchini is one of our favorite sides, but the last few times we’ve got the zucchini, it’s been either really overcooked and soggy or way undercooked and soggy. It’s just kind of too bad because we really like this place, but the quality isn’t what it used to be.

Thought it was time to shine the light on a local gem. This is a classic example of how to do it right. Big food at a great price. For the cost of a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal at McDonald’s you can have a good old American breakfast that covers the plate. Their sandwiches and burgers are grade A+. My favorite is the steak sandwich with extra onions and wow is it great. The BLT with avocado on wheat toast is full of bacon. Not the usual few slices but bursting. Can get crowded but the staff real friendly. Ingredients fresh and crisp and a kitchen that’s able to make it your way. Not a interior designers delight but the quality of the food speaks for itself. Hate to add to the crowd but you won’t be disappointed.

Burgertown USA has the best breakfast burritos in town. Their quality is consistent and the staff is friendly. The owner is there often, and greets each customer with kind words when entering the establishment. Went in for breakfast and they gave my son a Mickey Mouse pancake. So sweet!

My buddy who grew up around here took me to this place, ranting and raving about it. I guess if I grew up in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do, this place would be the bees knees, but I can’t even call it a hole in the wall, it would be more like a hole in the wall, in the hole in the wall. I had a large black coffee, it came in a styrofoam cup(the 90s called, they want their environmental destruction and ignorance back), and it was pretty bad. It tasted like watered down tobacco water. We also got breakfast burritos(bacon, eggs, potato), which weren’t bad actually, They were big, tasty, and on the value side. Personally, this place was pretty depressing. I felt as though you need a flannel shirt, trucker hat, and on the brink of suicide to visit this place. Service was at least fast

The evening I went in the girls working up front had no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked what a certain salad had in it and one said«I don’t know but it’s good so you should get it» and one also said«so what do you want?» That’s not the way you talk to customers. Other than that food was decent.

$ 2.95 for bacon?! We asked for a combo burrito and were told they didn’t have anything like that, but could add bacon. We said yes. Then while waiting for our food, read the receipt and saw it was $ 2.95 for 4 slices of bacon. We never would have ordered it knowing that. The sausage and bacon burritos tasted good. Had a good amount of cheese and overall flavor is good. It doesn’t come with potatoes, which we liked and the service was fast. Only issue really is the price for the added bacon. Let someone know first maybe. I give this burrito 3 out of 5 stars.

Always get a good burger when I’m here! I love their fries too! They are delicious! Their prices are reasonable too! I’d much rather get a burger here and spend an extra bunch for good quick food! They make when you order so it’s always fresh!

I’ve been coming to this place every since I took piano lessons at Sligers across the street. It’s a small mom and pop shop across from Bank of American in downtown Redlands. My favorite menu item is the fried zucchinis. Although it’s simple, it really hits a spot home. I also order extra ranch on the side, which is $ 0.50 extra. I like supporting them because they also support the community. When you walk inside, there are posters from student athletes from local high schools :)

Love this place and the food is all great, however… I really wish I could get a breakfast burrito for dinner but they stop making them at 2 pm.

Local business owner. Stop in every once in awhile for a sandwich. Shouldn’t be a big deal, but every time I order my sandwich I request not toasted! Today I said it twice to the lady that took my order, and again I get back to the office and I’ll be dam, toasted bread! I kick myself for not checking! Last $ 8 dollar sandwich from burger town. 3 strikes, someone else will get my lunch money.

When I’m looking for an inexpensive place to have breakfast, this is where I go. The prices really can’t be beat. The service is friendly and nice, and the food comes out hot and quick. Is it gourmet food? Of course not. It’s short order cooking. But you’re going to get a hearty breakfast that will fill you up to start your day off right. There’s plenty to choose from and you’re going to find all your favorites. From a simple scrambled eggs and hash browns, to steak and eggs. They’ll even give you home-made salsa. The seating area is always clean. You will always leave with a satisfied stomach and a «thank you» from the cook.

Pretty cheap«American style» menu. This location is owned by a Greek couple, so they have a fee Greek items on the menu, like gyros. You can’t go wrong with a Burger Special. Burger fries and a drink for 6 bucks. I don’t recommend the Mexican food. Their breakfast menu is great too, ending at 1PM; so if your working off a bender their breakfast burrito will have you up and about in no time. The only thing I’m wary of is the tendency for their health grade to fluctuate between a B and an A, sometimes even a C. Not sure what that’s about.

Was fine. Meat was a little tough but otherwise the sandwich was tasty. The price was right so I guess that’s good.

I just have to say bad customer service! That’s ok we wouldn’t be back! We went to Denny’s instead!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner… You can always count on Burgertown when you’re in Redlands. I’ve been coming here for years and I can’t recall one bad experience. When I’m not sure where to go I always backtrack and keep my faith in Burgertown. Simple, good food, great service. For Breakfast try the pancakes daily special. For less than $ 6 you get 2 pancakes, hash browns, 2eggs and bacon or sausage. The breakfast burritos are fantastic as well. For lunch The burgers are always on point! The Daily Burger special is a fave of mine as well. Burger, fries and a drink for about $ 5 or $ 6. DON’T FORGETTHEFRIEDZUCCHINI! Nom nom nom!

Came here a couple times when I was craving a decent burger in the area. This is a hole-in-the-wall burger place comparable to Bravo burger, Farmer’s boy, and Nick’s…but smaller. Seatings are very close to each other. No drive thru option. Service is at a similar pace as the other places. I ordered the pastrami cheeseburger. It has a heaping amount of meat and is very very heavy. But the pastrami is really good and compliments the burger nicely. It does get a tad messy so be prepared. I thought the fries were just ok.

This is a great little breakfast joint. I come here with my boys and I still remember the first time because she asked me if the kids wanted a free pancake and I was all worried she was going to get in trouble! Lol then I came to realize every time they did that for kids! Never a long wait to put in your order OR to get what you ordered. Food is tasty and inexpensive which makes it a perfect place for me as a single mom. The owner I met at the local car wash my good friend Sarah knows him and he was so friendly and he bought us a water bottle when he saw us washing the car. What does that have to do with burger town? A lot! The owner is a down to earth and thoughtful person and all the employees seem so happy which makes you feel good about going there.

My husband loves this place but, it’s nothing special. Just average food. They are clean and the service is quick, but, the foods just average. I haven’t tried anything I love. If anyone out there has tried something really good here before, please message me and let me know what it was. I really want to like this place. I mean there’s nothing wrong but I just can’t give them more stars without finding something good.
