I completely agree with the previous reviewer! Always friendly, polite AND efficient. On the rare occasion that something is wrong, they do everything to make it right. Even with the complexity of «custom» orders, their speed and accuracy is excellent. Their drive through is the best around. They run a tight ship here and it shows.

I LOVE this Taco Bell. Best one I’ve ever been to. The employees are always extremely nice and professional. The drivethru is very efficient and the employees working the drivethru window are amazing. The inside of the restaurant is spotless. Cleanest establishment I may have ever seen. Very welcoming and happy. I can’t say my order has never been messed up, but for how great this location is I understand people make mistakes and it happens.

I frequent this Taco Bell in the mornings because they have decent iced coffee that is cheaper than McDonald’s and the service is 1000000000% faster and better. With that being said, I am here often, and Barbara the morning cashier is such a nice lady. Even if she is taking another order while handling yours she is always friendly and polite. She is wonderful and brightens people’s mornings, and I am writing this review so that management knows how lucky they are to have such a great employee working the morning shift. When I hear her voice when I pull up to the speaker, I know that my order is going to be handled quickly and there won’t be any mix-ups with my food order. Not once in the 20+ times I have visted here have I had to wait in a long drive through line, or wait more than a minute for my food to be bagged and handed to me. She is great with customers, keeps the drive through time down and overall is, hands down, the best employee at this location. If a manager is reading this, you guys better treat her good because you’d lose a real asset if she left! Thank you Barbara for the consistent amazing service! You are awesome!

NEVERAGAIN. and I live right down the street! The employees can’t count money, can’t cook food correctly, and the managers are the rudest possible people they could have hired. I’ll drive an extra 3 miles to the one at 8 and Farmington.

As far as fast food: 5 Stars This is one of my favorite Taco Bells because they really pile on the toppings! They are quick and friendly. They also give you a handful of napkins, sauce, etc without attitude. The food tastes the freshest in the area as well.

I love me some Taco Bell, but this location is an absolute joke. I am not very picky and usually leave the items I order as is, but on occasion if a meal I want comes with a Crunchy Taco I will ask for Sour Cream to be added to it. Not too complicated right? Well apparently for them it is as 8 out of the 10 times I ask for this I get charged for it and its not on there. The best, and I mean that totally sarcastically, was when my wife ordered a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito and the key ingredient in it, Beef, was missing. Don’t let the looks of a short or even empty drive-thru line for that matter make you think for one second that you will get quick prompt service. I have been in the drive-thru with one other car ahead of me who didn’t order all that much(enough for 2 people maybe) and I sat there for 25 minutes waiting as the staff got that order and mine together. I should have been in and out in under five minutes, but I had to wait over five times that! The straw that broke the camels back for me however was when I ordered and paid for a Chalupa and when I was handed my bag of food I checked to make sure everything was there and low and behold it was missing. I signaled for the girl to open the window and politely pointed out that it was missing. Here was our exact conversation. Me: Excuse me, but I ordered a Chalupa and it’s not in here. Her: I know… Me: Okay… Well why isn’t it in the bag? Her: ‘Cause we ran out of the shells we use for them. Me: But you still charged me for it. Her: I know. Me: Don’t you see what’s wrong with this picture? Her: Not really. Me: You serious?! You charged me for an item that I never got and knowingly did it instead of telling me in the first place you were out of the shells and offering me a refund or something of equal value! Her: Do you still want the Chalupa ’cause it’s gonna be like 15 more minutes until the shells are done? I could not believe it. That is some down right shady behavior and I will never go back to that Taco Bell again. I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the one on 8 Mile just before Farmington before I ever step foot in that location ever again.
