McDonald’s

The WORST fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Extremely inefficient and the food is gross every time I go there against my best judgement. The first two times all I went for was coffee and it took an extreme amount of time for them to get it prepared. The third and last time I ordered sausage burritos and the wrapper on them looked as if it was just crumpled around the burrito itself. So unappetizing. Aside from the food, I have never even had good service. Disgusting place. I have complained on the website with no response. Horrible HORRIBLE establishment. Yuck.

Horrible service, the food is ALWAYS cold. Save your time and money. I have been to this locations tools times and it’s always an issue

Worst french fries every time you go always cold and if you ask for no salt they throw them back in the grease news flash they still have salt and are grossly hard need to stop going to that McDonald’s workers are also slow and rude just had a fish sandwich pretty sure it was from last week very bad place to go

Is this the fastest, most efficient McDonald’s in the area? No. That crown is worn by the McDonald’s on Middlebelt & Five Mile. However, this McDonald’s is in a convenient and busy area so they are frequently slammed in the morning and mid-​afternoon. I have never been to this location near dinnertime so I cannot speak of how busy it is. Back to the mornings and mid-​afternoons: this location appears to be plagued with being shortstaffed. Many times I have seen one employee running the front for both inside and drive through customers. There is no way one employee can manage that by themselves in any sort of quick manner, and it is completely unfair to that employee. Where the hell is the manager, who should be up front or back when there isn’t enough staff?! Sitting in their office, sipping coffee and watching their drive through time fly out the window, apparently. I have worked in fast food before and I know how this business works. Many of the issues this location has is management, or lack thereof. Not every problem, but a lot of the problems. So the next time you stop by this McDonald’s and you’ve been sitting in drive through for 10 minutes, be nice to your cashier and thank the drive through attendant. You get to leave this hell hole, while they are stuck there for 20+ hours a week. Show a little sympathy, be on your merry way and enjoy your food. «Have It Your Way» might not apply here but they are trying folks!

By far the worst McDonald’s ever. I don’t even know why I came back in here after my last racist experience and now it’s just as bad and worse than ever they have 9 people working here no one in front of us and we are just completely ignored. Idk what the deal is but the owner obviously doesn’t care whatsoever and either does corporate McDonald’s because I have complained in the past. I have written this entire thing as I stand ere being ignored with my 5 year old. The one lady who seems like the only one who does anything is too bogged down to do anything I don’t know what the other workers are doing but laughing and joking in the kitchen This place is a joke. It’s seriously really filthy and totally mismanaged Go somewhere else. We never eat fast food but in the once in a while time we have to stop I would clever more from some a big chain– now wonder they are dying out. This place sucks. Learned my lesson. Will never return and will tell everyone never to go here.
