Wendy’s

The worst place I have ever ate in my life. The last time I was given food (if you could call it food) the burger was fracking CRUNCHY !!! I gave them three chance assuming innocence ! I have no clue how wendy’s allow this place to stay in business.

Where do I begin? I don’t know what’s worse, the workers or the food that I wouldn’t even feed to a dog. My food was all cold, I caller and complained and the manager on duty that night said that I had up to 30 days to get my refund. When I went to get my money back the next day, Crystal (who is the manager for this particular night) proceeds to go back and forth with me and just gave me an extremely hard time. I asked Crystal how do I talk to her manager, she told me to call the number on the back of my receipt. Once I did that Crystal called me back. Not the general manager whom she had told me I would talk to. Needless to say, my problem was never solved, I was extremely inconvenienced, not treated as a priority and totally disrespected. They offered to remake my food, but I no longer want to eat at a place that has no pride in food that they make to hand to a PAYING customer. And absolutely no pride in customer service.

This is probably the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Unfortunately they are the closes one to my house, and because I am so pregnant Ive found myself ending up here and not wanting to wander further on a few different occasions. After my latest experience with them I’ve vowed to never make this mistake again.
This establishment refuses to put out quality product or quality customer service. Management is not on the same page with one another and are, in my opinion, more incompetent than the workers are. One of the managers in particular, Crystal or Christal (not sure of her spelling) made sure that she took an already unpleasant and inconveniencing event and made it a true walk through hell. I am completely against all Wendy’s establishments now and would rather take my business elsewhere everytime.
If you drive pass this Wendy’s and hunger pains get the best of you, keep driving. It’s not worth the trouble at all. Gas station food would be more sustainable in all honesty.

Wow. So much for the reliability and consistency of a fast food chain. This Wendy’s seems to have its own agenda. It seems like they threw away the owners manual and are just making it up as they go along. Twice I’ve gone here because it’s close to my house, and twice I’ve been unable to eat more than half of my order. I suspect someone stole a Wendy’s sign and placed it in front of this crappy burger joint. Fool me twice, shame on me.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever. Usually Wendy’s is a reliable chain that can provide decent fast food. This location is reliably bad.
I live near this location, and each and every time I have ordered food here, often in a pinch, I kick myself for making that mistake once again. As bad as I feel saying this, this location has the most imcompetent workers. I know you work at a fast-​food joint, but you can at least attempt to produce a quality product. It is something different everytime. Cold fries. Rotten lettuce on a chicken sandwich. A disgusting amount of mayonaise on another.
Yuck.
