I gave it A-OK because my wife and I have loved outback in the past, but the did away with the salmons remoulade sauce; my wife’s fav. And I always get the full rack of ribs. the last 3 visits, I have had to send my ribs back. usually the meat falls off the bone and they are delicious. but the last three times I had to cut the meat off with the knife. so I sent them back. one return was great, the second was returned the same tough way, the third was followed by the comment, «the ribs weren’t prepared properly, so would you like to pick something else?» and I chose a different meal. but wait, if the ribs weren’t prepared properly, then why did you bring it out. I know I wasn’t the first one to say they were tough. hmm, maybe not going back. I can just hear those cheese fries calling my name. lol

Today is my birthday. I have been craving Outback ever since I tried the cheese fondue a month or two ago. We honestly never go here because it is overpriced and we love to cook at home. BUT, that cheese fondue was fan-freaking-tastic. My husband ran out to get the indulgent birthday dinner, only to find that the menu online does not match the menu at the restaurant, even though I entered my location. Apparently they discontinued the Foster’s beer cheese fondue because nobody ordered it. I also craved the fish tacos, which I guess are seasonal(not mentioned online). My third request was just a side of baked potato soup, not too fun for a birthday dinner. My suggestion is to have your local restaurants match the online menu. We ordered from somewhere else tonight.

Went out for a celebration dinner and it was anything but a celebration. Made our reservation for 630, still weren’t seated until after 7. Both my husband and my self work in the food industry so I completely understand being busy on a Friday night. Both had water which was never refilled. Hubby ordered a sirloin med and a I had the rib eye med. Both steaks came more then well done. My sides both had sour cream, which I specifically reminded the server I did not want on them, when he returned with the plate they put more then enough butter to make a pool on the bottom of my plate. Husband ended up speaking with the manager who was helpful at least. Took of the cost of the steaks since neither of us ate any of it and didn’t want to wait another hour to get a new one. This place might be good when its not busy but good luck on a Friday night. We weren’t the only ones complaining to a manager.

So disappointed my stake was dry and burnt on top and portion was very small I don’t take my food back because I don’t trust the person who makes it if they are mad then who knows what I would get so I asked if I could get maybe a discount but they told me know so disappointed and how the food taste then I’m up late at night eating a frozen burrito that was much better than that steak only thing was dead was the coconut shrimp but you only get four of those and the waitress she was nice

Birthday dinner last night, so NY steak always gets my vote. We decided to try The Outback, and they knocked it out of the park. The food was prepared perfectly, our waiter(Casey) was outstanding, water glasses were never empty and the appetizer bread was warm and plentiful. Casey took our order within 10 minutes and it was out to us in another 10 minutes. We do not drink anything but water, so I have no input on the bar. No more«Brand-C» for me — I’m changing to The Outback. One more thing — half of my steak came back with me and it was an outstanding lunch! I’ll call that a Two-for-One meal. Give The Outback a try, you will not be let down.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Went to have a nice steak and lobster dinner with my mom and my boyfriend. We started off ordering drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. We got our table 45 minutes after we got there when promised a table in 20 minutes. We ordered over 100 $ in sea food and steaks, waited over an hour and 10 minutes for our food before we said anything to our server, she said it would be right out. Waited 10 minutes longer then we walked out. We talked with the manager and she didn’t even apologize. Cannot believe the horrible service that we received tonight. Needless to say we will never go back to that Outback.

Wouldn’t recommend the crab cake. Found it soggy & tasteless. The manager was understanding and removed it from our bill. Recommend the carrot cake, salted caramel cookie and their chocolate cake. Service was good. Staff are nice people.

The food was absolutely disgusting we ordered five cheeseburgers to be well done! When we got them and started to eat them there were very pink in the middle and my husband threw up the manager was very rude we should not had to pay for are soda or the fry that we ate. We will never go back and I sure in hell will not recommend this place to anyone they deserve 10 negative stars but it making me put a star so I can post this

Cut to the chase, it was good a very pleasant experience. I ordered steak and unlimited shrimp and my friend ordered just a steak. Had a bloomin onion also, the waitress was so nice. Thank you :). I will definitely be coming back.

Sat in a corner booth and it was really really really warm after a while we stayed for about an hour and the entire time it was hot and there was nothing they can do about it other than that the food was amazing

This Outback is not on par with others. It used to be much better, don’t know if they have new management or not but the place is going down hill. No green beans, wings have a different sauce, their endless shrimp promotion is a joke as others have mentioned. Small bay shrimp like you would normally use for fish bait and they make you wait so long between refills you really only eat one helping but you pay for unlimited. Prices are also higher than what you see in ads usually. Used to be our go to place in the dirty 530 but I just find myself wanting to go there less and less because they have started giving less for more. Over priced, average food now… too bad, used to be good.

Pretty good food and service. Food wasn’t as good as other OB’s I have been to… But the real reason for this review is the lighting was TERRIBLE! It’s dark(like OB’s can be) but they have pink light bulbs everywhere. It hurt my eyes and set an awful atmosphere. Please change the bulbs to some warm lighting like regular outbacks. Comparatively, I much enjoyed my experience at other OB’s I have been to.

This is our favorite restaurant. Friendly staff. Food is always good. If you like your prime rib well seasoned order it «outback style.» The bloomin’ Onion is our favorite appetizer.

Came here about two weeks ago, and great experience. The door was opened to us by an amazing hostess, and then we were seated down immediately. The waiter was nice and friendly, and the food was amazing. Although the bread wasn’t that good, our order of French onion soups were. Perfectly seasoned, it wasn’t too salty like most restaurants. My mom got lobster tail with steak(I forgot the name of the dish) and it was great. Perfectly cooked medium steak, and delicious lobster. My dad enjoyed his meal as well. The baked potato side that my sister got tasted good, and my mashed potatoes had great flavor Although they did switch me and my sister’s steaks,(I received medium rare and she received rare) that was fine. The pepper and salt tasted AMAZING on the steak. Would come again.

The Last time I was there my steak was very raw when I asked for a medium well steak. I then asked for the manager and she came and took our steak and didn’t make us a new steak but cooked the same steak. Then I told the waitress that we no longer wanted the steak due to fear of a fat snot rocket being on it. So I told the waitress but the steak came out anyways. In the end we were charged for the steak that was never eaten and the manager ended up taking a small amount off of our check and asked for all the sides to be taken with the steak from our table after the discount. So we ended up paying almost the entire price of the steak and didn’t even eat any of it. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend to eat here. I recommend cattlemens or Logan’s for a good steak and great service.

1st visit here. Valentine’a Day ;). Seated promptly and our waitress, Angie, was quick w/service, polite & very knowledgable about various cuts of meat. Came here mainly for the Blooming Onion and have to agree w/other Unilocaler’s.the oil was so heavy and tasted old(although our waitress said it was fresh oil daily). we had to send it back! Just wasn’t edible. at this particular Outback. this visit. The Filet Mignon was so tender & perfectly cooked! Yum, yum! Outback Cheeseburger was also perfectly cooked and had such great charbroiled flavor! The French Fries were a little«limpy» so our waitress brought a whole new plate of crispy Fries :)) So much food. But we ate off each other’s plates until there wasn’t enough leftover to take home ;)

Had a fabulous Friday evening(6:30pm) dinner. We were seated almost immediately. Garrett H. was our server. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and prompt with requests. He recommended the grilled pineapple ‘rita. Its delish! I had 2! I had a hankering for a mouth watering steak… got the 6oz sirloin. I was suprised and loved it! Served med well and hot! It was a good cut with no fat! Juicy and tasty. Seasoning was good. I also got the loaded baked potato. Both steak & potato tasted fresh and were eye pleasing. My hubby had the firecracker salmon. He said it was cooked just right and wasn’t dry or bland. He ate it up! Kid had the chicken breast. Looked dry(i did not try, but, cut it up), he ate it all. I could be completely wrong. We had the carrot cake and cheesecake dessert slices with raspberry drizzle. Both were amazingly tasty! Carrot cake was moist and on my last bite it threw me into a food coma! Bathrooms were clean. Smelly but clean. I would advise them to invest in the automatic air freshner dispenser or something similar.
