It was exactly what I hoped it would be. Red Bank desperately needs a quality healthy smoothie place. The town already has enough bad ice cream to kill an eskimo. Now there is a healthy, and very tasty option! Woo-hoo! Oh, and the staff was extremely friendly. I’ve been craving the fruit smoothie I got since the moment I finished it. Locals need to support this place. It’s wonderful having a healthy option in town that doesn’t cost $ 25 per person for lunch. Check out Yum!

Small juice bar and vegan sandwich shop on the main drag in Red Bank. I am always happy to see new vegetarian & vegan places pop up, so don’t want to be too harsh, but the selection is very limited. I expect a juice bar to have a ton of options beyond the usual apple/carrot/banana and I just didn’t see that here. I was also disappointed in the sandwich selections — it doesn’t seem like they make any of their own food, just reheat grocery items. My burger was supposed to be served on a «brick oven roll», but it was clearly a regular ol’ hamburger bun. There are many delicious sounding burgers on the menu, but when I arrived they said they were serving Dr. Praeger patties instead. My sandwich was served with a handful of flax chips, same ones you can get at whole foods. Service was very nice, though, and they have an intriguing cleanse plan — they will devise and pack a multi-day juice plan for you. In the end, however, they really don’t have anything here that you can’t find in your own kitchen if you are vegetarian/vegan. It’s nice to have someplace to get the lunch you forgot to pack yourself, I suppose, but I sure hoped for better.
