GEEZUS! If you want to wait 10 minutes to order when there’s only one person in line… be sure to come here. Nice staff but, they should open another register if the customer ordering is taking FOREVER

3 stars for customer service. Customer service is always great. There is a wait sometimes. the price and quality of the donuts are not that great. I rather go to KD’s donuts. Only time i come here is when i want a donut, and KD’s is closed. Ice cream is good but over priced also. Out door seating is nice and free WiFi aint bad though.

10 am and NO donuts? Who does business like this? They say they always run out. So why not order more instead of losing business? And by losing today’s business they will lose future business, why bother going someplace that won’t have what you want? I will just buy my coffee and creamer on base and make my own. Don’t bother driving up here for this. Bad for dunkin donuts and DD lovers. No wonder they keep closing locations.

I sadly drove all the way here to have my east coast experience again. Growing up in Jersey I had Dunkin’ Donuts everywhere. Now I have to travel 30 miles. And it was so disappointing. Luckily my babies napped the entire way otherwise I would have been in hell. The only good thing about this place is that it has a drive thru. The donuts were stale tasting. The coffee was so disgusting I could have made Folger’s at home and it would have tasted better. And I hate Folger’s. I was so sad I went all the way for this. I think I would drive to OC for that Dunkin Donuts instead.

The staff here is always friendly, the place is spotless, and it’s donuts and ice cream. How can you go wrong. This morning they also donated free donut coupons for the care packages my son put together for the local homeless. A great member of our community. Avoid Starbucks go Dunkin’.

Had very high hopes for the combo DD& Baskin’s Robbins. Drive thru or walk in… poor service, long wait(even if you’re the only one there), dirty and ice cream way to soft besides expensive.

What’s there not to love? It’s icecream with donuts in one store and there is a drive thru! We always come here when visiting Ramona, the people who work here are so sweet. Way better than the service in LA :)

While I prefer the donuts at KD’s, I am pretty keen on this place while heading to work at 4:30am. The staff is super friendly, especially considering 4:30am should not be a real time. The coffee is pretty consistent and the breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The hash browns do taste somewhat like they have been cooked in the same oil as everything else so if you don’t mind them tasting more like… whatever they cooked last, play some breakfast roulette and grab a meal before work and a big cup of caffeine.

What did you expect? It’s Dunkin Donuts on the west coast and on the outskirts and country side in Ramona of all places. LA has it so why not the city of SD? I’ve had DD on the east coast(Boston) almost everyday for a month(work sent me there) and it was really fast service and it still had the highest sugary flavors in their donuts and coffee. So I knew what to expect or had high expectations. We came for donuts and coffee. However, they also have Baskin Robins items too. This location had the longest drive thru around the building. It was massive. The donut photo menu board made it quick to chose and order. We ordered the Snickerdoodle croissant donut, Bavarian crème donut, 2 munchkin donuts, a half chocolate half coffee which is a Dunkaccino, and a iced latte with peppermint mocha sugar that rested on the bottom. The customer service was very friendly and attentive and had a very clear microphone/speaker system. This was the sweetest trip ever. It was sugar overload. Its the holiday season so why not. But a must stop on the way to Julian if you are passing through Ramona.

The donuts are not as good as KD Donuts. The coffee tastes like water and dirt. The only good thing is the Baskin Robins ice cream. I hope that there can be some improvements on the coffee and donuts but that’s doubtful because it’s a franchise. Still, I wonder what the donuts and coffee taste like on the East Coast. It seems that if it sells elsewhere, perhaps it’s better elsewhere? Either that, or the product is just not for me. Baskin Robins is the only reason that there are stars on this rating.

Went in on Veterans Day because they are supposedly supposed to be giving out free hot or iced coffee to veterans. The lady at the counter said«No, but I think Starbucks is doing the free coffee. We are giving out free donut coupons to veterans for there next visit». Seriously. Alll over the internet it says that they are giving out free coffee to veterans. So much for the service.

This is my third time coming and each time I hope it’s better– but it’s not. Coming from the East Coast this is a huge letdown! The coffee is usually burns and today my medium latte came out only half-full but the poor girl was so overwhelmed with the line and that nobody was helping her I just gave up and left. I don’t know still which is sad I remember the Dunkin’ Donuts in Boston growing up it was always warm and fresh! I hope this location works out it’s kinks I’m so upset I have to drive 45 minutes one way for a letdown each time.

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited. They fixed the ‘order milk and give cream issue’. But now they ask,“skim, whole or almond?”. And then for the flavor there’s «sweetened or unsweetened?», beyond the sugar I already asked for. What’s going on here? Why do I feel like I have to think? Can’t you see I haven’t had my coffee yet? This is the fourth time I visited. I ordered the same, iced coffee with milk and sugar. I got iced TEA with milk and sugar! Caught it before I left the counter and laughed so hard I almost spit the tea out. Can’t believe it, they mess up every time. It’s like a joke now. I wonder what they’ll goof up next time.

I took my kids here tonight. We had cabin fever after being home all day. Kids were getting antsy. Brought the boy to 7⁄11 for a Slurpee and then to Dunkin Donuts for my daughter and I. D.D. is also Badkin Robbins. Daughter got an ice cream and I got a small coffee. I heard D. D has good coffee so I wanted to try it. We went out to the patio area where they have a fire pit and comfy seating. It was lovely to sit out there and converse with the kiddos. I liked the coffee and daughter liked her ice cream. Son enjoyed his Slurpee but that’s another review. There was much fanfare on the opening of the place. I waited until the broo haha faded before trying it out. We will be back again. I just wish they had an option for those with egg/nut/dairy allergies. My son can’t eat anything there… thus the Slurpee.

I was so happy to see a D&D on our way up to Julian in Ramona! I am a Chicago native and ohhh so miss my D&D! It was clean, friendly staff, fresh donuts galore! Service was quick and my iced vanilla latte w/almond milk(hello Starbucks still waiting for u to get on the almond milk train)! Was happy to see they even had almond milk available as some coffee spots just don’t(Starbucks). My chocolate glazed donut was super delicious and fresh so much better then some of the $ 3-$ 4 donuts I have a the hipster joints :-) a good old skool donut is all I need! Not sure why other reviews were so low :-(maybe they just need to adjust to the new opening? Our stop was pleasant, quick and we were happily stuffed w donuts and coffee treats!

As a New England native, I’m so glad that a Dunkies opened in Ramona. I’ve been going just about every morning to get my iced coffee before going to work. Occasionally I’ll get my favorite Boston Cream donut. Trick to getting the best donuts is to get them in the morning. I’ve tried other donut shops such as Winchell’s and they don’t compare to Dunkies. Anyway, the morning crew are great. They know my coffee right off and I’m in and out in a snap. I do admit that the afternoon crew can do a bit better(which is why I only knock off a star). But a little patience does go a long way. In the end, this Bostonian chick leaves happy.

Been to lots of places in my travels and chain locations can be hit or miss… This place is off the chart when it comes to location, friendliness of staff, selection of items(donuts, drinks, ice cream) is the best around. And to top it off, it’s a drive-thru! Be prepared to get the best customer service around and it will all be given with a smile…

As a native Bostonian, it’s a tough break to live in San Diego without three beloved foods I have to fly home to enjoy: Authentic Chinese Food, Papa Ginos, and Dunkin Donuts. We’ve been here twice. It’s fine. It’s too far away from most of us East Coast transplants who live in SD, but beggars can’t be choosers. I was disappointed that their flavored coffee is an after-the-fact thing now with«flavor shots», because it does taste different. But I checked in with my people from home and they confirmed that this is how DD is doing it now. I don’t get it, because they still sell the flavored coffee by the pound, but none of this is the fault of this particular store. The shot just makes it taste fake. New Englanders always question why DD is so damn good, because it’s so simple. The coffee is nothing fancy, but it’s addicting. The doughnuts are nothing exotic, but they’re simple and good. I appreciate them so much more since moving here because I don’t like the doughnuts the local shops have to offer. They’re boring. They seem plastic. Can’t get a chocolate glazed doughnut to save your life. But as far as their coffee goes, I always theorized that the flavor is steeped into the machines. Thousands, if not millions of runs through those things have given it that same homegrown appeal as the old school pizza places who have had the same dough starter for over a century, and just keep taking new chunks from it, adding to it, etc. I hope business becomes good enough that they open more and more DDs in SD, because based on the reviews, as it stands I’d rather go the 40 minute drive to Ramona than brave the downtown location. It’d be a lot sweeter if La Mesa gave it a shot. See what I did there…

Thank you, Dunkin’ Donuts. You’ve redeemed yourself. After my last Dunkin’ Donuts fiasco(read my review, it’s priceless), I was hesitant to try the new one in Ramona. I’m SO glad I did. Yes, it was crowded. Yes, the donut selection went really fast. It was Saturday… I expected that. The Hubs got a croissant donut, the 2 little monsters got cheesecake donuts and I got a choco butternut donut. All of them were amazing!!! The cashiers were rushed, but super friendly. Great job, guys! We’ll definitely be back.

It’s a new little location. They share the space with Baskin Robbins. Pretty genius. Who doesn’t like donuts & Ice Cream!?! Staff is friendly and the donut holes were amazing little bites of yumminess! My favorite were the blue berry and the strawberry filled ones. I don’t drink coffee but I’m sure it’s good since people were ordering coffee in the middle of the day when it’s over 75 degrees out.
