Always great service when I go in. Staff is very welcoming. Mistakes can happen anywhere but when it’s here, they are quick to correct it and very friendly about it.

Always awesome experience in the drive thru. My only gripe is the way this location was built for the drive thru… I’ve gotten stuck trying to maneuver in and out.

Always greeted with a warm smile. Love how they make conversation with you in the drive through and ask how your day was. There was a couple times I waited in the drive through for about 20 mins.

This is one of the best locations in San Diego, as most of the other reviews state as well! The best part, in my opinion, is the courteous staff. As I have gone often in the past, they remember me, and are always so friendly and fun when I get to the window, and even at the order menu when someone has recognized my voice! A great staff makes all the world to its customers, and whatever they have going on here to keep their employees happy, they need to keep up the amazing work! Thanks to all of the staff who’ve helped me many times and to future customers, I suggest, if you’re in the area, that you make this location your Go-To for your favorite Starbucks coffees!

I get my coffee to go. The extremely, snotty, Liberal Elitists, even in our small town of Ramona, will snub you here at no extra cost… even if you are a Democrat as well. Funny things is the last time it happened, the person was there using the free wifi and they never even bought anything… lol

Lots of new staff at this location so orders are taking a little longer while the training is going on if you go to the counter. Stick with the drive through if you are in a hurry for now.

I like the comfy chairs and couch. I sometimes come here in the afternoon and use the WiFi and people watch. The outdoor seating is lovely though there’s the drive thru next to it so you always hear what others are ordering. What I like most is that the store came out for a full 24 hours to serve us coffee, tea, fruit and pastries during the Relay for Life Cancer Walk. They even slept outside at their booth on air mattress. They’ll have my loyalty because of that! Yes, I like their coffee too.

Cute little Starbucks. Friendly staff. Since it’s so tiny — if you’re a regular, everybody knows your name. Kinda like the AA version of Cheers. Plenty of tables to bring your laptop and write or discuss quantum physics. Or start a conversation with a stranger. Cause, why not?

I went in today to get a drink and my 2 yr old was crying so I got him one of their squeeze punches and was immediately told by the girl ringing me up if I could hurry and shove it in his mouth because she can’t stand kids or their crying only to go on telling me how she can’t stand kids and will never have them etc. How freaking rude I will not be coming here anymore you guys need to do better hiring!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the San Diego region. Why, you might ask and really what is the difference from Starbucks to Starbucks(if only it were as cool as placing a different space invader in each one)? It’s the larger space, the higher cushioned booths, the cozy patio — the space just works here! Not everyone will be thrilled with this: but if you sit on the patio you will hear all the orders at the drive thru — it’s kind of the day in a life of a Starbucks employee(just in case you are curious)! And… some people really know their stuff! PS Limited edition cookies right now… the smores and the frappucinno sugar cookie! See photo!

Honestly not a big fan of this place. It’s always crowded and it’s not unique — seen one Starbucks, seem ‘em all. There is a Starbucks counter inside the Albertsons which is much faster. There’s also a new Dunkin Donuts across the street that has delicious specialty coffee drinks and is much much more reasonable price wise.

This is a nice place to come sit with friends. It’s quiet enough and has a nice ambiance. The big problem is it’s too busy during«coffee rush» but if you come during off times it’s nice.

Overpriced but consistent and good. It is a Starbucks after all. People are friendly and service is good. I will be happy when we get some better competition so I can have choices. And no, the current choices are not better. I still can’t figure out why when I ask for a small black coffee they ask if I want cream though. Try it yourself and see how often they ask. Not just this store, all of them. I’m guessing it is 90% of the time.

Thank goodness for a Starbucks on Main St. My other favorite Starbucks drive through besides the one in Miramar. The ones in Point Loma were horrible had poor, unorganized and understaffed guys working as baristas who kept messing up the orders, or it just tasted like rainbow farts. The guys here are awesome enough to get the drive thru moving even through peak«happy hours» and no matter how hot it is or how tired they must be, they always seem so friendly. They messed up my order once, but a girl there was happy to whip up another frappé free of charge for us. Each time I’ve been to their drive thru they’re oblivious to my dead tired face and ask me bout my day and etc. Their service is so much better compared to the drive thru Starbucks on Rosecrans St in Point Loma.

The main reason I go to a chain or franchise is because I can expect the same thing at each location. This is not always true. Pro’s Only Drive through coffee in town Fairly Quick service Friendly staff Con’s About 3 months ago the coffee started to taste like they should clean the machines They frequently make mistakes on drink orders It’s a safety hazard in the mornings for traffic When I pay for a specific item and I’m delivered the wrong thing I never like to hear«I hope this is ok». It’s not Ok!
