These guys are the best. I have been there twice for my cell phone emergencies. Both times they were so nice and I didn’t have to wait that long for my repair either! The price was worth it and the quality is wonderful. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Not happy with their service. Took My iPad for a screen fix and now the touch screen does random crazy stuff with out even touching it. Also took iphone in for new screen and is already separating from the case. It seems like there are just a bunch of kids running the place. Not very professional. Only went there because it was convenient to work. Never again.

Brought my broken iPhone 6 in around 2:30 and was out the door with a fixed phone in less than 10min. Professional group of guys and very informative in my purchase of a new case. Highly recommended.

Beware! I had my daughters 5c screen repaired here a couple times. On one occasion they didn’t install it correctly and and it was loose so we had to take it back to be fixed again. Most recent time they fixed her cracked screen but afterwards it never worked quite right(charged battery only intermittently). Fast forward a couple months… Screen cracked & we took it to different shop. When they opened the phone they told us several screws and internal pieces had been taken out of the phone(by CPR). Apparently these screws and pieces are somewhat valuable and hard to find. Since you can’t see what the techs are doing when they repair your phone– you never know what they may be taking out along the way. Will not go back to CPR!

Broke the glass on my LGG2, which is not fun because it is connected to the touchscreen and the whole thing needs replacing. They quoted me $ 150, it cost $ 150. It’s been a few days and it has been working perfectly. They had the parts in stock which no place else I called did. Only downside was that I dropped it off at 11am and when I came back at 4 it wasn’t ready yet, though they said it would take 90 minutes to do and they’d start in 30 minutes. I only had to wait another 15 minutes, so not horrible. But I have a feeling if I didn’t come in and ask for it, and had just showed up at 4:30 it still wouldn’t have been done.

Fixed power button on Samsung S3 within a reasonable time frame. They also quoted me a price prior to service being performed and the price didn’t change once phone was repaired. No skimpy work and they provided a 6 month warranty.

I was told it would take 48 hours to complete my repair. It has now been 8 days. I was required to pay a $ 35 fee upfront. I had water damage to my cell phone. I solicited the services of this company because I was assured it would only take 24−48hrs to fix my device. My phone had dried out a complete day before they started working on it. However, I agreed and I paid the fee. Since I did not receive a call after the 1st24 hours, I called them after 48 hrs. I was told they needed permission to fix my screen. I gave them permission and was informed they needed to add an additional 2 days to the time it would take to complete the job. It has now been 8 days and my phone has not been returned unable to be fixed. Although the workers in the store didn’t make an effort to expedite fixing my phone, the owner went to great lengths to make sure it was taken care of. I appreciate that. Because of the owners taking care of me, my rating has gone from a 1 star to a 3 star.

Do not bring your water damaged iPhone here. Not only did they not fix it they did not put it back together again properly. Total waste of money!!!

I had the worst experience ever at this place. I took my Windows phone in to get my cracked screen replaced and they ordered a new screen for me. The following Saturday when it arrived, I went back to have the replacement done. It was supposed to take a couple hours. Their power went out, so I ended up having to wait until Monday. When I arrived on Monday, it still wasn’t done. The reason? They didn’t have my PIN. They didn’t ask me for the PIN when I dropped off(and why would they need it for a screen repair?) so I didn’t know to give it to them. Instead of calling the alternate number I provided to request it, they called the very phone they had in their possession so did not get in contact with me until I arrived. So it was not ready until Tuesday — 3 days from drop off. As if this wasn’t enough of a fail, they also did a terrible job with the repair. I arrived at closing time on Tuesday so did not have time to inspect the job thoroughly, but the next day I noticed there was a gap between the screen and the plastic of the phone that small particles or water could get into. I had to go back yet again on Wednesday to have this fixed. The guy was apologetic at first and acknowledged that the job was poorly done. He said he’d take it to the back and have someone look at it. 40 minutes later I’m still sitting there waiting for some kind of response or update on what’s going on, and I need to leave. I stand around by the counter until someone comes out again and ask about my phone. They were trying to fix it and it was going to take long enough that I had to leave and come back again later. When I came back to pick up my phone, the job was no better than the first time around. The plastic at the side of the phone had been bent, leaving a gap between it and the screen, and the adhesive hadn’t fully taken. When I pointed this out and complained, the guy said I was«expecting too much» because they«aren’t robots.» Excuse me? If you say you can fix my phone, you need to be able to do it properly! While the crack in my screen was minor and really just a cosmetic issue, the gap this shop created between the new screen and the rest of my phone puts the internal parts at risk of being completely ruined. I asked for a refund and was refused. The only thing I can do is continue to waste time bringing it back over and over during my 6 month«warranty» period in order for them to continue attempting and failing to do a proper repair. I am furious that I wasted 5 trips out to this shop and $ 165 for nothing. That’s half the value of a new Nexus 5 and almost the full value of any new smartphone with a contract renewal. Stay away!

This is THE place to go to get your cell phone repaired!!! Don’t go anywhere else! This shop has great customer service. A REAL person picks up the phone when you call, and will troubleshoot with you right over the phone. My iPhone 4s had fallen in the salty ocean waters of Cancun during a wedding. I’d tried what I knew to do– turn the phone off, put it in rice, leave it there to dry out– but it still wouldn’t even turn on. I was mostly sad that I wouldn’t get those gorgeous photos back since I didn’t get a chance to back up my phone before it took the plunge. I was told by multiple Apple Stores, and Verizon representatives that not only was the phone not salvagable but either were the pictures. These guys gave me ALL my pictures back from my Cancun wedding by actually FIXING the phone!!! The phone works just like it used to, and they give you a limited warranty on the part that they fix for you for cheaper than it would cost to get a replacement phone through Verizon. Bear in mind, that coming here WILL break your Apple Warranty and Verizon Insurance Contact. But, I wanted the pictures back, and it ended up being cheaper than claiming insurance! Not only do they fix iPhones, but they helped my sister troubleshoot her PlayStation issues right there in the store. They’re also currently fixing my iPhone screen. I accidentally dropped it yesterday and broke it… and again, they’re fixing it for cheaper than Verizon’s insurance replacement plan would be. Done within an hour and half. There’s a $ 35 flat fee, and then the price of the parts they fix. Friendly Service, Reasonable Prices, Great Business!
