Very shady business practice. They make you pay upfront before the device is fixed. Then the make you sign a very fuzzy warranty that basically says if you go home and come back for any other reason your phone wont be covered. I took my phone there twice, because they jacked it up. Then they sent it off somewhere, I waited a week and they said, ‘we will call you’. After pressing the issue to try to find out where my phone was, the shop owner wouldn’t/couldn’t explain the status of my phone and where the phone was. She actually got quite aggressive after I pressed the issue and threatened me that the phone wouldn’t be fixed if I didnt stop asking where it was. I should’ve just bought a new phone. $ 225 and 2 weeks with a loaner phone I still don’t have anything resolved. TERRIBLEBUSINESSPRACTICESBEWARE! Furthermore, the employees at this shop are slow and lazy and have NO customer services skills. Its like you are bothering them from a nap when you go in and ask them for help. I would go elsewhere.
