So the TV broke right before Super Bowl weekend. The big one. I found Precision on Unilocal!and decided to try them out… Saturday.
I used their web form and promptly got a call back Monday morning. They came out to my house that afternoon and fixed my tv on the spot.
Excellent service, and I’d definitely use them again.
As for the Super Bowl, thankfully we have 2 other TVs in the house :)

Poor customer service. Rude. Expected me to be home at 2:00 when they called me at 1:40 on a workday. This happened multiple times. Raised the price of the chip required for the repair AFTER they had disassembled my tv. After the repair they charged me 5% of the total bill because my father in law — who had to meet them because they sent me a text message after 10:00 pm to have someone there «Around 2:00» the next day did not have cash or a check. What type of business charges 5% of a LARGE bill for someone that will not pay cash??? I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
