Was a little disappointed today to find out this chic-fil-a does not do the senior free tea or coffee, anymore. Seems the establish makes a killing, what cut off the freebie for seniors. I always buy a sandwich, let bring back the complimentary freebie for seniors.

WOW!!! That is all I can say about this Chick-fil-A. It is so cool! The service is amazing and so fast. This is the palace of all Chick-fil-A. If you don’t come to this Chick-fil-A your missing out. I also heard its the biggest one in the world!!!

I’m usually not one to ever complain about Chick-fil-a, but last night after getting home from this location I was frustrated. I consistently order the same thing most visits, a grilled chicken sandwich and 8 grilled chicken nuggets. When I opened my bag there were fried nuggets, and I thought no big deal, they just didn’t hear me order correctly and made a mistake. I’m not going to turn down fried chickfila nuggets by any means, haha. Then I opened my chicken sandwich which was served in the small box it always comes in, however, it was a fried chicken deluxe sandwich. I definitely had no problem eating this either because I enjoy all Chick-fil-a food, but when I order and anticipate receiving healthier options and both things I order are wrong, it’s frustrating. I guess I could have checked my bag before leaving. I’ll still support this location just as much as I have leading up to this, but just wanted to give some feedback to the business should they see my post.

Love this chick-fil-a location! The double drive thru helps the lunch line to move super fast(in comparison to other chick-fil-a’s), about 5 – 7 minutes. They’re also not stingy with the sauces at this location. The rest of this review goes for any Chick-fil-a: I love the honey mustard and chick-fil-a sauces for the nuggets. I order my fries without salt, small adjustment and they still taste great!

I’ve been back here three times since my last review, and the food is still fantastic. The service is also back to being top notch. I would highly recommend trying the Cobb salad. It was packed with more protein than I was expecting, and I stayed on the healthy side by going with the apple cider vinaigrette.

This Chick fil a has spoiled me when it comes to my expectations for fast food! The atmosphere is similar that of a Panera, with multiple levels of indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff that bring your meal to you. I’ve spent many a sunny lunch hour on the second floor patio with a book and a salad. That being said, I would not recommend it for quick/traditional service times as I always had to wait about 10 minutes for my meal to come to me.

This five stars is not to say the food is as good as, say, Poole’s Diner. This review is from a dad who takes his kids here regularly, and they treat us like kings every time. And the food is pretty darn good. If you have kids, Chick Fil A is a Godsend. Their kids meals are healthy(if you choose the right items) and have a great toy inside. However the real kicker is how much people help you. Every time I’m in there someone asks me if I need a place mat, if they can bring me a booster, extra sauces, etc. I never carry my own food or trash(at a fast food place? That’s awesome) Also the fried chicken is astoundingly good for fast food, and NEVEREVER not fresh. Usually when we get our food it’s so hot you can’t touch it for a while. Suck it McDonalds.

The Mecca of chick fil a. This place is awesome and the service was great. They came up to our table and asked if they could refill our drinks for us. They also have real flowers on the table so I didn’t even feel bad about taking my girl on a date here. This is definitely my new Sunday spot.

Don’t like their owners’ prejudice against gay people. So even though it’s convenient, I prefer to go to locally owned restaurants.

Consistently screw up orders… It’s run by a bunch of kids that do not keep the typical high level of service as you get from other locations.

I love CFA, but not this one. They screw up drive thru orders, the staff is hit or miss, and the location is often frequented by very rowdy teens and tweens. Maybe I’m spoiled by the high quality service I’ve found at other CFA locations, but this one has consistently left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ve decided to stop patronizing it.

This Chick-fil-a is, as others have said, really beautiful on the inside. The 2 floors are cool and feel snazzy. The food is standard Chick-fil-a fare, so can’t really complain about that. The reason for only 2 stars then? All comes down to the drive-thru. I’ve been through here 3 times and each time they’ve messed something up. The first time I got a whole wheat wrap instead of a regular one and the wrong kind of dressing. Not a huge deal, I thought. The second time, they gave me bbq sauce instead of Polynesian. Still not a big deal. However, this time I got a chicken sandwich and it didn’t have a top bun! Seriously, bottom bun, chicken, tomato, then the lettuce just hanging out in the breeze. Plus, they forgot the fruit cup I ordered(on my receipt and paid for, but not in the bag) Totally not cool. I called the restaurant when I discovered the problems upon getting home and had to leave a message(at 8:30 at night, so not during the dinner rush either). I’ve come to expect a slightly higher level of service from Chick-fil-a than of other fast food places(see also: my irritation with a certain Wendy’s) but this just ain’t cutting it. If I didn’t know better, I might chalk it up to the double drive through and the delivery system they use to get the food to the windows, but there’s one like this in Asheville and I never had a problem at that location when I lived there. I originally put aside any personal differences I might have with Chick-fil-a in favor of leaving politics out of chicken nuggets, but this might be the final straw for me regarding this place.

It’s so great to see SUCH a nice building in place of the empty parking lot that used to face the Rite Aid Pharmacy(where my broke-college-self would venture over on foot to nab me some nail polish treats)! I’m still not sure what those colored domes on the plastic-foam(?), green floor outside were… I’m guessing for jumping? I was SUPER excited for breakfast with my siblings. I rattled off our orders in a happy frenzy until the lady behind the counter stopped me in my tracks, asking, «How many strips?» Me: «Wait… what??» Lady: «Number of strips?» Me: ??? Lady: «Oh wait, you’re ordering breakfast — we stop selling breakfast at 10:30.» Me: *looks at watch, starts to moan* «Oh, NOOOOOOOO!» Breakfast disappointment aside, the food was good. My chicken salad sandwich was standard and my waffle-fries were hot and salty — which makes Ashley a happy girl. We all got our drinks from the friendly cashiers, and ventured to the mysterious, upper level. It was pretty barren inside, so we had a lot of freedom in designating a spot to eat. I absolutely loved the décor, variety of sitting, and the fresh flowers on every table. I probably won’t ask to receive our orders upstairs again because it took about 10 minutes to get our food. It was confusing as to where our food was going to come up since there was no signage, and the employees upstairs weren’t very attentive. We heard our food come up the elevator(the loud, clicking noise), but the employee was off in her own little world. Desperately hungry, we ventured over to where we *thought* the food was(there’s an inlet next to the soda machine and condiments station, the elevator is on the left) and took our tray(which had my name and our food ticket). After 5 minutes of eating, the employee came back over and was startled that we had taken our food and were already eating it — without waiting on her to bring it to us… Right. Nevertheless, we finished our food and delightfully left through the revolving door — but not without my brother trying to speed-spin it while my sister and I were inside! Hehe. I definitely want to try out the double drive-through next time, just for the experience. I really enjoyed the *NEW* ketchup containers — you just peel off the seal, and dip-away! No more messy packets! Yesssssss

The folks behind this Chick-Fil-A seemed to have sat down and decided to answer the question: «What are all the things we could add to one of our restaurants to make it even better?» They then proceeded to include them in the design of this place. Two stories, double drive-thru, revolving door, decent outdoor seating, and my personal favorite: the self-serve soda fountain. I like that they still give you the initial drink with your order, but the self-serve option is great especially then it is busy as I’m sure this one gets. I haven’t been during a peak time, but am sure they get everyone taken care of just as well as at the other locations. There is also a conveyor belt(to get the food over to the drive-thru I’m assuming) and a food elevator to get it upstairs. Haven’t really gotten to see those in action yet, but like the sort of Willy Wonka feel they give the place.

This is the new double-decker Chick-Fil-A that opened up in Cameron Village. It is a nice place that everybody has to visit at least once just to see the stuff that was put in. They have a Vittleveyor(dumb waiter) to carry food upstairs and a conveyor belt that carries food along the ceiling and outside to the drive though. I think it is a marvel of engineering. There is plenty of space and it is also kid friendly.

Holy Six-Flags over Chicken! This is the nicest Chick-fil-A, probably in the country! I work down the street and occasionally hit this place up for lunch. The food is, well, you know, Chick-fil-A. No different than other locations. But the building is incredible, although their double drive through doesn’t seem to be efficient as it was originally planned.

Pro: FINALLYCFA in Cameron Village. And the largest one(and only two story one) in the world. Word. Pro: Sandwiches and fries are usually«freshly fried,» i.e., crunchy(not soggy) Con: Double drive through should be way faster than it really turns out to be… although after weeks of complaining about this, I was pleasantly surprised at lunch on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend when I sped through despite a long drive through line, so I’ve upgraded from 3 to 4 stars.

OMG, CHICKEN!!! CHICKEN!!! Hey, Cow, I love CHICKEN!!! and I especially love chicken when it is in walking distance from home and shopping. This Chick-fil-A is classic Chick-fil-A: everyone is pleasant and does everything for you to say that fast food does not have to mean no customer service. The two stories is fun and the dumb waiter, no really — the mechanical kind — is a wonderful idea to get your food to your table. This restaurant is just what Cameron Village, Broughton HS, Raleigh Charter High School, NC State and us chicken lovers needed.

Revolving doors at the entrance, along with the brick siding and fresh roses at each table add a lot of class to this upscale location of the fast-food giant Chick-fil-A. The location is two stories tall, with additional seating on the second floor. During the nicer weather, there is plenty of outside seating available, both on the main floor and up top. The service was fast, especially for such a busy grand opening week. What was most impressive is the drive thru. They have a conveyor system in place, similar to a dry cleaner that goes from the kitchen all the way out to the drive thru. I watched it as I waited in line… very cool. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful and responded with«my pleasure» after every«thank you» I gave them, which, if you’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A, it’s basically their motto. For those of you who don’t enjoy public restrooms and would like more privacy, Chick-fil-A offers a family bathroom with a single toilet and small sink area, as well as a small baby changing platform. I used the sink, which has a single faucet with no hot/cold knobs. This was the only downside as the water didn’t warm up and stayed cool for the length that I used it. Check the photos for a picture of one of their private bathroom sinks. Their public bathrooms are more accommodating and spacious. Outside they have a play area for the smallest Chick-fil-A patrons, which consists of three plastic mounds… not much going on, so I’m assuming this is for the under 2 crowd. Overall, the location is a great one as well as the building/service. The food is still fast food, but the atmosphere and décor blow all other nearby fast food choices out of the water.

Two stories. Brick façade. Gardens and outdoor seating area. Rotating entry doors. My my, Chick-fil-a has ARRIVED. Cameron Village is known for its upscale clientèle and this location does not disappoint. The interior goes beyond brand-new and sparkly– think natural light, exposed brick and modern fixtures. Bathrooms are amazing for a fast food chain, featuring leather chairs for lounging and specially designed children’s sinks. Posh and thoughtful. I attended the VIP pre-opening dinner and everything was beyond exquisite. They even had a string quartet and waiter service! While you shouldn’t expect that on a normal day, the staff was incredibly nice. I heard the owner-operator tell her personal story and background –she used to operate the Chick-fil-a in North Hills– and this location is a dream come true for her. I also got to take a tour of the kitchen– it’s amazing how much they make from scratch with premium ingredients(especially in this era). Probably the coolest and most unique feature of this location(besides the fact that it’s the only two story Chick-fil-a in the world) is the drive-through. There are two lanes and an actual over-the-roof conveyor belt(think bank tellers shooting your deposit slip to you) that carries your order to your car. Can’t wait to try that out! While the food is standard for the chain, this Chick-fil-a definitely stands out from its peers. If you’re going to Eat Mor Chikin, do it here!
