Something has gone terribly wrong at this McDonalds. Last week I entered the drive-​thru at about 5 o’clock and the employee said over the loudspeaker «Hold on a sec», no greeting or «Welcome to McDonalds». Then, I sat there for probably 2 and a half minutes. I drove off. Tonight, I decided to return. This time the drive-​thru girl was perfectly friendly, however my food took at least 5 minutes (I was the only car in line and there were no customers inside). I got home to find that they had totally screwed my order up. Not returning.

This McDonald’s just gets it.
They are always speedy, friendly, and on point.
I come here often, get a salad, and am always greeted with a smile. Sometimes I’ll drive through in the mornings and they serve you efficiently through the drive-​through. Very speedy service and always friendly.

I know! A review for McDonald’s? But I just have to rave about the people who work here. Everyone is nice and attentive, even when I’m in a hurry to make my bus. The owners and the staff care about the place and the community. Even the person in charge of keeping the restaurant clean is constantly wiping down surfaces. As someone who has had a real case of food poisoning, I can tell you that I appreciate the ice dispenser. The ice is made in a compartment above and then channeled into your cup when you press the dispenser. This keeps germs from hands and shovels out of the equation. I go about once a week to pick-​up breakfast and sometimes use the drive-​through for a burger or shake.
