Brixx is my favorite pizza in Raleigh. We always take our out-of-town visitors here. Dolly is also the best, she’s extremely friendly and is always on top of everything! #wheresdolly

Brixx no longer does bogo pizza after 10 p.m. and Monday 1.95 drafts. Pizza is ok but there are much better local pizza options at the price point

I strolled into town tonight and was looking for a friendly and convienient place to eat as i was staying at a nearby hotel. As i was exploring the neighborhood i found brixx wood fired pizza. As i walked past the patio, i noticed a seemingly merry crowd inside and decided to join. as soon as I entered, i was directed to a table in the center of the restaurant by my server, Ashley, who greeted me with a huge smile and great enthusiasm! She introduced me to the menu and described the specials in great detail and immediately had me sold on the bronx bomber pizza! If youre from out of town and looking for a great place for inexpensive but great quality pizza and A+++ service, i highly recommend brixx pizza in cameron village!

Stopped by this joint after finally getting off an unnecessarily long business flight to North Carolina. At this point we were starving and desperate to find a decent place that was still open. Luckily Brixx met the criteria. While the Spicy Shrimp Pizza I got had a crust that was a little thicker than the ones I am used to, the combination of sriracha, goat cheese, and shrimp proved to be a good trio. The spinach and artichoke dip was surprisingly decent as well, the dip itself was chock full of veggies instead of being bogged down by cheese.

Just had the absolute worst experience at this location. To make a long story short, over an hour and a half into our visit, we hadn’t been served the food we ordered. The manager tried to make things right by comping our meal after we asked to have it packaged to go, and then waited another 20 minutes before simply walking out. Had an out of town guest with us, needless to say we were beyond embarrassed. We walked across the street to McDonald’s, trying to laugh it off, but this is something that will guarantee that I won’t be returning to this location. I was excited about this place opening up within walking distance of my home, but I’ll be sure to share my story with others after this embarrassment. Too bad there isn’t a selection for negative stars…

If I could give this place no stars, I would. By far the worst service I’ve ever had. We went in at 10, because people had given the bogo pizza great reviews. It took us almost an hour to get our food, and then the food was subpar. Not even worth bogo. Our waitress was the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve had Brixx in other cities, and I believed it to be average food but now I will most certainly not go back to any locations. Don’t waste your time eating here.

This was my first visit to a Brixx, I liked the décor and feel inside this location. There was a nice view ands lots of folks walking by when we visited. The salad and Pizza selection was quite good, and I like the personal size Pizzas. They have some nice specials and craft beers here also. Our service was slow but overall OK.

Wow NICE! I’m visiting the area from northern NJ. This is a really awesome place. Great food, great wine, great outdoor seating, great service. Can’t ask for anything more. You have to try this place.

Went here for a weekday lunch, and was not impressed. Have been to other locations before and have been very pleased but this location was lack-luster. The restaurant had less than 10 guests and plenty of staff. Both appetizers and entrees were lukewarm at best– I saw our food sitting in the window for about 6 minutes(doesn’t seem like a long time but food gets cold fast than you think). Our server mumbled his was through our our questions, to the point I stopped asking ‘what?’ because it was getting awkward. Didn’t ask if we wanted refills on alcohol. We asked our checks to be separate and our server had to make 3 or 4 corrections as he could not separate our 5 total items accordingly… Just very blah all around.

My husband and I REALLY love this place. We’ve started going every other Sunday for a late lunch/early dinner. They are always very kind to my small dog and bring him water right away and the food is delicious! My only issue was that we had a server that wasn’t the best(I think he was new). He brought us a bottle of wine(without a cooler) and the table next to us ordered a bottle of wine and got a cooler(about the same time — different server). We then asked for to go boxes and he brought us plastic to go boxes(where we had to stack pizza on top of each slice) instead of pizza boxes(and the table next to us got pizza boxes — different server) so I really don’t think he was trained all that well but I’m sure he’ll get better. Every other time has been awesome though. :)

Ate here tonight with my husband and two young sons. We were looking to add a new pizza joint to our Friday night rotation and this did not disappoint, We sat outside on the patio right along Oberlin Ave. it was our first time. Waiter was very friendly. Service was quick. We ordered bruschetta to start, it had good amount of toppings and bread, usually you get one or the other so that was nice. The boys had kids meals– one pepperoni pizza and one penne pasta with meatballs. Both licked their plates clean. I had to talk my husband into ordering the pear and Gorgonzola pizza and we also ordered the Thai chicken. The pear was truly excellent. The Thai was good but not quite as good as the Thai one we usually order from Mellow Mushroom which is our favorite. We both agreed the pizza crusts was better here, though… Thin with some good grill char. Good ambiance, great beer selection, fair prices. We will be back!

It isn’t bad by any means, but every time I go I am always disappointed about the lack of ingredients on my pizza. I got the Hawaiian and I barely had any prosciutto on it. Another time, I got the barbecue and I had to get extra sauce just to make it taste like a regular bbq pizza. Service is always good though, and never disappoints.

3 Words: Can’t Go Wrong. If you’re looking for pizza, there is no bad choice. You could almost close your eyes and pick. If you’re having trouble deciding on one, they’ll allow you to half and half the toppings on the pizza. I recommend the Bronx Bomber and the Caribbean Jerk Chicken.

Went here for dinner after a workout class on a Monday, which was 1.95 draft domestic craft beer night. Really can’t beat that deal! I’ve had the pizza there before, and it again was fine. Not great, not bad, just fine. The spinach salad I had was also just. Fine. If you need a quick, casual place to take your kids or want to grab a cheap bite and watch a basketball game, Brixx is a solid choice. Not the most extravagant or the best meal I’ve ever had, but the service is good, the booths are comfy, and the food is average.

We decided to check out this new location a couple Saturdays ago, since we had great experiences with the Briar Creek location. We thought for sure we would have to wait to be seated, but we were greeted and seated within 2 mins of arriving. I ordered my usual– a Brixx salad with Salmon. Seriously, best salad ever. My fiancé’s pizza was beyond delicious, and to top it off, they had Spaten Oktoberfest beer! Score! This place gets an A+ in all areas and will be a regular go-to for us in the future!

We stopped in for a quick business lunch and were really impressed with the layout, service, and food combined! There is an abundance of natural light and with the high ceilings, the dining area seems large and roomy. We were seated swiftly by a friendly host and our server was bubbly and helpful. Interestingly enough, the three of us selected salads instead of going for their wide variety of specialty pizzas. Even so, our entrees were just delicious. Each one featured an abundance of fresh greens and scrumptious toppings. The kitchen forgot to add the chicken to mine so they brought me a whole second salad to make up for it! I will mention the parking is quite a challenge in this area. You may gave to circle around a few times to find a spot. So, if planning to meet friends, leave plenty of extra time for this task. And: watch the traffic as you walk! Many drivers are focused on navigating the streets and not on pedestrians. Other than that, Brixx is a great lunch destination and we were more than pleased with our visit!

This was my first trip here, and brought along my wife, daughter, and even our miniature pincher dog. Dogs are welcome on the patio. We had the Hummus trio as an appetizer. I like hummus, but not a huge fan like my wife and daughter. I must say, that it was very good. The black bean hummus didn’t really have much taste, but the other two well made up for it. For our meals, I had the wood roasted vegetable pizza with whole wheat crust, and the wife and daughter got the spinach salad with salmon. This is without a doubt, some of THEBEST pizza crust I’ve ever had. It’s nice and thin, with that very slightly charred ends from the wood oven. The veggies are fresh, and the wood fired oven roast them very nicely. The wife and daughter loved their salads. My wife ate her whole salad, which she very seldom does. The salmon was great too. The service was excellent as well. We were seated promptly on the patio(remember we had our four-legged family member) and our server was there quickly. He gave us time to look over the menu, without trying to rush us or staying away to long. I gave them 4 Stars, because this was our first visit. I have to normally go 3 – 4 times and I’ll update up or down from there. But, I will say that our first visit food and service wise, was 5 Stars that day. We will be back.

The pear Gorgonzola pizza is delicious. The bruschetta is amazing and the fig and prosciutto flatbread is to die for. Atmosphere is fun and the staff is always very attentive and friendly. Kid friendly. They even give the kids raw pizza dough to play with while waiting for the meal to arrive. I highly recommend Brixx.
