Worst experience ever. Waited probably 30 minutes to get our food. Only two people working on a Saturday. Whoever manages that place is an idiot. And to top it off they forgot half of our order. Never going back.

this review isn’t based on the food, but the hygiene behaviors of two employees witnessed on the evening of january 3^rd. as we were getting our food in the drive thru, we saw two young female employees fill up our drinks, fingers inside the cup, proceed to put their fingers INTO THEIR MOUTHS (as if to suck something off the tip of their fingers. one did this TWICE!), then put the lids onto our drinks. this is disgusting, and surely not very hygienic. i don’t work in the food industry and even i don’t go around sticking my hands and fingers in my mouth because gross. i don’t want anyone else’s disgusting health habits to affect me or vice versa. this is gag worthy and unacceptable.

Disappointed in this location. All I have to say!

Nailbanger Here Again;I have mixed emotions about this Chain Restaurant. First of all you can get Great Deals and Items from this Chain. In the Summer they offer Half Priced Shakes after 8 PM that can‘t be beat. They have a Happy Hour Daily with Half Price Drinks and The Cherry Limeade is the Bomb !!! They offered a deal via the Web which was the reason for this visit. I received the alert that day and that day only they were offering their Jr Cheese Burger for Half Price, so we came primarily for that reason. They offer several options on ordering, The Drive Thru, The Curb Side regular Old Time Drive In, and they have a Kiosk at the front for walk up orders. The Kiosk was what we attempted, my son with his order and my own order. The orders were places about five minutes apart as that‘s how long it took them to answer both orders. It is December in Western Washington, Dark, Rainy, Wet and Cold. The first problem we ran into was I called ahead to find out if that location was participating and they said yes up to 5 items, when we got there they said that the register would only allow 3, but they would go on to say that it was taking it now for some reason? Anyway we both ordered additional items and waited at least 20 – 25 minutes. When I received my order it was Hot but the large Fry tray was only half full, for $ 3 really. I cant see ever coming here without an incentive. I know that other reviewers have had similar experiences unfortunately but I can not find myself giving them anything above a 2 Star. No restrooms.

Very disappointed in their service. Whenever we go to sonic, we can always count on them completely messing up our order somehow. Waited in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes, for two burgers… When there was only two cars in front of us. After finally receiving our food, we notice that we had an extra burger in the bag and got charged for it. We ordered two burgers without onions or tomato and got three burgers with the works. Definitely will not be returning.

I hate to give three stars but, The food at Sonic has a chemical after taste.

We waited in the car for over 40 minutes for our order because they put it in the wrong tray and never noticed. To their benefit, once we pointed out that we were still waiting, they remade our order and told us that we would not be charged… BUT we still got charged!
This has been our worst fast food experience.

How does a cherry slushie have no flavor? I mean come on! I knew I wasn’t going to get a great quality product but no flavor? Was a huge bummer.
My son got kids chicken, they forgot his fries. I ordered a burger nothing fancy, my husband ordered a Chicago dog and he was pretty satisfied.
It’s a fun place to bring the kids but without them it’s nothing fancy. Friendly staff, little slow, but seems to be a fun place or a special treat for the kids.
I can’t get over how my cherry slush (two times) tastes like nothing. Maybe I will try another one next time.

Didn’t have high expectations for this place even though I heard people raving over their food. The low ratings on here is for good reasons. It’s a drive in where you eat directly in your car. Only two stars given for my MISSING lettuce and tomato that was suppose to be on my cheeseburger like what the picture had on the menu… Smh. Poorly made and I regret not complaining and getting a refund. The only thing I liked were the tots and the ice cream shake even though it was extremely thick and they didn’t even provide a spoon to scoop some of it.
I would never drive this far for some fast food when I could get a better taste and quality somewhere closer. I found it pretty expensive too. Two meals that came with shakes for over $ 20?! And it was happy hour which meant 50% off shakes. Still pricy. Even dick’s burger tastes better AND it’s way cheaper.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, the chicken was cold, and the food made us sick. Won’t be back

Terrible service it took 20 minutes to get 2 Cherry limeades. Then they were rude about it.

I’ve never really been a fan of Sonic, at least not their food, how can you not love their shakes? So many options, it’s impossible to not find something you’ll like, right?
So, maybe in general Sonics are «better» down south, but the first time we ate at a sonic up here, the toast was bland, and gross, but no biggie, everything else was regular Sonic mediocre, my favorite Blue Coconut CreamSlush was good-​This was in Tacoma.
So, then we went to this Sonic in Puyallup, the person who took my order was either impatient or rude, but the «waitress» and food was brought out pretty quickly. The food was fine, (typical Sonic «whatever»), and I ordered my favorite Blue Coconut CreamSlush. I don’t know what they made, it was a blue CreamSlush, but I have no idea what flavor that was. It was NOT coconut at all, it honestly tasted like Nerds candy, which I know they have new Nerds flavors, this is still no excuse for my Blue Coconut to taste like just sugar. So, while I don’t expect much from a Sonic, I do expect my drinks, slushies, or shakes to be delicious, and at this location, it definitely was not.

Don’t waste your gas driving there on the hottest day of the year. We went just for the new nerds slushes and they were completely out of ice. NO ICE! Talk about a fail on management. No we don’t want our drinks with no ice. What a joke.

Service is great and it’s so cool to order old school. But the grease from the tots and rings is just really gross. It still gets pretty busy at times

Came here around 9pm with the family. Food was mediocre at best. When we went home, saw that we didn’t get any napkins, ketchup, nor any ranch dip for the chicken tenders. Fries weren’t anything to rave about either.
Most likely will never come again. There’s better burgers out there.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had I ordered just one milk shake waited half an hour and still didn’t get it we ended up just leaving wouldn’t recommend unless you have an hour to wait for mediocre food. Absolutely terrible.

I had never ever been to a Sonic before and having grown up in Hawaii with commercials playing all the time on TV but no Sonics on the islands, this was a place I needed to try at least once in my life! Annndddd I’m over it. They have a ton of selections when it comes to slushies and milkshakes. We tried the paradise punch slush and cookie dough ice cream, along with the cheesy bread hot dog and chili cheese fries. Cheap food and quick but gosh I hadn’t eaten fast food in so long that it was just kind of gross. Just wanted to try it once and I wasn’t disappointed, I just probably won’t be eating fast food again for a long time…

The Chicken Tenders I had I thought were pretty good, also had the Cheesecake bites they have been advertising as I wanted to try them, they were good and the Strawberry dipping sauce I thought was also good. I went with a Cherry slushy drink, probably should of went with the smoothie instead.
Wife went with a hot dog and liked it, and mellow yellow drink.
In regards to service, they were fast in getting us the order, girl on her skates and all and was very helpful :)
The place is not as busy when it first opened, They have a lot next to them that was a overflow lot, and for the first 4 – 5 months it was open they had that filled and it was a 2 – 3 hour wait JUST to be able to order your food! That was insane! (So we waited till it wasnt so insane and just had our first order here after 6 months they were open)

Ever since I was in high school I’ve always wanted to visit a Sonic. I’ve always seen commercials but in Hawaii there aren’t any so I was really excited to try it when I moved to Washington. It’s about a 40 minute drive from me so of course I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, especially since after trying it, it’s not that great.
The customer service is alright. I mean, just like any other fast food place but some of them do cool little tricks on their skates. Am I supposed to tip them for brining my food out? Hmm.
Since it’s outdoors there’s a lot of litter that apparently no one really cleans up.
The food is alright but I feel like it’s over priced. I got one of their hot dogs, which was good, but it was barely warm…
I’ve only been here twice. They’ve never messed up my order but if you’re taking the trip to bring my food out, at least don’t forget my straws, spoon for my ice cream.
