Taco Bell

On the off chance that the food is fresh it’s not bad. On numerous occasions now I have gone through in the evening, only to be told that it would be a 20 or 30 minute wait due to a large order ahead of me in the drive thru… At what point did fast food only process one order at a time and why would you shut down your whole drive through for 30 minutes for one order? Absolutely preposterous, will not return. As a side note this is happened 3 or 4 times in the evening, so I don’t know if this is actually a thing or if it is just a way to not work or to discourage drive through rush. Probably something management or ownership should take a look at

Do not eat here! They will mess up your order and lie to you about ingredients being out of stock. Came home to open up my 3 tacos and no lettuce. Called and they told me they were out. Called again and they said they had some and offered to make me new ones, but I refused since it was a waste of gas to drive there. I much rather wait longer than have messed up order. Definitely lost my buisness for good.

One of the worst Taco Bell establishments I have eaten at.
They continually make excuses for their mess ups and inedible food.
I had just recently got back from a business trip in San Antonio where I enjoyed Taco Bell breakfast almost daily.
The difference is clear as when I ordered my sausage and cheese biscuit taco when I opened the bag to find that the food if that’s what they are calling it was as cold as if it was left to unthaw whilst frozen
The cheese was not even melted
This Taco Bell has continually messed up my orders forgotten items that I have ordered entirely and to be honest Taco Bell needs to look into it.
I know this is a strongly worded and some would say an overreaction but my family, friends and I agree that this Taco Bell needs to be investigated by district managers.
P. s. I had an employee tell me they didn’t care for the cheese which made me wonder if that was the reason why in burritos, tacos, e.t.c. There was a lack of it also u brother once ordered nachos and cheese to which the employees at this particular Taco Bell seemed to not understand I mean the fact that somebody would order that blew their minds.

Taco Bell popularity has gone down. Very disappointed on their dollar menu. Stale everything.

25 min wait for dine in order. Friendly staff though. Especially cashier.

Taco Bell is my only real fast food splurge, because it’s laced with crack and delicious things. But this Taco Bell left me with remorse and regret.
The restaurant is undergoing a renovation, so I go into this drive through venture keeping this in mind. Gentleman comes over the speaker and tells us to order when ready. I started to tell him my order only interrupted… several times, and subsequently told «hold on a second» a few times, after which I had to start my order all over again. Cut me off again at the end, then told me to drive to the window.
By the time I got there, I had him repeat the order to me. Most of the order was correct, but wanted to make sure the special box we ordered was the one we wanted… and it wasn’t. His reply to me? Turned around and started yelling at someone in the kitchen to
«come show him how to do that, cause no one showed me».
Our food was tepid at best, and not melted all the way.
Seriously?
