Same day or next day service was not a problem at all and for a very reasonable rate. The technician went out of his way to get my carpet restored and back to looking new again. After several renters and massive pet stains, I’m amazed at how good my carpet looks. I honestly didn’t think it would look this good. We have saved a ton of money as we thought we would be replacing the carpet. I appreciate the willingness to come at the last minute and not charging me hundreds of dollars for soiled carpet, which most places do. Thank You again!
