Came in on my lunch break. I was greeted right away took my order. Ordered chicken tender meal and popcorn chicken. Employee said it would take 4 minutes for the popcorn chicken. No problem say down and waited 10 minutes for my food. I had to get up and ask what was going on. They forgot about me! I was the only one in the place! Not only was my food late but the mashed potatoes were so old the gravy was gelled up. Will never come to this KFC again!

I sooo wish i could give half a star! The slowest KFC ever. just took 45 minute to get a 12 pc meal. i know businesses want to control operating coast to save but at the expense of you providing a good service? I honestly think nothing was pre made. I thought you made the food so people could order and leave? Not make it once they ordered it then keep telling the customer«another 3 and half minutes» And another thing Staff your business correctly. Not even half the staff needed to operate efficiently. The management sucks at this location which negatively effects the customer service and the LOOONNGGASSWAIT! This KFC sucks!

Stopped in real fast for a bite. I’m not sure how a restaurant could possibly be worse. First thing is that the floor was clearly mopped with greasy kitchen water, so it was like walking around on a frozen lake. Second, I ordered a «chicken little» with no pickles and a thigh. I found out once in the car that I got a chicken little with pickles and a breast. This isn’t hard stuff for normal people, I was literally the only customer, so it can’t have been too busy. Just poor hiring, poor training, and poor management.

Lol messed up few weeks ago went back for there bbq dipped extra and, replaced it and still f ed it up. so sad… mac bomb and bbq extra crispy when they don’t give u flat dead pieces… step it up used to be the best…

Do you not like customers? My mom waited half hour being the only customer inside and wasn’t even acknowledged. This place should close down. Go back to school and learn what customer service is. If you don’t like your job, quit!

Ordered food from drive thru and received the wrong items. Went inside the store to get correct food, after 7 minutes and no service I thought it was best to use drive thru. Finally 22 minutes later I was given the food I ordered, however during my wait in the drive thru one other person had their order mixed up and they had been waiting 28 minutes so they were given a full refund. Stay away from this KFC !
