Sleep Train Mattress Centers

Thanks for the wonderful service! Sleep Country USA in Sunrise Village, Puyallup WA was the first location we started our mattress shopping. Carol helped us find the perfect mattress for us. We didn’t purchase right away, as we decided to check 4 other mattress stores. We came back a few hours later and they were able to beat the price from another store and offer delivery the next day! Carol and Tony were very kind, patient and helpful throughout the process. We also had a great service experience with their delivery partner, Red Carpet Delivery Service. Manuel and Ramiro were very professional. I loved that they took the care to protect our carpet by wearing clean booties and our walls by the careful moving of the old and new mattress. Thanks Sleep Country for the positive experience, which extended to your delivery partner.

I had a fabulous experience shopping for my new bed at sleep country. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Jeni who then listened to what I was looking for and spent time educating me on my options. I felt she really cared about my comfort. Buying a new bed is such a huge investment in your health and isn’t cheap. I never felt rushed or pressured. I also received a thank you card a few weeks later from Jeni!

Unfortunately, I will never use this company again based the there delivery guys (red carpet service). The delivery guys are liars, They showed up to my home and waited less than 5 minutes for my neighbor to grab her young children so that they could set up the product with someone over the age of 18 in the house. They called sleep country and told them it was a failed delivery because they waited over ½ hour (not true it was on video showing less than 5 minutes), so they were going to drop the product off and send someone back at a later time to set the product up. I did not let them leave the product without a plan in place so the delivery man, Jacob from red carpet delivery, started swearing and dropping the F bomb in front of my neighbors 5 and 7 year old children. He then proceeded to throw the bed frame and equipment haphazardly back in the vehicle dropping other product out of the truck. I told sleep country to come take there product and I will do business elsewhere from here forward. Too bad too, because the service at sleep country itself was worthy of 5 stars.

After having a tempurpedic for many years, which I hated, I finally decided to get another bed. Rick W. was my salesman, and he was awesome. I was indecisive and tried out every bed about 3 times. He was polite the entire time, and explained each mattress in detail. I’ve had lower back problems for a while due to a car wreck, and he helped me pick out a mattress that would give me great support. In the end I picked a Beautysleep Black King Size. I love my bed and was really happy with Rick. He wasn’t pushy at all, and even gave my son a toy car to take home :)
