Came with a return with original receipt and rep states it could not be returned because of «store policies». I was accused of being rude where if she is customer service should recognize the difference between being rude and frustrated. Did not offer any alternative to solving the situation I feel a long loyal customer should be treated with some finesse and not totally dismissed. She was more concerned about herself than providing customer service. Needless to say because of this rep my respect for this company is greatly diminished and my 25 + years with them means absolutely nothing. I would post zero stars but you are required to do the star system.

Came here the other night because my phone was having issues receiving texts or iMessages. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Jake (i think that’s his name) and he was very friendly and explained to me what may be the problem, sent me off with a new sim card and life is normal again.
