I had such a good experience at Sleep Train. Sally was patient and informative about all the mattresses I tried which took about an hour. I didn’t feel pressured to hurry up and pick a mattress. She was so personable and she gave me a hug when all was done!

It was time for us to purchase our toddler son his first bed and our mattress needed to be replaced. We had been checking on-​line on and off for a few months before we finally ventured out to «test» them out for ourselves. We were not thrilled going to Sleep Country USA — to be honest, their TV ads slightly annoy us. However, the set up was really nice — lighting, signs, selection (from inexpensive to you’ll have to hella) and our salesperson was knowledge without being pushy. Matt was friendly and helpful. He did some price checking for us and we saved a good chunk from their advertised price. They were able to deliver it the next day, provided options comfortable for us and our budget. I guess you can say that we were satisfied. We did leave to check out a competitor only to go back to Matt.
The delivery guys just left and they were as polite as you could get. We don’t wear shoes in our home and they put booties on without being asked. I appreciated it because it actually rained today too — so they would have tracked a lot of crap into our home.
We are satisfied and I would highly recommend Matt. I kept his business card because I know a couple of folks needing a new mattress — I will be suggesting that they check out Sleep Country USA… why buy a mattress anywhere else… still find the ad annoying but it worked!

Just got done buying our first ‘real’ bed there and Laura was the most knowledgable and helpful person I have dealt with. They were very accommodating and not pushy. I highly recommend this store.

For the past three months I have been waking up and feeling like I was on the losing end of a boxing match. After having a good experience with the one in Tacoma almost a year ago and coupled with what seems to be good things said on KISW 99.9, we decided to try the one closest to our house to see what the year end clearance sale had for us. My wife teased me about just wanting to get the Tempupedic but I sure was not sold on them due to the price. Our sales person, Megan, was very nice and not pushy at all. She worked with us as we tried several mattresses. Well for fun and giggles I decided to try the Tempurpedic and was blown away. Megan did some checking and they had a clearance one ready to go for us. My wife who is the sane one in regard to spending all of a sudden became the devil on my shoulder and said we should just go for it. And we did. 6k for the lock, stock, and barrel. OMG! But I have been doing cost comparisons and honestly cannot find the package deal we got for the same price. As a matter of fact almost everything I have turned up to include Ebay and Amazon, have been 1k more. So with that said we are still waiting, Tue is the delivery day. I will follow up on a review of the bed but as far as I am concerned Seep Country is A-​Okay in my book. Even though a butt load was spent I don’t think we took it in the shorts.
