Had a terrific experience at this location! About a month ago I purchased a pair of wedge ankle boots from a location in Utah, while visiting family in WA the sole of the shoe on both feet broke. Making it slippery to walk and a loud clanking noise. I went into the store, spoke with Matt the assistant manager, let him know what was going on. He pulled up my rewards info to see when I purchased them etc, told me to go pick out a replacement. The ease I felt when he just took care of me was remarkable. You don’t see that a lot in customer service situations these days, it’s usually always a fight. Matt made me feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you!

I did a lot of work comparing shoes for my wedding. It tends to get expensive especially when it’s for a special event, however, Famous Footwear is the exception. I used their app and picked out the shoes I liked and then went to Sunrise Village to try them on. Kat the manager was super helpful, courteous and offered some great information, especially about the return policy. I am super grateful that I went with them. The Carlos Santana line as well as Sweet Pea are chic, comfortable and affordable. Who needs David’s Bridal overpriced sandals and wedges when you have Famous Footwear.
