I gave this a three star. Our food was pretty good however our waitress was less to be desired.
She acted put out when we asked for straws and was stingy with the complementary bread. She also informed us that the cook was probably not going to have a job after today and went onto tell us stories about him. As a former waitress I personally think that she was EXTREMELY unprofessional by telling us that info. I get that the food took a while to come out but by blaming the cook and telling customers about how awful he is; is unacceptable.
Also she was insistent on giving her the check instead of us going up to the cashier to pay. Weird. And when we didn’t follow her instructions she seemed to be aggravated and stated, «I thought I had told you to give it to me.» In which I informed her that my nine year old daughter likes to take it up and «pay».
Frankly, I was disappointed and after my experience here I will never be back.

Food was delicious, had their lovely smokey grilled chicken. Felt a bit rushed by the server, had we asked for dessert, I’m sure he would have set it down while we were half way through the main course, along with the check. Other than that it was tasty food.

Mark the bartender is the best in Pueblo. Service is impeccable, Friendliness is so true and candid, and the drinks he prepares… need I say more! Thank you, Mark!!!

I am leaving 1 star because I have no idea how the food is. My son and I were seated, waited 20 minutes and left. No one came to our table. The restaurant was not overly busy so it was not due to that. When I told the host that no one came to our table he said oh.

Everything about this restaurant is superb. You are greeted at the door. Seated promptly. By far one of The best salad bars around. I ordered the crab cakes and my husband ordered the grilled salmon. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. Locating this restaurant can be tricky, because there’s no entrance close by. You have to enter off of the street that runs behind another shopping area.

Always a great and fresh salad bar. If they get too busy, the service really lags.
I got a brownie dessert that was too hard to even cut with a knife, when it should have been soft and chewy.
Overall, a good chain restaurant.

Good menu and food in above average setting with some class. Salad bar is worth the trip through at least once (although ordering the veggie trio combo for $ 1 more automatically includes it). Otherwise, seafood and steak are available for less than $ 20. Great option for Pueblo.

I had never eaten at a Ruby Tuesday before. My parents took me there for lunch. I had the Fresco Chicken and the salad bar. The salad bar was really good, the veggies were fresh and the bar was clean. The Chicken Fresco was served and it was really good too. The chicken was tender and juicy, not over cooked like most places. The service was also really good.

Ruby Tuesday is hit or miss, I guess. I have not been disappointed, but I have also not been overwhelmed.
It is a good place if you have a baby that requires a seat because they have nice big booths. Food is good enough. I recommend the salad bar. Easy parking and access from the Interstate.

I got a triple prime cheddar cheese burger with fries and macaroni and cheese to go. I ordered the burger medium well, but it was literally crispy on the outside. The inside wasn’t quite done enough. How is that possible? I don’t know. I think it takes a very rare talent to both burn and undercook a burger at the same time. …it might be a good skill, but not when you’re the Ruby Tuesday chef.
The fries were bland and unsalted. The only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars is because the macaroni and cheese was fantastic. I got this meal for free with a birthday burger coupon, but I would’ve been pretty upset had I paid regular price of $ 12 for it.
I might give them another go next year, but with this experience, I won’t be coming back and giving them money until they make some huge improvements.

Service isn’t always stellar, but I have seen a dramatic improvement over the years. The burgers are pretty good. They are adding more of a variety of foods (like steak/lobster) to their menus. Plus, their grape martini’s rock!

Blah! The service sucked! There was easily 10 servers but it took 10 minutes to get someone to get us water… and there was about 5 other tables total in the entire restaurant! The food was ok. I liked the mini-burgers that my bf got, and the artichoke dip for appetizer wasn’t bad either :). The chicken burger (what I had) was a little «eh» but the fries were yummy.
We don’t have Ruby Tuesday’s by my house but the commercials play constantly so we were really looking forward to a yummy burger. At least my other half was happy! lol
