Food is solid, drinks are STRONG, and the service is a delight(charming and sassy). I have many fond memories of dining there with friends. I don’t remember many specifics about the food(blame the drinks), but I remember being impressed by the sweet potato fries. I would recommend making a reservation.

I’ve been here twice, one during busy season(Carnival Week) and one during the off season(Columbus Day weekend). I would give my Carnival Week experience 5 stars, and my Columbus Day weekend experience 3 stars… let me explain. Victor’s is located outside the main strip but close to a lot of rentals making it reasonably walkable from the town center. It has a cute patio with a fire pit and gorgeous indoor seating area and bar. I went with a group for the 3pm happy hour and got amazing drinks and raw bar for a very reasonable cost. Our service was fast and thoughtful and made me want to go back. I went again a few weeks ago hoping for a drink and maybe a bite at the bar. Since it was off season the place was about a third full. We immediately were turned off by the bartender who was talking smack about a table who sent a drink back. He was being super catty with his server colleagues and made us feel uncomfortable(making us think he was going to talk badly about us if we didn’t order or tipped correctly!) He was also open with us about his dissatisfaction over customers in general. Because of the vibe, we stuck to our one drink then brought our dinner business elsewhere. Overall I like Victor’s and will come back but I would hope we have a more professional experience next time.

Been here before with friends. This visit was not as good. Service was okay, waiter was a bit untrained. Pear martini was amazing! Pear arugula salad was good but lacked pecans and dressing. Ordered the butternut squash ravioli and the pasta was great but lacked flavor. My water glass was never refilled which is why I feel the service was just okay in addition to the water being a bit unpolished I will go back but I hope the service and food will improve My first two visits were great and so I will chalk it up to an average visit Victors is as must try!

Giving this place 5 stars! Not only has me and my friends think about and are willing to make another three/two hour drive back just for Mac and cheese. Went here last weekend with a bachelorette party(6). We made reservations prior to us arriving and walked from our hotel which was a nice little walk. It’s not downtown at all but about a mile or so from town. Our party consisted of 2 vegetarians, a former food critic and just foodies so this place had to be top notch. We can be picky of course but this was the place for us. We ordered basically the whole menu but what stood out was the Mac and cheese which was to die for, fish tacos which were out of this world and the lobster ravioli dish all amazing. The place was clean and the service was impeccable and very reasonably priced both food and drink. I will be back again.

Went here with 3 other friends on Carnival weekend to grab a late dinner. It was pretty crowded so we waited for about an hour before being seated at a table across from the bar. We were pretty hungry so we started off with a round of drinks and then decided to split a bunch of apps. Sweet and Spicy margarita(5 stars): I had a couple of these throughout the meal and was thoroughly impressed – definitely the best drink I’ve had in Ptown to date. Bacon-wrapped dates(4 stars): These were very tasty – you can probably blame the less than 5 star rating on the fact that I’m not your typical bacon fiend. Roasted Brussels sprouts(4 stars): These were very well done and had a nice texture to them, but pretty standard for what I have come to expect from a fine-dining restaurant. Grilled fish soft tacos(5 stars): These were quite large and really hit the spot. They were loaded with fish and the mango and avocado cream provided a nice bite. Sizzling Asian skirt steak(5 stars): This was probably the best dish of the night – so simple, but so flavorful and a fun presentation as well. Definitely one of those dishes I could eat every day in Ptown. Flatbread pizza(3 starts): By the time this came out, we weren’t really very hungry, but I can’t say that it was that impressive either. Very basic – would have loved an option for some proscuitto or another type of meat to add to it. Overall, though it took us a while to get seated, once we got a table, the food came flying out. Everything was decent and a couple of dishes really won me over. The service was very friendly and attentive and the vibe of this place makes for a great dining experience, whether you’re seated at the bar or the dining room.

We called for a reservation at Victor’s mid week. It was for our last day of vacation in Provincetown and we looked forward to a celebration. We were left waiting when we showed up early for our reservation. We were told to wait another 15 – 20 minutes more. When we asked again about the time, the arrogant waiter told us that reservations are«only an estimate». As we watched large party groups of women enter immediately, we decided to leave. As you may know, it is nearly impossible to get another dinner reservation that late on a Friday night in Provincetown, MA… Don’t risk your family celebration on this place and become the next victim of their arrogance…

Once the staff got the orders right, I was pleased with the food, but service was horrible. Greeted with unnecessary attitude. I questioned if something was gluten free, which upset the waiter and restaurant manager. In the end, what I had ordered was in fact not gluten free as indicated on the menu. I would not recommend this restaurant to people with allergies due to the staffs lack of attention to detail, service, and unnecessary attitude.

A truly incredible experience from start to finish! Excellent service; server was helpful with suggestions and was spot on. Flank steak, seafood cakes, filet, meatballs(small) and the watermelon salad were especially out of this world! Loved the spring rolls! The flavors, portions, presentations delighted everyone at our table and apparently those around us. I can’t wait to go back! A truly great place for dinner!

Recommended to us from a gent we met having a quick cocktail before a grocery shop — as a matter of fact, he told us if we didn’t love it, to meet him back at the same bar and he would buy us drinks… well, I am A sucker for a free drink — but couldn’t lie — this place is a true gem! We ordered 5 different tapas, all different meats and fish in an effort to get a flavor for everything we could. Started w the chicken enchiladas — I loved them; chicken was amazingly flavorful and texture of it against a crisp tortilla chip was spot on… it could’ve used a splash of lime and maybe a touch of crema according to the hubster(I didn’t disagree but thought it was delicious either way. Meatballs came next — they should rename them Amazeballs… holy mother of god of all meatballs. Duck confit sliders — do NOT miss these, and do not share them. Fish tacos — orgasmic. Literally the best fish taco I have ever had. We ended w a mussel dish that I could barely finish and I admit was my least fave; not a big fan of lillet — but the mussels were plump and fresh. We sat at a high top off the bar and it was intimate and basically as perfect as the food. If I could give 10 stars I would; it was just that fabulous!

When we walked in I had a problem. I couldn’t decide who of the two hostesses is cuter. I debated it all over dinner! Unfortunately no one solved my problem! Food was good. We tried a bunch of stuff(table of 11). All the waiters were very professional and nice. The gnocchi was too«floury». I liked the Brussels sprouts and filet mignon. As for the dessert do not miss the German chocolate cake. Yum.

Victor’s is my favorite spot for a lounging dinner in Ptown. It can get loud, slightly hectic, at rush hour, especially on July 4th, but the attentive and engaging service remains on point regardless. I’ve been in a handful of times, which is a testament to how much I appreciate the atmosphere of the place and the quality of the food, but the reason I’ve left one star out of my review is because of the static menu. I’m a vegetarian, and there are some REALLY great dishes here to order, but I’ve noticed that they haven’t changed over the last three years, and instead it seems as though they’ve added a page. Now we’re entering the realm of personal preferences vs. the style of the restaurant, but I would like to see a smaller, but consistently revitalized, menu. The sweet potato fries with marscapone/honey sauce are not to miss, really enjoyed the watermelon/feta salad, the mushroom empanadas are great(though a touch too spicy for my taste), and the drinks are wonderfully inventive but quite strong. Also, the dessert portions are huge, the banana bread pudding and sugar-cookie-crusted strawberry/rhubarb tart were both delicious, but it’s a good thing there were 5 of us at the table. Also, the interior is fantastic, in all of its whitewashed, cottage dining room, beadboarded glory.

We have eaten at Victor’s since 2010 during our bi yearly visits to P town. It is not what it was. Last night, we had the seafood sampler which was nothing special and the fish taco that was just poorly done. What is also troubling is the tone of the service. Each time we have been there over the last 2or 3 seasons, the wait staff is huddling by the bar and chatting and laughing, and it creates a lax and uncaring atmosphere. The place has much going for it and we hope that the food improves and the staff begins to act in a more professional manner.

The food, cocktails, and service(especially Ned!) here are consistently excellent. I came here for dinner a couple times last summer with my boyfriend(based on a recommendation from a colleague), and I came here last weekend for my best friend’s bachelorette party dinner(there were 11 of us). They pay attention to every detail — and it makes a big difference. Great for large groups as the small plates are fun to share, and every single dish was delicious — you can’t go wrong when ordering. The ambiance is also perfect for a romantic date. Just make sure you make reservations early as Victor’s is super busy in the summer.

I don’t find this restaurant to be particularly good. It is in a relatively quite part of P-town. Has a patio by the street, which is very cool. The food was just mediocre. For brunch, we ordered the lobster roll, pancakes, and the homemade crepes. Crepes came in small portion. Lobster roll was served cold. OK, that’s fine. But the sauce was so strong that it covered the freshness of the lobster(maybe it was not that fresh after all). The sweet potato fries was actually pretty good. I tried my friends’ pancake and crêpe. No surprise there as well. Any brunch restaurant on the Upper West Side can make those. Ordered coffee and mimosa as well. Coffee came in giant mug with a spoon in it. Oh wow. The server did not offer me a plate to put the spoon in nor did he take the spoon away after I was done using it. There was a coffee spoon left alone on the table for the entire meal. Not professional. Mimosa was bigger than those offered in NY. Woohoo

Victors is located on the quiet end of Bradford Street. It’s in a newer building and is tastefully decorated in a modern style. There’s an area outside to sit in the front with space heaters. You could also sit here after dinner and just hang out. The food is served tapas style and the portions are a bit larger than tapas so they recommend that you order two per person. Depends on dish as we ordered 5 for the two of us. I left neither hungry or full. We ordered a bottle of wine. Did not have dessert. Bill for two was an even $ 100.00 Pros: clean and modern, great tasting dishes, many selections, lots of staff, Eric was our waiter who was kind and very funny. Cons: portions are sometimes too small, Caesar salad wasn’t even cut up and difficult to eat, waitstaff stand around a lot, come and clear table too fast, appear to not have enough to do, expensive. Tip: skirt steak great, tuna good, brussell sprouts so good, chicken empanadas were worth price, go here for drink at bar and a snack o save $$

Delicious tapas restaurant… I got a spicy watermelon margarita that was very good… nice notes of watermelon, spices, herbs and tequila… Then we tried the following menu items –Sizzling Asian Style Skirt Steak, made with Green onion & toasted sesame seeds. it was GOOD, tender on the inside, grilled and almost crispy on the outside. — Vegetable Spring Rolls — served on top of nice Lettuce wraps and made with fresh mint, soba noodles, lemongrass-cashew pesto. Excellent and crispy — Flat Bread Pizza made with Ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes… this crust was a bit thick for my taste, which likes thin and grilled better… — Orange-Chile Chicken Enchiladas made with Avocado-corn salsa and Salsa Verde. they had a nice Mexican flavor, but not as good as the skirt steak. Overall a great choice in P’town’s West side…

Came here for dinner at a 5:45 Friday night reservation. Promptly seated with the sweetest server. I was a slight pain in the you-know-what and requested that we move to a corner seat in the room. Eric, our server, moved us with no problem. THANKYOUERIC!!! ATMOSPHERE: Classy and comfortable. Everything is clean and updated. We loved it. FOOD: Everything is tapa-sized servings so we tried four dishes between 2 people. We ordered the following, which were all A+ and drool worthy: Scallop and goat cheese quesadillas Lobster mac and cheese Deconstructed ahi tuna Maple glazed salmon with quinoa + sweet potatoes We drank white sangria and it was also a spiritual experience. We’d definitely go back to try more!

We really enjoyed this place. High vaulted ceilings, has a cozy outside waiting area with a fire. Great bar area to sit at with high top tables along the window. The dining area was also very nice, but know with the vaulted ceilings, it makes the place a little loud, as long as you don’t mind that. This is a Tapas restaurant. Small dishes to be shared with the table. Our waiter was fantastic, I hate to say that i forgot his name, but he was from a Bulgaria, stocky guy with black hair. He really made our visit enjoyable. We first started with a Sangria and a bottle of Franciscan Estate Cabernet. After seeing the display of Shrimp(see photo) I ordered four with cocktail sauce. Some of the biggest shrimp I have seen and super clean and very, very fresh. Next up was the Vegetable spring rolls with Lobster… Absolutely AMAZING! They came with a sweet dipping sauce. What an awesome presentation. On to the Fish Tacos… Another awesome find from Victors. Fresh fish with all the fixings and a mild Sriracha and Mayonnaise. Over all, the service, décor and food was top notch and we look forward to returning on our next visit.
