Thee best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. I swear. The hollandaise was pure perfection. Great service. Thank you Devon for taking the time to greet us. Hats off to the chef, she is amazing. The food was fresh… hot and fantastic. We will be back! Wonderful end to our stay and perfect beginning to our day. Thank you

First off, we enjoyed meeting Devon — great guy, very friendly and attentive to his guests. And we thought his restaurant was a step above much of what Ptown has to offer. That said, I will admit that my appetite was nearly spoiled by the faded, grossly out-dated,(highly over rated — even in their heyday) Nagel prints that greeted us. Then our eyes found the incredibly well-done — just the right kind of kitsch — «boat bar». From there we scratched our heads at what seemed to be the scene of a drag queen that had exploded on the walls and ceiling — zebra print ceiling panels, glitter silver panels near the ceiling, surrounding the entire room — all on a sea of lavender with acrylic accents and overly glittery lighting choices. Why does it matter? It’s just not a gracious, settling dining ambience — for us. It almost verges on classy in some of its choices, but then goes terribly wrong. The food was good, but not great — particularly at this price point. It’s a good menu — interesting and not too big. Cocktails were okay — sounded better than they tasted, but not bad. Then came the pork Shumai, which was good, but not great. It seemed to suffer the fate of other menu items — we were all set to order the pork chop and the soft shell crab special when both arrived at the table next to us before we placed our order — they were enormous. I mean Cheesecake Factory-sized! We quickly reconsidered and ordered one entrée, another appetizer and split them. The Shumai seemed to be made with good ingredients, but were so over-stuffed with pork that the flavor balance was off and the fat content was extreme — we didn’t taste anything but a big lump of pork floating in grease. The rest of the meal was good — not great, just good. Again, at this price point and given the quality of the ingredients they seem to stock, get the portions in check and focus the menu and the food more sharply and Devon’s will be a great destination — we’ll even forgive the«Divine’s Boathouse» décor. In fact, we would have ordered more food/spent more money if the portions were right. So go! Support this place — we think it’s a good spot that just needs some tweaking.

We ate here twice over our week in Provincetown. Both spectacular. Favorites where the steak, pork chop, halibut, frisée Cesar, risotto. Basically everything we ordered. Staff was just a pleasure — no waits for anything. Water, drinks, food, etc. just smooth as the Hollywood regency décor :) I’ve loved Devon’s for years and this new refresh is spot on.

Excellent! Great service, terrific menu and absolutely delicious food. The Halibut was out of this world, so fresh, delicate yet full of flavor! My companions had the hanger steak and it was cooked perfectly. Absolutely coming back again.

We were really big fans of Devon’s in the East End so naturally we were excited to dine at the new location on Bradford. We walked in on a Saturday evening after tea dance. We ordered drinks and dinner. While the menu looked fab, and the food was definitely well-executed, composed and fresh, it definitely was under-seasoned. We needed to add salt to every dish. I would have given Devon’s 4 stars regardless, but what really put me off were some members of the waitstaff. Our server was great, knowledgeable and fun, however, the female server who greeted us was really strange. She was quite flustered even though the restaurant was empty and was very distracting during the whole dinner. She did not serve us but was a constant presence, nonetheless, from the constant pacing and nervous fidgeting nearby. Also, the waitstaff was speaking loudly in the service bar area and they were quite opinionated on a variety of topics that should not be discussed in that matter near patrons within earshot. At one point, I am fairly certain that the same woman was mocking me and I could hear her. It was rude and unprofessional. The bar was amazing. It is boat. A real boat. As awesome as that was, sadly we won’t be back.

I just had another amazing meal at the new Devons on Bradford St. I have been eating at his restaurant for years and his food both breakfast and dinner is so great. This year his new dinner menu is absolutely the best with a delicious ethnic flare to some of the dishes. You truly can’t have a bad meal. Great staff, great environment and great food.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is so 80’s glam queen. It’s a little on the pricey side for what it is… I had a breakfast burrito that was about $ 15…It was awesome and came with a green wrap and perfectly seasoned home fries. Salmon platter was also top notch with a generous portion of salmon. Coffee was excellent and topped off for us. Service couldn’t have been better.

Devon’s is a true gem. We got the house made corned beef hash special, the breakfast burrito and a single blueberry pancake just to try. The breakfast burrito was absolutely amazing, the hash special was also amazing except it was a tad rich(even for hash), and the pancake was light, fluffy, and very tasty(very thin and 8″ diameter). Absolutely no complaints here accept the prices: you’re looking at $ 15 for a special which is absurd for breakfast but its a destination and a they can get it so power to them(we will definitely be back). Their new location is vary less central and much more of and inconvenience than their old Commercial Street spot on the water, but at least they have a little parking lot… make that two complaints.

The service was OK, the food was good, but the night wasn’t memorable. There are better places in P-Town.

Went here for breakfast and the food was just okay. Very small space and quaint atmosphere. Definitely get the bacon as a side — they use a delicious cut.

Great brunch! Highly recommend this small hidden great resturant. Good service and excellent seasonal options. My son the Foodie from New York City was impressed. That’s Ten stars from him. We shared lemon ricotta pancakes and veggie I let with great breads and fruits plus more. Hope to get back there this weekend. Sometimes there’s a line so get there early. Most of the seating is outdoors but they have heaters.

Brunch done right! My husband had what he claimed was the best Bloody Mary he has ever had. So good, he had to have 2 just to be sure. I had some orange juice vodka combo that I can’t quite recall the name of, but it was good. My bagel and lox was delicious, and the husband had pancakes with fruit and a side of chorizo that he raved about. Service was great and they had no problem with our stroller parking outside. Definitely a highlight of our weekend and a brunch to be remembered!

fantastic food! we ordered the quinoa cake with the most delicious pistou sauce and vinaigrette combination for appetizer. scallops with rice risotto cake with mint parsley corn sauce for my wife who put it above french laundry’s scallop dish! she said the sauce tied it all up for her, the taste profile made more sense! I had the yellow curry vegetable dish with chickpea, bokchoy, carrots and brown rice. the curry had the right amount of spice and went well with the bokchoy and chickpeas. I wasn’t impressed with the plain brown rice and the carrots just felt like garnish. for dessert we decided to split an olive oil cake the tangerine gave it a nice refreshing finish and the pistachios were a great addition for that crunch texture. we had a lovely and pleasant service.

This place has great food and tons of charm, and is priced well. The indoors seats only about 20 – 25, though there is a small outdoor patio as well. Service was friendly and accommodating. I had the buttermilk pancakes — dense with good flavor. Definitely sample their raspberry jam with these(available on each table). My boyfriend got a scramble with brie, ham, and mushrooms. Delicious! Their fresh squeezed orange juice is the cherry on top. Great spontaneous find in Provincetown. Recommend to any bruncher looking for an intimate little setting and some good food.

Nice, cute, and quiet place for breakfast where you can sit on the patio and watch everyone walking down Commercial Street! They had a peach pancake with blueberries and I really loved it! The only downsides was it was $ 38 for 2 breakfasts with 2 cups of coffee and the sourdough bread was toasted too long, it was impossible to eat it.

Wow. Incredible food. With so much variety in ptown, we may still come back tomorrow… Lobster Bisque, seriously best I have ever tasted. Risotto was so yummy. Such a unique flavor of herbs. Lawrence, the bartender, was very kewl and knowledgeable on menu. We will come back EVERY time we come back to ptown.

Let me just get this out ahead of the rest of the review: The cornmeal pancakes(with blueberries folded in) were stellar. I remember no better pancakes ever anywhere. We arrived with 60 minutes to eat breakfast before a whale watch on July 4(!) and they gave us a table for two in the rear, with a partial and pleasant view of the tidal flats. Service was attentive, warm, and quick. We were eating in 20 minutes and finished quickly. Coffee was good, the room was snug but personable, and the syrup was maple.

While we had an early seating — from the moment we entered we were made to feel welcome without any fussiness. Devon himself was on deck that night pitching in on the floor, which added its own special energy to the place. All the dishes that night rocked our praises. Nicely portioned and with clear intentions that Devon’s and his chief is enjoys an understanding that comes from the love of blending clean fresh flavors with rustic and hearty delivery. Well worth the walk to the East End for those West Enders that never seem to get much past the Boastslip. They offer both and indoor and outdoor seating option. Heat lamps are available as well as offering a rain covers on its outside deck for those adventures souls who want to eat outside during some of Ptowns occasional showers.

Lovely spot for breakfast on the busy main drag of P-town’s Commercial Street. We got there fairly early though so the streets still felt relatively quiet. This is a very tiny place and for us the best spot was the table front and center on the outdoor patio, good for people watching and just being outdoors. There is a sliver of a water view when seated inside. I ordered an omelette with linguica and cheese. Instead of potatoes I ordered a side salad. We all ordered a round of Bloody Mary’s which for me was the most disappointing note. I couldn’t tell what it was but there was a spice I couldn’t place that had been added to the Bloody Mary’s which I did not care for. I often like when places take a standard drink and make it their own but whatever spice was in this concoction did not work so well for me. The omelette was very good and had a nice portion of linguica inside. The side salad could have been a little larger and had a bit less dressing. Service was efficient if not particularly warm and friendly. The co-ed bathroom was clean. I would consider a return visit although with so many other options in P-town I’ll try something else next time.
