I have been consistently happy with the customer service at this store. They take their time with pointe shoe fittings. And they are always well stocked with the basics. My only complaint is the number of gorgeous leotards they carry, including Yumiko.. . My daughter pines for them every time we stop by the store :) I feel the owner and sales staff are knowledgeable and interested in my daughter getting the right stuff for her classes and performances. I highly recommend this store.

I’ve given up completely on this store.
Customer service has always been kind of «okay» there. Frequently understaffed, lots of stocking issues as they seem to treat this location like a satellite store, rather than a store in it’s own right. In the end, two experiences have soured me on the store completely.
My daughter went in for a pointe shoe fitting. We explained our issue with her current shoes, which she kind of half listened to, and told her what my daughter likes in a shoe, which she completely didn’t listen to. And then, halfway through the fitting, the sales girl went to help another customer (a friend of hers) and left us sitting there for almost 15 minutes.
I figured it was a fluke (really, who does that??) so I went in again for tights. Ignored completely for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Sadly, we were in a hurry before class and didn’t have an option to leave and buy them elsewhere.
We won’t shop there again.

The 2 employees working there couldn’t tell me the exact cost of a pair of ballet slippers. I gave them my email and asked them to please get back to me with the exact price. None of them did. I emailed back asking again, still interested in buying. No reply.
I really wanted to like the store, but when employees don’t follow through with requests, it changed my mind very quickly.

My daughter and I were there on Memorial day scrambling for a last minute ice skating outfit for a competition that was starting in less than an hour. I called before I got there and the staff had several options ready for us as soon as we got there. We picked up our outfit and one of the girls even showed us how to pin a bun correctly without my daughter screaming ouch. The staff there are very helpful and extremely customer oriented.
