We order swim wear and sports where from them 2.5 months ago. We are stll waiting for them to arrive and we are more than half way done with season.
We have tried calling them but they never return our calls

Definitely the best swim shop in Portland! I purchased a suit for my daughter through her swim team and there was an issue with the order. The owners were so amazing and came all the way to her swim practice to get her the right swim suit. They really went above and beyond with excellent customer service. They also have a great selection of racing suits, goggles and swim gear for every level. I highly recommend JD Pence and will shop there again!

Very good service, despite that she was working alone, she managed to get my sister the right equipment. Even though we were there for 2 hours and it was packed. But kindly she worked through with us all in a organized manner.

I have had a lot of great experiences working with JD Pence. I own Farber Swim School and JD Pence outfits our swim team, the Penguins, with suits/​bags/​parkas/​fins as well as our staff suits. It is so nice to be able to send parents and staff to JD Pence because their staff help make sure swimmers/​staff get fitted into the right suit (s) for them.
JD Pence staff also making finding goggles easy, by helping their customers find the best fit. We appreciate having such a good swim shop in our community!
